Great reclining heated seats with food tray (all the seats in the theatre recline). The heat did wonders for my back while watching the movie but you dont have to turn on heat if you dont want it. Theatre and concession areas are very clean and covid-19 conscious. The isles are much wider and the seating selection menu automatically blocks two seats to your right and two seats to your left from being selected by other patrons. This made social distancing in a movie theater reassuring. Going back to the movies during these uncertain times felt safe, clean, and comfortable. A big kudos to Cinemark for the great improvements theyve made during the covid-19 pandemic.

I took myself and three children to see a movie tonight. Paid over $40 just for the tickets, but that wasn’t the issue. I also purchased a large popcorn and a medium drink that cost $14, $8 for the popcorn and $5.50 for the soda. With the three kiddos the soda I purchased went quick and they asked for more. I went to get a refill on the popcorn which was free for one refill and I also refilled the soda. I didn’t think anything about the refill b/c it cost so much I figured you would get at least one refill. I went through to hand the attendant the ticket for the refill on the popcorn and she asked me for $5.50 for the soda! I had a exchange or Q&A with her to understand why I was being charged for the soda. Basically, there are no refills on the soda. My eyes ‘bout popped out my head. $11 FOR SODA! Being that I have been a restaurant manager and I know what it really cost to make those drinks! I will NEVER go to this theater again or any other Cinamark.

This movie theater used to be alright. Then they installed new seating which nearly halved their capacity. Ive only been able to get tickets here twice since then and the theater was an absolute mess each time. I would suggest going to a different theater.

Great theater. Very comfortable clean go to the matinee to save money and have a less congested experience. My only grip is that they should have my personable people at the ticket booth and not wet rag type dead zombie type employees with no personalityOther than that it would have gotten 5 stars...plus I like the free refill on large popcorn and drink...kinda makes you feel a little better about the prices.

I just recently downloaded the Cinemark app on my phone and it is definitely worth it. If I was you guys I would download it because it saves a lot of money on tickets and we all know how much them can be and snacks also... Check it out and download it and see for yourself......

Very nice theater. Large recliner seats with power foot rest, heated seats. A tray for your food and beverage. Warm temperatures,not chilly.

Great place. Luxury lounger heated seats. Top notch concessions. And location accommodates semi truck parking at East end of mall, not a long walk from the theater.

Recently went to the upgraded theater really enjoyed the new seats. The recliners are so relaxing and the ability to reserve your seat is a great bonus. The staff is always friendly and I like the snack selection.

Great movie theater. Love the new heated leather power reclining seats with tray tables and stadium seating. They now server adult beverages. Dont forget your ID, They card everyone, no exceptions.

Ordered a pizza that was to be brought to my seat. 2 hours later I went to look for it and the new crew had no idea what I was talking about. The manager was very nice and gave me a refund and two guest passes. She was great but it shouldnt have come to that for a pizza.

New reclining seats are a welcome improvement. They dont lean back as far as some other theatres, but much better than the older style seating they used to have.Aside from that, theyre all beef hot dogs are DELICIOUS.

I come here often...no problems. Of course we can all agree food and snacks in movie theaters are high. Thats my only complaint though lol

Ever since the refit, I can enjoy the movies in a theater again. They keep things clean, the concessions have plenty of choices and easy to get around.

I absolutely love the new remodel! I love the fact that we can now pick our seats when we purchase the tickets (yes I washed my hands after picking my seat). My husband had a good point though, what happens if you get next to a screaming baby or a stinky person? It is a bummer that you wont be able to change seats because of this....but the seats are comfy and far enough away that someone would have to try really hard and initiate GoGo Gadget legs to kick to your chair.

Very nice,clean theater also comfortable seating but the prices are very high except tickets on tuesday but concessions still are high unfortunately. This place should run better deals then i would give it 5 stars lol.

Love this theater. Staff is always very friendly. If you go alot you tend to recognize the usual same workers that are nice. Good to no they have dedicated workers that stick around. Place is kept clean and even recently got new sitting which is a pleasant change. Currently still adding updated everything so be patient if your new to going here.

The new recliner seating is awesome! Im a bigger guy and I had plenty of room. (I didnt realize they had a heat option lol until my butt was getting warm) definitely makes seeing a movie super relaxing.

My son went there last night and took his aunt who is disabled. He bought the handicap seat and the guest seat next to it. They made my son move and sit in a lawn chair that they brought him. Because a family of 8 did not want to split up. And no one in the family was handicapped. They told my son they can move to two upper seats. But his aunt can’t walk far and no way go upstairs. So instead of having the other family move. They make my son move out of the seat he purchased. NONE of our family will ever spend one cent at a Cinemark theater ever again. Horrible horrible service.

Great movie going experience. They have really done well with keeping the facilities clean and up to date. If ticket prices werent so ridiculously high these days, Id give five stars

After not being here for some time I was very happy with my last visit. My handicap wife and I were let in the theater first so we didnt, and couldnt, go through the rope maze. The seats are super comfortable now and just an overall nice theater

Great movie! Tom Hanks was Mr Rogers..I didnt know where the movie was going at first, but was soon sucked in.Theatre has great comfy, over-sized chairs. However, the remote for chair was on my ledt side. I am right handed with issues with left hand, made getting seat set to my preference a little awkward. But, theatre was clean and the staff friendly znd cheerful.

Rudimentary service at the ticket booth, place with neglect as lady continued to check her phone instead of letting us pass. Continued to let younger compliance’s see a movie without an ID, when showed up I was rejected along with my significant other. Employees should be more lenient and less provocative to customers.

I just bought popcorn with butter. It smelled too good!!! I could not just walk pass there. I had to buy some!

Im loving this theater even more with the new motorized recliners. So comfy! The little table in front is also a welcome addition especially when the theater is packed. You hardly ever notice the seats are nicely spacious. Very clean. I hope they can keep it clean. The popcorn and drinks are good too. Free refills on the large sizes. However it is right near the food court if you want to save some money.

The theaters are clean and well designed. We paid a bit extra to sit the the new reserved seats. However, little did I know that the seats are programmed to choreographed to move with the activities in the movie. It was a fun treat for my kids but not necessarily worth the cost. Additionally, the concessions areas is set up very poorly as large crowds cause the line to bottleneck at the drink and checkout areas.

I love the malls New Edition into their seats that have a cooler a table and a footrest and it also lays their head back the specific movie was playing with fire it was the greatest movie and I laughed a lot this is my official review

The movie was good the only dislike I had about my experience was the popcorn stale as well as all the commercials in the movie didnt have audio in it. so then I told one of the employees about it.they were trying to fix it and didnt start working till the movie started. So overall..just ok

I guess nowadays things worth having come with a price tag. I remember back in the 90s a movie ticket with only cost $5, you would be able to take a date and it would not leave a large hole in your pocket afterwards, but due to the times and the economy I understand the price of a ticket has increased and I am now very impressed with the quality of seating. I remember when I would sneak in my own food and nowadays I wish the price at the theater wasnt three times overcharged the price a candy and popcorn. I would have given it a five stars if it hadnt been for the overpriced candies and popcorn, great job to Cinemark but I know you can do better.

Every once in a while you get a theater full of punk kids who dont know when to put their phones down or be quiet, but management has been very cooperative when it came to making sure we had a great experience!

Always interesting to go to movie theater thats actually in the mall. So many places the theaters around the mall or near the mall but you dont actually go into the mall to visit the theater. This place is not all bad seats are nice and the place is clean but prices are out of hand high and we had 42 min of previews and commercials AMC did not have that problem nor did Hollywood Blvd and lot of people talk they movie and they do nothing about it and I did go out and tell staff to control the theater and they where mad I asked them to do their jobs

Ive been here many times, and its seemed like nothing has changed. Its not bad at all, it just seems like nothing has been updated or modernized in the 6 or so years Ive been going to movies here. The staff is always pleasant and theres a pretty regular collection of food/drink. Prices are crazy, but I guess its always been that way.

I loved the new upgrade the seats are amazing annnd its very spacious. They service wine and veer which i didnt know! And the seats are organized so u go in having your seat saved and know if its gunna feel crowed or not. And the popcorn so fresh. Should have tried the delux nachos and had the cinnamark rewards app. They give u like free popcorn and nice points.

Only giving one star because they are going back on their advertising of Tuesday’s being a $5.50 day. Charging regular price because it’s a holiday (Christmas, the giving day), but evidently not for the show. Make the most you can off everybody who wants to see a movie on their day off.
