Wish their was more variety with food. I also wish this place was cleaner theirs always trash overflowing and it causes an oder. Westmont has more to choose from in terms of food. I love how they updated the building and how the ticket prices are low. I also like that they show old movies for discounted prices I would go again.

Very nice theater. Lots of great selections and concessions are reasonable. Great surround sound, though not too loud. Seating was comfortable. Picture quality is excellent. Only down side is that the bathrooms could have used a good cleaning. We went mid day, without too much traffic and the bathrooms were dirty. All stalls. Still, we had a very nice time.

Very clean and decently priced. My family and I are supporting only small businesses, during these trying times, and this is one. Theyre not like the big corporate owned movie theaters, theyre much better. Theyre showing semi classic movies right now, movies my kids love watching, but they werent able to see in theaters due to them being released before they were born. Richland Cinemas has also adjusted the ticket prices for the movies not being new releases, which I respect.

Very nice theater, locally owned, clean, tasty popcorn, kind staff, and an exceptional 35mm projector display outside the hallway. The Atmos sound could stand to be a little more tight and loud though.

This establishment is one of two in the area that show new movies indoors. Richland Cinemas is the better of the two. They recently updated the outside look of the place, as well as adding recliners inside the theater. They offer discounts on prices if you attend earlier in the night. Staff are super friendly. Bathrooms are well kept. Theaters are cleaned between each showing. The concession stand is cheap and is open during the movie. I would recommend the popcorn and drink combo.

Not a 5-Star theater but it was decently clean. Staff was courteous. Prices are not horrible for popcorn. Normal tickets $9 per ticket. Im a student so mine were cheaper. Theater itself isnt the cleanest but the picture and surround sound was perfect. Ill go again.

Prices werent bad, friendly staff, power recliners were super comfortable and clean. The snack counters were filthy, floors covered in popcorn, trash cans were overflowing but the restrooms were clean. Overall, good experience.

Typical multiplex theater. Reasonably clean, staff is friendly. Of course the snack shop is as overpriced as any other theater. Some of the seats are in need of replacement, and a little more leg room would be nice (lm 54).

The theater seems to be making improvements. New recliners in the front and handicap space for wheelchairs. The popcorn is extremely salty, but the rest of the food seems fresh and tastes good. Prices for admission are good, and typical for theatre food prices. I recommend that if the movie you wish to see has been out for a while that you call ahead to make sure it not in the smaller theaters. The seating is cramped and the quality is low for sound and picture, but you pay the same price. The large screen theaters are spacious, comfortable, and clean. The sound and picture quality is fantastic too. Just avoid the smaller ones and you should have a great time!

Saw wonder park in 3-D with my 8yo son and it was an awesome movie and experience. They sell bottomless popcorn and they also have kids size 3-D glasses which Ive never seen. All in all it was a great experience with the staff going above and beyond to be helpful. Independent and family owned giving you way more bang for your buck!

Just saw, Fast and Furious:Hobbs and Shaw. The theater has upgraded some of their seats to recliners. Be careful not to fall asleep in them and miss the movie. Lol.

We tried to buy our tickets online. 4 tickets total. Took 3 tries. Frustrated but finally got them. Get there and they were for the night before. Drove 1 hr to get there and had to pay again if we wanted to see the movie. Bathrooms and our seats were sticky feeling. Gross. Should have taken the loss and found something else to do. Glad at least the movie wasnt in one of their small dirty theater rooms. They are really dirty and gross.

Be prepared to spend at concession if you love snacksif you do matinee, however, this isnt bad at all. My only complaint is whether its a full house or just you; the surround sound system is entirely too loud! I do enjoy the many options at concession stand. Always clean and never had any issues with staff. Always friendly and helpful!

The staff that was working the night I was there were less then pleasant and kept a conversation going with each other even while waiting on me. Really shouldnt expect anything better from todays teenagers.

Its a decent midsized theater. Several of the theaters inside have stadium seating which is nice. Im very short so its cool to not have to try to look over someones head. Its generally fairly clean although the lobby is pretty rundown. Concessions are about as pricy as you would expect. Sound and picture quality are decent. No real complaints, besides simply the nature of seeing a movie in a public space is always (in my opinion) less enjoyable than the comfort of home.

Prices are pretty good and popcorn doesnt cost the price of gold. Always a good experience.

Last evening we went to see ‘the Upsude’. It was in one of their very small dank theaters. It was at least 15 min after start time when we notified management that the movie failed to start. They never proceeded to try to start the movie, without any apology or explanation. Finally we heard from them when it was 30 min after start time. At the 45 post start time they said they could not fix the problem. Then they offered to return our money or give us a voucher.In the meantime people bought food & drinks, traveled there (we drove 25 min), and sat there waiting all that time waiting. Simply reimbursing us is little compensation for all of that. They should’ve reimbursed us and given us a voucher or given patrons 2 vouchers for all that trouble. I did ask the evening manager about this in front of the crowd who were victimized by this poorly operated theater. She said she could not do anything but offer us what she did. Additionally, she informed all of us that she was the primary manager & not just the evening manager. She acted like she did not have a boss. In fact she acted like she could’ve cared less.My husband took the voucher, but I will give it to someone. I refuse to sit that dank, dark, stale air theater again with antiquated policies.It is more than logical to compensate all ‘victims’ with more than they did. I was going to call the manager, but feel he’s as hapless as the manager he hired.I am giving it a one star because it shows I am more magnanimous than either that theaters managers or it’s ownerIt’s fine if one has such poor expectations to think this theater is even average. No- I will never go again.....and I didn’t even get into cleanliness and food!!

This place isnt too bad. The seats could be better. Other than that the only thing that really sucks about this place is the NEVER get and of the Dragon Ball movies.

Anyone who rates higher than 3 stars hasnt been to many theaters. This place is mediocre at best. They do get 1st run movies and have a couple of theaters with stadium seating/premium sound. But the other half of the theaters do not and they are not worth the admission prices. I generally find the admission and concession prices high compared to other 1st run theaters in western PA (try the AMC in Altoona or Loews in Pittsburgh if you want to see a proper theater). This theater is not particularly updated, clean, or friendly. There is nothing special about this theater except the lack of competition in Johnstown.

Located near Walmart, Dennys and other shopping the theater is handy to stop by. I ordered a large popcorn & drink for about $8. Staff did a great job telling me about the movie and the place was clean and well maintained.

Always a great theater to visit but there is a manager who works the tickets sometimes that has the biggest sourpuss Ive ever seen. He has the expression like hed rather be anywhere else and everytime I say hi he ignores it and says nothing. Probably the worst kind of person to great you at the door of any business. But the candy prices are low and I like that. The sound in theater 5 is awesome.
