Heritage Park

This is susan m.i lived there 3 years.mine an my neighbors cars were broke into windows broken n cars robbed.my trailer was broken into an lost mine an my grandkids very expensive electronics.not a good place to live!! Sold my home an moved!

I live there but rates and cost keeps the place from being place to live always have new court managers alot every few years here and the place never changes for the better but its a nice place for a family if u want long term to live in tn

I have 8 years living there and I like it is very quiet I have no problem with the neighbors and the manager very good person I like how she does her job I recommend this parking

Low class mostly older trailers they all need to be renovated or torn down completely. Not to mention its over priced

The women who works the front office is on a power trip and complains about ridiculous things. She also talks bad about the tenants that live here on her personal facebook page. The trailers arent well kept and its overcrowded. I wouldnt recommend this place to my dogs much less a human being. If I could rate this place 0 stars I would but unfortunately, I have to rate it at least 1 star.

Extreme amounts of drug activity

A couple facts weve had alot of managers in the 20 years Ive lived here most were thieves currently we have a manager that is pretty terrible last thought if your lot rent is stolen then your responsible not the thief you are and this place has gone way downhill in the last 3 years the police are here constantly especially on weekends most likely from the drug activity spilling over from Houstons mobile home park

Went downhill since I lived there back in 2005. But looking better over at office. Just a lot of people not caring for their trailers. Lot rent was 195/ mth back when I lived there.

You get nothing for your money (rent) and the owners keep getting richer and richer!!!!

Not well kept up, dirty, roads in horrible condition, kids.playing in the road constantly, and way way way to many speed bumps. Do not move here!
