An exceptional store to shop at... Very Very clean... It has exactly what I was looking for and so much more.... And it is so pretty in the store for Christmas... It really puts a person in the holiday spirit... A very happy customer....

This store is always nicely organized!! Prices are always posted (where some stores have missing price tags on every other item). The staff is always so kind and helpful when I cant find what I need. And theyre always pleasant!! Fyi, holiday decor is out right now and the store is even more beautiful than usual....SUCH an amazing and diverse selection of decor, supplies and just about anything else!!

Great customer service and has just about everything a crafty person needs. I got there to get my yarn and hooks for crocheting, my daughter gets her paint and canvas here, and my wife gets stuff for her knitting and fabric she needs for making clothes

I wish Michaels would open a place closer to Grantsville or LaVale. You can always find craft supplies here. They have great sales.

Its sort of hit or miss with Michaels..theyre always moving stuff around and it seems like they get rid of items often...but the employees are always helpful and kind!

Best place to get supplies for craft / hobbies. along with the tools / equipment if your looking to start a new hobby. Staff is friendly and attempt to answer any and all questions to the best of their abilities. Been dealing with this place for years and will continue to do business.

Great employee knowledge of the store and what is where. Unfortunately they didnt have any selection of type of frame I was looking for. I had a 50%off coupon. That was a huge relief.They were out of stock on the Sharpie marker Ive been searching everywhere for!! Not pleased with that.Michaels has alot and you sure pay for it. But I love the chain of Michaels.

Unfortunately its one of the few options around the other being Joanns and normally theyre prices are way to much for something I might be able to find at walmart for half the price, although with that said when you do get going through the clearance and the different sales you can find some pretty neat items at a reasonable price and normally for me I luck out to it being pretty cool and useful at an affordable cost as well as something I cant find at walmart.

I love the sales that Michaels has, and they always have a coupon available as well. What I dont like is that even at half off, their floral arrangements are still quite expensive!

Therese was fabulous. She patiently waited for me to try and find my coupon then eventually helped me find the correct coupon one. She was surely the cheery on top. A kind cashier really takes a store to the next level, making you look forward to going back too!

Its fine. They have some typical stuff, but they dont have unique art supplies. Have to go to a real art supply store for that kinda stuff. Always check online for a coupon before checking out.

I would give them negative stars if it were possible, the store managers (tall, very skinny guy and a middle aged woman) are the RUDEST MOST CONDESCENDING PEOPLE Ive ever had the misfortune of being around in my entire life. They talk down to employees like theyre scum and are very snotty. Theyve created a Joann fabrics customer for life.

Its a very clean place, a wide variety of craft supplies for the home and body... There is always something on sale. They treat their rewards members especially good.

I like the sales the people are also decent to you. And it is usually stocked well.

Was alright, what i needed was out of stock, i asked for help and i got an attitude but in her defense i dont think she realized she did it, but thats the kind of thing that gets you in trouble . Still love michaels tho.

Usually you wait a long time for someone to come up to the register to check you out, but the staff is often engaged with customers and generally being nice and helpful. So its a good store just dont be surprised if you need to wait for someone to get to the register.

Really like sales and service

I love walking through and getting ideas to make gifts and other things. The employees are normally very nice but could be trained a little better in the products they are selling. All in all a nice, clean store with a public restroom.

A good place to find Cricut machines and accessories. I just wish they carried Foil Quill foils and accessories.

Great craft supply store. Not many professional level items, but great for crafting projects. Upgraded app is great!

I like that they have a great supply of pretty much everything you need from cake making/decorating to scrap booking and wood burning, jewelry making. The only criticism I have is opening registers a little quicker when theres a line and maybe remind the workers about good customer service!

Great place to get ideas for crafts you want to do, but the sales they have are the best way to get stuff you want instead of paying the full price which can be a bit pricy.

Went to Michaels yesterday to get a specific type of yarn. Asked the one lady if she could help me out. She replied I have no idea what your talking about. Turned to a older woman and explained my situation. The older womans reply was in a irritated voice. YEAH I KNOW BUT IM WITH SOMEBODY. I SURE WISH I HAD HER NAME. Needless to say I didnt get the yarn.
