Quiet little trailer park neighborhood, some houses. I work for upper Yoder township so we do work in this area. Nice little area but the houses could be better taken care of but I know thats all on the owners.

I love this place. Its so very beautiful but as with anywhere, choose wisely who you befriend. We keep to ourselves for the most part and are very happy here.

I just bought this home signed a lease and 2 days after moving in my rent was raised, Our gravel road is Terrible, And abandon run down mobile home next to me and more down the road,, these mobile homes need to be tore down as it’s not safe,, if I would have known this is how the owner takes care of the place I would have never moved here,

Terrible place to live if you have kids. They cannot have trampolines, ride bikes, have basketball hoops, have pools (not even baby pools) or basically do anything outside at all. Not are you allowed to have anything kid related in your yard. However, NONE of these rules are listed in the lease. You will get a handwritten letter if you have kids who play outside saying of you do not comply you will be evicted. If you hate children, move here!

Wouldnt live here. Would rather live under a bridge in a cardboard box.

Horrible place, very little upkeep, run down homes, trash laying around, gutted trailers, management not easy to work with
