I thought they were good specially during the pandemics where communication was great and we were not charged for anything...I think it is great for infants (good teachers). The facility is old...

I am personally disappointed of concept and communication.Concept:- Set clear expectations: Your child is not going to learn swimming here. The lessons are centered around the mission to get your child to float on its back for a few seconds. No swimming.- Let‘s assume you think that’s a good thing to do. Every week you will see a new teacher. There is zero consistency in who is teaching your child.- Every teacher will explore from scratch what type of exercises to do and what level your kid might have, leading to zero-none progress over the course of weeks and months.- Every teacher has a different concept of exercises, telling/ not telling parents what needs to be improved, and so forth. Again nothing consistent there. I met one teacher who did a good job, out of 10 that I saw over the time.- They separate kids depending on their age. Kids before 3 take a different class than kids older than 3. Officially, that has to do with capabilities and progress, since children get into higher levels based on their achievements. I happened to attend and watch classes of three different levels. All had the exact same exercises and level of proficiency. It is a joke.- According to their concept every level has to achieve certain results and successfully conduct certain exercises. Over the course of four months, I haven’t seen any variation in training to accomplish those. It is always the same stuff that is being trained.- You spend $40 for 30 minutes. Typically there are four kids per class in this age group. Which means if you happen to get a slow teacher, your kid will touch the water 4 times per lesson, while waiting the rest of the time.Communication:- I shared my concerns several times via several channels.- Manager reached out to me and I offered a phone call to discuss. Never called.- I don’t see any serious attempt to fix this program.Overall, you will spend way way too much for what you get.

Totally fake swim school. Avoid!!! 2 very athletic kids have not learned to swim after year of instructions. I used a timer: for 30 min class - a child spends 7 minute in water total, including free float time. Scam! Run! And they used to pay for good reviews. Thats why no reviews anymore. Shut this scam down!

The teachers are great but I am adding only 3 start because the installations are not very clean. The Pool it’s ok but a little dirty. In the showers it’s hair everywhere. Bathrooms do not have toilette paper. Swim class is $40 for 30 min. Kids and adults are together in class.
