Beautiful theater. Glad they are open again.. Will be thankful when we dont have to wear masks.

This was the first time I have been here since they put in the recliners. I must say it was awesome. So much better. More comfortable, private, just an all around good experience. Would highly recommend. We also bought our tickets online, checked in at a kiosk and boom, good to go. No lines.

They have nice recliner seats. The staff is new and takes awhile to get you your food so arrive a little early.

Really nice with the recliners and secluded area for our 4 person group.

Great theatre. Comfortable seating. They even have an additional concession stand for the theatres in the back so you dont have to go far from your theatre to get snacks.

Their service is phenomenal and their seating is unmatched. I see the food profits are well used.

I love the new renovations they are doing as well as the new reclining seats! Looks snazzy! But there are a couple of issues that need addressing. First, the people buying tickets in the recliner theaters need to be told that they have assigned seats ( we had an unpleasant encounter with a couple who were unaware of this fact) and second the steps up to the seating need to be reconfigured. They are far too steep for anyone who has knee/hip/leg/back issues. A more sloping ascent would be helpful.

Love the theater! Super comfy leather recliners with plenty of arm room and cup holders for days! Picture and sound system are perfect for the theaters. The only reason I wont give it a 5 is because I am one of those couponers and do you seriously know how much popcorn and coke I can buy for $11.50!!! I know its like this in every theater though.

The new recliner seats are great! I wouldnt sit in the very back row though. It seems like your to far away from the screen. Not all the theaters are remodeled.

Theyre getting better. I do enjoy the kiosk that help to avoid the long lines. The reclined seats are great as well! Such an improvement. But, the food & drinks are way too expensive!

So nice! Big cozy recliners spaced out so you dont feel like youre on top of the people next to you. Very clean. Prices are not more than typical theater even with the better seats. Highly recommend.

Was there last night with a large group and there was a miscommunication in the beginning that was totally my fault but the staff went above and beyond and was amazing, can’t say enough kind things about them! Also the reclining seats was amazing!! Thanks again Jeff for everything!! We almost missed out but he made sure we didn’t and made sure we was comfortable after getting seated! I don’t go to the movies often but we will return to this one!

Will absolutely continue to go here with my teen....until they start serving alcohil.alcohol. Thats just asking for drunk and belligerent troubles....too bad everybody thinks they need alcohol to enjoy a movie. If you are going to drink then please just stay home. Otherwise, overall good experience.

Lots of customer based changes! The best are the new chairs & speakers. I felt every rumble of Star Wars. BTW rumored to be adding grill and maybe bar.

My Grandson and I loved picking out our seats, the reclining chairs, each aisle of seats separated by a wall. We enjoyed the cleanliness. The price of tickets was fare. The popcorn and such was a little pricey, but to have such an enjoyable time and a good setting well worth paying higher price for amenities. Plan on going more often now that they have made seeing a movie on the big screen more enjoyable than my livingroom. I dont have to lift a finger, just enjoy with my grandchildren.

Building is being renovated but great hospitality. Powered recliner seats was the cherry on top. Great place for the family to get out the house for a few hours.

I feel like the price is a little much at any theatre but I saw frozen 2 and it was awesome!! Their renovations are amazing as well!

The new recliners were great. Unfortunately someone had already slightly broken my chair, but the new setup is cool. Its nice to finally enjoy a theatre almost as if you are watching in your own home. Nice, private, and comfortable.

The new grill has good food and I love the burger & fries.

I was there last Tuesday night, other than renovation construction, it was very clean, the staff were very professional and the food was great... Its a huge change since the last time I was there (Its been years).P.S. LOVE THE RECLINERS.

Saw John wick 3. The new remodel is awesome. The chairs are just like a comfy recliner you might have in your living room. Sound and image is great as usual.

I was surprised that the theater was full of recliner chairs. The chairs are leather and the electric controls allows you to extend the foot rest. The concession stand is on the smaller side. The mens restroom is fairly large. I was told that the restrooms had been refurbished, and the recliners had replaced the standard chairs.

They are too high on the tickets. $10 a person is too high. It should be like 5 dollars a person. The food and drinks in there shouldnt be high. You should be able to bring your own food and drinks in the movies not everyone has the money to buy food and drinks in the theater. There shouldnt be alcohol in the theater thats ridiculous. Theres gonna be idiots being stupid.

Not a great experience right now. Even with wearing a mask and temperature checks, the employees acted like they didn’t want us there.

Hopefully the place improves after the renovation. The lobby is rather plain as there were no games, vending machines or even many upcoming movie posters in it. The seats, which should be improved after renovations, were very uncomfortable and leaned and rocked way too much. The audio and video was good and the concessions were good but hopefully improvements come in the near future.

This is by far the best cinema I have ever been to. Great prices, clean, and RECLINER SEATS!

Its been a while since I have been to the theater and they now have reclining seats which is something I have always wanted to experience in a movie theater. And you now have to pick your seating beforehand on the monitor when purchasing tickets. I enjoyed myself.

The renovation to the theater was awesome! Saw The Lion King tonight, really digging the recliner seats. Enjoyed the movie, but the experience was worth the money.

Wish the lighting was bit better in the back row. I would had been able too see what I was going too catch from my date.

Great environment with a wide selection of movies and viewing times. The theaters are of various sizes with comfortable seating (each seat has a cup holder). There is a wide variety of snacks and drinks available at the concession stand. Competitive prices. My family go as often as possible.

Always a good place to go but this one time I did not stop to enjoy their wonderful theaters. I will say this though if you need to change a headlight out it is a great place to do so on the side of the building, especially, if it is at night. I couldn’t find a place that was lit up enough until I passed by there and realized they had enough lights in their parking lot that they could be seen from space. Thank you Malco for the substantial lighting so I could change my headlight out in 5 min.

We will never go there again. Manger Tyler Beard was rude when we asked for different seats in #6 seats G1 & G2 because with their reclined seating we had a huge box in front of us where they enclosed the stairs. Lord forbid we reclined it blocked the entire screen almost. Not to mention stale popcorn.

Imagine a movie theater that at least once in a while showed an indie film or an art film. You imagination will not bring you to Jonesboro, AR.

Awesome experience food is still way to expensive but I love the reclining seats.

Enjoyed our time there, but will not be back if they allow alcohol to be sold in the theater.

Shooting was excellent. Price of movie was excellent. Price of a soda was outrageous. But the location was good. Excellent sound with a movie. But the price was sorta was outrageous.

They have the fancy reclining chairs now. Theres obviously some construction going on in there. The workers are a little lackluster but not bad.

Leather seats that recline! Arm room on the arm rests! Good food. Great drinks! Not expensive at all. For the luxury you get this is a fine experience! This is my favorite movie house. Just watched Croods 2. Laughed so hard! If you havent been and you would like a quality night out...well look no further. Bathrooms are clean, seats are clean, employees are professional!!!

I absolutely love the stadium style seating as well as the comfy leather recliners. I also love how the entrance is located down a hall so you dont have the light coming in every time The door opens. The sound and picture is amazing. I live in Batesville, but i will drive to Jonesboro everytime Im wanting to go to the movies. The prices are reasonable for what you get. Being able to reserve your seats is an added bonus.

The stadium seating is wonderful. It is however rather silly to be standing at the counter buying a ticket and be asked what seat do you want. Respectfully Ill pick my seat when I go into the theater. But if Im forced to pick a seat Im stuck if the theater is full. Eliminate this idiotic policy

Just a bad experience from the staff being rude to having to sit apart from my family. And the popcorn wasnt fresh.

Good movie

Always a good theater to see a movie at. Right now they are renovating several screens to add recliners so it will only get better. The only issue I have with this theater is the popcorn is not popped fresh (comes out in bags) and is very bland even after adding salt and the yellow butter flavoring. Considering the high cost we pay for concession items, I would appreciate a better product.

The seats are comfortable, the popcorn is great, and they have fun displays for the kids to take goofy pics

Went to the movies tonight to see Childs Play. Love the new recliners but there was no air-conditioning. Ask for a refund but was told no refunds allowed. I wont be back

For the price, there needs to be people ensuring people stay off their phones and are quite during the movie. If your late then no admittance so not to disturb those who are watching the show. The people at the concession area need to put effort, not just be there and if they see someone that they know, need to find another time to catch up, instead of making everyone wait for them to finish. Over all for the price people have to pay to go to a movie, the service could be much better.

The staff is always friendly, and the facility is always clean.

People there acted like it was an inconvenience to serve you. Had to ask 3 times to get the food I ordered and paid for. Employees were carrying personal conversation the whole time they were helping us and glared at us when they finally did give us our food as if we had ruined their conversation.

The malco needs a serious face lift. It is heading in the right direction with the updated seat selection and reclining seats. Food prices are sky high so take your own snacks.
