Great river views, easy trails. Great place to enjoy nature or even go for a swim

This is a must visit! The falls behind the mill are so spectacular and beautiful. Great hidden gem.

Great place to go and swim or to look around,joe Snack Bar is next door. I have heard from a number of people that Joe’s is a great place to go and get ice cream and whatever else.As far as the Old Red Mill it is great for pics, it’s a nice spot To go swimming jumping off one big Rock on side

I went because of the Bentley Snowflake Display. It was Tuesday and they werent supposed to be open according to the website but they were. Staffed by volunteers, hours can be irregular but the outside of the building is so different and knowing it was a grist mill makes sense. Local artists exhibit their wares for sale in addition to authorized Bentley snowflake reproductions of photos and Danforth Pewter snowflake designs.

The hiking trail behind the mill leads to a wonderful walk along the river which is a great place to go and cool down or clear your head

Place is very interesting lots of historical photos and exhibits to view. The Snowflake Bentley exhibit is incredible a must see. Lots of items to purchase as well. I found a pair of hand painted earrings that made a perfect gift.

Beautiful quiet setting not too far out of town. Great place to cool off, take a swim, go for a walk in nature, or get out with the dog. Love this place. Will continue coming back!

Really nice, small gallery of Bentleys work in a beautiful old Mill building. Theres also a wonderful selection of prints and other crafts from local artists. We also went for a hike on the loop in the park behind the mill. If you have time, its worth it.

A wonderful peek into a big slice of Jericho history. If you do not know the history of the photography of snowflakes, you will be amazed. Free. The building is a great example of 19th century mill construction.

Great shop with local artisans fare. Pottery for great kitchen pieces, artisan necklaces and earrings, crochet awesomeness for chilly winter days and many other great finds. Also have the Snowflake Bentley collection as well as the collectors Christmas ornaments!

Saw this place from the road and just had to go in and take a look. Lots of nice crafts, and a surprisingly interesting exhibit on photomicrographs of snow flakes. Overall, a wonderful hidden gem!

Given the quality of the website, the museum itself was surprisingly small. The snowflake photos are wonderful, but what little mill information may once have been there is now covered by the shop contents.

Wonderful Old Mill with a local crafts for sale and a small museum in back about Wilson Bentley one of the first photographers to take photographs of snowflakes. There is a short loop trail behind the museum.

Great easy trail for kiddos and nice walk along the river

The sales clerk, an older woman, sat behind the counter reading a newspaper and was patronizing when asked a question about the mill. She was very rude. I changed my mind about purchasing anything at the shop. Ive visited may locations in VT where people are friendly. Old Red Mill is not one of them.

Wonderful setting featuring the Snowflake Bentley Museum with many great local crafts and gifts.

This is one of the best places for toddlers to play in the water. And bigger kids to learn to swim.

Picturesque shop carrying crafts by local artisans. Small museum of Snowflake Bentley photographs attached. I stop in on every trip to the area and always find something to take home with me.

Beautiful! Inside the building is a craft shop and a small museum featuring the Snowflake Bentley Exhibit. If driving through the area and have a few minutes to spare, stop by!

A great hike, often very quiet and plenty of large flat boulders to enjoy the river channel from.

Awesome place. Seems like a popular spot for younger adults. Really cool rock formations and little pools to swim in. Beautiful area!

Great snowflake science history & store

Quaint gift shop with 2 small rooms in the back that have numerous images of Bentleys snowflakes. The exhibit room also has the camera and microscope that he used. Pretty cool but youll be wrapped up in a few minutes.

Grew up down the road from this fun historic attraction. Great local crafts and a beautiful hiking trail.

Home for a 40th class reunion, had to see the Old Mill again. Chatted with the cashier, a 90+ year old who was a delight to talk to. Step into a place where craft takes precedence over mass production. See the Snowflake Bentley exibit.
