OMG!!! YALL ARE AMAZING!!!! When I say it was hectic crazy it was crazy but the employees there handled it like it was nuttin!!! They helped n every way possible and then some!!! THANK YALL SO MUCH ITS CUZ OF YALL MY DAUGHTER CALLI HAD A AMAZING BIRTHDAY

We celebrated my daughters birthday here and it is fantastic. The inside looks so nice and the staff is amazing. All the guests had a great time. The rink provided a tablecloth, plates, napkins, and forks. We brought balloons and the cake. It was easy peasy. It was perfect.

I’m annoyed by the reviews stating poor hours, overpriced, and run down. Skating is not a “thing” anymore. Who is going to build a new rink? Who wants to pay employees to watch a handful of people skate each day? It’s old, but well-kept. It costs $5-10 a person for everything except food because how else are they going to keep the doors open? It has hot food there, which is awesome! They have to charge for the assisted rollers because how else can they afford to add new products? The hours are limited because, again, there are too few customers in the industry to justify staying open all hours. You guys that are complaining need to be grateful there is even one open! This place is a little slice of paradise. I feel that it has been taken for granted.

Dropped my daughter off and she left early due to hardly any room. Its covid pandemic and the buildings legal capacity for such pandemic wasnt being followed and no one was wearing masks.

Fun to skate but RUN DOWN facilities. Only open a few times per week, so it is really hard to coordinate going skating with our familys schedule. Lots of teenagers get dropped off and are without parental supervision, so they do things they shouldnt, such as curse at the girls working the skate counter and try to beat the machines senseless for eating their quarters. (Many of the unsupervised teens are nice, though.)My kids didnt want to leave and already want to go back, so its fun to skate; the run down facilities and riffraff dont bother my children. LOL

Nice place for the kids and its a little on the cheap side so it a good place to go

I love the Family Fun Center. If you ever go there you will love it. I am a regular there and have been for 3 years. You should go to the Family Fun Center with your family. It will be a moment to remember. You can get tons of food too. I had their pizza and it was really good.

Place has changed so much amazing owners now! They didnt have speed skates at the time an the owners son allowed me to borrow his personal pair! Very sweet staff! An the new floor is awesome!

This place is great. The owners are really nice. I cant speak for how it is during normal hours, but booking for a private party is very reasonably priced, so thats what we do for birthdays. My kids and wife (and I) love it. Well most definitely have more parties there!

Awesome place to take the kids. But I personally recommend it, it is basically like a really awesome daycare. You can just drop the kids off when they are open, and they have a Jonesboro police officer there for safety. But it also has great entry fees, and super kind employees. It is also a great place for adults, as they have super comfortable chairs along the wall for adults to sit in. They are constantly working hard to make renovations and updates, so that they place can be a enjoyable and fun memory.

Will not be returning was very unhappy to say the least! THe place was terribly run down, they charged every person me my husband and our 3 kids although my husband was not even skating, there was no railing to get around on the little ones was getting run over by disrespectful kids, and on top of already paying too much for nothing in order for the little ones to use the mobile/walker/help bars you have to PAY to use those too!! Awful experience if I was looking for family fun Id definitely look else where this place was terrible!! Will not go back especially after driving over 1.5 hours to take our kids skating, I sure hope there is a better one somewhere else. If negative stars was available they would get them all!!!

The skates cant be adjusted very well. Seems to need a little more organization. But over all everyone seemed to be having a good time.

Its fun to skate and the staff there can be funny and nice in general, however there are a lot of unsupervised kids and not many people care to follow the rules. If you bring your kids please watch out for bullying. There are A LOT of kids who do whatever they please and suffer absolutely no consequences for doing things they arent supposed to do. These kids will cuss and push other kids and not care. So please keep watch.

The new owners have really made this place great.

The place it self was pretty clean,although two out of The three bathroom stalls didnt lock my girlfriend said. The main issue was no one was enforcing the rules. You had little brats going which ever way the pleased, laying on The ground, and playing with equipment. I enjoyed skating but I didnt enjoy dodging kids.

Rules are posted but no-one follows them they are not enforced. Out of four pairs of skates rented two broke a few minutes in. When I complained to management I was given a blank stare and told that he wishes they could have good equipment. Parking is not lit at all so watch out after dark.

Being pregnant, the skating was fun although the little kids running all around was annoying. They were going whichever way they wanted and kept cutting us off. Will not be going back until after I have my baby for safety reasons.

Really worn down and the skates/ blades need to be replaced or fixed at least. This could be a great place if someone cared for it.

I never went inside. The only reason I was there was to pick up wood that came in by truck loads that I use for crafts.

I wish they sold a season pass for those of us who are here weekly. Theyre finally upgrading the inside but the lights not on the floor could be brighter. The concession stand also could use a makeover.
