Love this place. Very clean, fast & always a good time. I do believe they should have some type of timeframe on the games. My family and I go frequently but on several occasions have had to wait a long time to play any game or eventually have to leave and give our tokens to someone else because weve waited too long and have to drive back over an hour and a half to home. That gets frustrating.

We had our daughters birthday here today (Saturday March 23rd). They were EXTREMELY busy (go figure since it was a Saturday AND spring break) but every single employee but one was absolutely amazing! Especially Tylana our birthday coordinator! She made it to most stress free birthday ever! My daughters on the spectrum and Ty was amazing with her. She picked her up, played games with her and even accommodated us since our little girl was absolutely terrified of the ticket blaster; but still giving her the chance to gets tickets like the other birthday kids! She also made sure we had everything we needed. I absolutely recommend booking a party here and if you do definitely request Ty!

We bought a summer pass so we have been every week. My sons a bit old but he loves pizza and its something to do. We go during the week so its not been very crowded. Usually there are 2 to 3 other families when we go but a couple of times we had the place to ourselves. This chuck e cheese is very small compared to others.

My Kids Really Truly Enjoyed Themselves With All Of The Different Games and We Enjoyed The Food and Drinks Aswell and The Employees Were Very Professional In All Areas and They Did It With A Smile. Thank You So Much

I must admit that I ate my first pizza here with great trepidation, but was amazed and suprised that it was pretty tasty. You do need to use a napkin to soak up the grease before eating. The salad bar is a health option and it has fresh veggies. Chuck E Cheese has added some new games that children and adults can play and the games actually work now. It is a much need attraction. My grandchildren and I truly enjoy coming here and have created special memories.

The service could have been better. The condescending tone was not called for.

Pretty good entertainment for pre teens and teens but nothing for smaller children or toddlers like it used to be. May have changed due to the pandemic

Friendly & helpful employees, good pizza, and the kids had a great time. However, I thought it was quite expensive for a week night out with the kids ($72 for 1 pizza, 4 drinks, small dessert, and an hour game play for 2 kids). Not quite the best bang for your buck, but for the occasional special treat this seems to fit the bill (at least for this single Mom/Auntie)!

My daughter always loves it. If you get there at opening a ticket fairy walks around and hits many of the machines and leaves the tickets for the kids to find. Food is not what you go here for but shell always eat some pizza.

We went here tonight for our little boys birthday and it was awful....the lady at the front desk has only been employed there for roughly 3 weeks and was left on her own up front alone and they were busy..she was doing her best and even asked for help from a fellow employee and the young man she asked help from just shrugged his shoulders and walked off....then, the young lady didnt give us our salad plates amd when my parents went to fill their salad plates another lady actually asked them if they had paid for their salads...it was just rude....i felt so sorry for the young girl up front.

Kid’s entertainment more than a place to actually eat. Food is pricey and not that great. Kids enjoy the atmosphere though. The excellent security is well appreciated since there are several kids running around. Be prepared to have your drivers license with you. Despite my two children and ability to drive, I was IDed because they didn’t believe I was over 16 years old [kids must be accompanied by an adult]. I can honestly say that is the first time I have ever been mistaken for being younger age than I am, but it was a little annoying feeling the need to prove my age to enter.

Out of nowhere I told my family we were going to Chuck E Cheese. I didnt really know what to expect since its been so long between visits. I only remember the memories I collected as a child, and the ones I created with my children. Now those children are all grow up, except for our little Mila who is 2yrs old.Well we all packed in our car and headed out. It was such an amazing experience. Brought back so many memories. The pizza was better than we remember and the staff was SUPER AWESOME! While my 18 and 16 year old children were playing games one of the staff members asked me if my 2yr old daughter wanted to see Chuck E Cheese. I said yes please. Next thing I knew, Chuck E. Was headed our way.Thanks to all the friendly staff at Chuck E Cheese. Your ALL SUPER STARS!To all my friends that showed that moment with my family, thank you for coming.Super safe for kids, and they even do the wrist stamps to protect our children.10 STARS!!!!!

Went here for my 21st birthday because Im an adult and can do what I want. Had a blast!!

Waited 40 mins for pizza, salad bar had empty bins that they kept saying someone is coming to fill them, Pepsi dispenser was out & half the games didnt dispense tickets. Told the young lady behind the counter after I was finally able to get her attention (she tried not making eye contact so she didnt have to acknowledge me & rolled her eyes when I finally got her attention, very rude) and then she wanted to argue it was working right & I was using it wrong (like theres a special way to hold a cup up to the dispenser for it to work properly) Had to physically show her it was out. No where near worth the money that was paid. Id give half a star if the app would let me.

We loved the all you can play for what ever you pay for. We played for an hour and had do much fun!

Pizza was good. Staff was attentive! Only complaint was bathroom really needed to be cleaned!! Jonesboro would have been better off with a bigger building as well. Overall had a good time.

It was a great youthful environment, that is what it is set up for. The family had an great time, playing games and the security is impressive. The pizza was good but not much to judge on because as one topping pizza has a tendency of being drab, but for the kids who want to play anyway thumbs-up.

We were the first business of the day. A large school group. Ladies room had no tissue in one stall and handicap stall was out of order. Obviously night crew had not completed their tasks and morning crew failed to check. Employees acted rattled and a bit annoyed when I advised them. Teachers asked for pitchers to serve student drinks only to be told after 5 years of repeat business that they no longer offered that service. This is not my first lack luster experience at this location.

They have recently switched to timed cards. Great for parents! You can also stop the time if you have to leave or to eat. The kids loved it. I do wish there was somewhere to charge my phone

This place is a little small for a Chuck E. Cheese which makes it feel extremely crowded. My son had to wait in lines to play several games. However, the staff was friendly and the service was great.

The rat told me he had a surprise if I came to the back room with him. I thought it would be like a lot of tickets or something but he just took the suit off and tried to touch my virgin child parts.

The food is now better and they ripped down the old play place. But paying for time now I thought was going to be good but now they give you less tickets and all the prizes kinda suck now. Way less prizes to choose from. We might only come back once a year or so. Would need larger location to make this a real good place. They should have just moved with so many empty places in town now.

My kids love it here and its always very clean. They keep up with good new games and have switched to the playing cards instead of all the tokens. Would give 5 stars but the staff is scarcely seen and we stood at the prize counter for a good 4 to 5 minutes before we were acknowledged. It was not busy and there was no one to be seen.

Great experience, a place we once frequented dt sons age slowly stopped bc broken and disgusting food covered machinery. We went this time bc now we have a 2yo child and the place was immaculate! Bravo, and very nice touch with the new token system :)

The tech manager Daryol Edwards, sexually harassed my daughter in her workplace, days after she turned 17. No child should have to endure this at any age or be afraid of their workplace for this reason, especially Chuck E. Cheese, since it is supposed to be a Kid-Friendly Environment. She had witnesses, and it was caught on camera and reported, yet NOTHING was done. She was told he could merely only be written up and he could not be fired. We were told not to go the police because it would interfere with the investigation. My husband then went to her workplace after she was told he could not be fired, and met with the main manager. My husband told him that we would need the video evidence to give to the lawyers. He then proceeded to tell my husband the video could only be obtained by calling corporate office the next day since they were already closed. My daughter then came home that night and told us the manager was in the tech room on the phone with the district manager for about 15 to 30 minutes. We called corporate the next day, and they did not have the video evidence, so we can only imagine what was said on that phone call. We feel everyone deserves to know what happened to our daughter. Please feel free to share as we want to get the word out about the Jonesboro Chuck E. Cheese.
