I had so much fun there! I think I got there at like 4 and left at like 8 it was very fun! The down side is that I lost my headband that was very important to me and some goggles but other than that I had a great time!
First time going here. The water was so blue and beautiful! Not to many people there. There were a few cabana type tents up and most people observed social distancing. Would definitely go back when its a little safer.
Nice beach recent changes to the Sand bar have made a nice break on small days on low incoming tide
Quintessential Treasure Coast beach. Sandy, full of seashells, friendly locals gave us a sand dollar they found and gladly told us info about the wildlife, son had a blast in the waves, the water was the most beautiful blue, would be a great spot for some sunrise photos, or just spend an afternoon in sun and sand. Bring sunscreen and an umbrella for shade, and sandals, the sand can be hot and the sun is intense. I got burned even with SPF70 on. Floats, beach balls, kayaks, SUP boards are permitted. A flag system warns you of dangers in the area. Most of all, have fun!
Great little beach with neat scenery being the condos adjacent to the water.
Nice small beach. Some of area is HOA. Life Guard. No pets.
Surf was amazing...beach is nice, uncrowded and great for shelling!
Nice enough beach but it gets a little crowded.
Very few people. Lots of shells....great walking beach.
Less crowed than Jensen Beach. Very clean, well maintained. Life guard on duty
My girlfriend got married on that beach and the beach is wonderful.
Lovely beach close to parking area. Nice beach to walk. A small parking lot is available at the entrance, but limited parking. There are restrooms at the site of the parking lot, but were not the cleanest on the day I was there (January 2020). Great place to bring a chair and sit along the beach!
Went to check out waves and beach after hurricane. Some errosion & lots of strong waves.
Good parking and quick access to the beach. Rinse off station and restrooms
Nice chill beach, I love that the lifeguard let us choose to sit and tan and not have to be in the water if we didnt want as long as we were on a certain side of the cones due to corona.
Nice place to park and go to beach, no lifeguards, or bathrooms but do have running water to rinse sand off.
Easy access, paved parking, nice restrooms, lifeguard and never crowded.
Great Public beach and if you like the Surf/waves, then Waveland Beach is good place to visit. Lifeguard hours posted and Newer Restroom facilities out in the parking lot area and working on the wooden walkway out to the beach; it includes at wash off area with outdoor shower rinse. This beach is Recommended.
Stereotypical St Lucie county Beach not usually crowded
Nice beach with free parking. Doesnt get very crowded
Fun spot to getaway with wife an kids.
Nice and quiet for this time of year.
Good clean and safe beach with Life guard on post every day from 9:00am to 5:00pm.
The beach itself is small, no park area, volleyball nets, exercise pavilions or places to walk around except for the sand. The water however was very nice but it bothered me how so many people were fishing so close to shore. Also maybe it was just for me and my family but the people here were really rude, except the lifeguards. Overall, the water is great and its best in my opinion to come with friends or family because theres not lots to do.
I rated this a 1 star because I dont want anymore people knowing how great it really is.
I love this beach so much
This beach is open 24 hours.
Best place easy access
Thank the good Lord this beach was open when the world was crumbling to smithereens..
Beautiful clean white soft sand beach.
Beautiful beach. Easy to swim in and lots of seashells!
Decent beach. Not crowded. Not too much seaweed. Not huge but enough room to do what youre there to do.
Had a great time no problems!
Clean. Easy access. Life guard. Board updated daily to advise of possible hazards.
This is a very well done park.
Its a Beautiful Beach !!! Lifeguard on duty so its completely safe ... ( SUE ) Plus there are bathrooms ...
Sections of the beach have smoother sand, pick a good spot.
Keep an eye on the flags! It is clearly posted what the flag warning is and has details of what each flag means. This will make your beach visit MUCH more enjoyable!
Too much seaweed
At this time the tides are high but the scene is Awesome
The whole road is beautiful beaches !
Its a clean and beautiful beach. Last time I went i could see a school of fishes swim right past me.
It is clean and they have a life guard.
We went here on an overcast Saturday morning. We set up 10 fishing poles that were to be used by the First United Methodist Church of Port St. Lucie. The lifeguard arrived. The bathrooms are being renovated: portable toilets are available. There is a shower rinse off station. There is a ramp.
Great place to get away with family or friends. Usually always a good crowd so get there early. The parking lot is across from where you walk, large rest room but sadly nowhere to eat close by. The sand isnt the nicest nor cleanest but its the beach! And we live in FL, win-win!
Beautiful and pretty secluded for a florida beach
Nice beach. Free parking. Rinse off station. Currently a lot of seaweed though.
Very nice clean Beach, family oriented on the edge of residential and resort access. Not too terribly busy but there is a guard watching from around 10 am to 5 pm. They have posted signs prohibiting alcohol, dogs, and fishing, but I saw each of these activities taking place. As long as you arent intruding on anyone, they were all practically allowed.
Great place for the family, and even a surprise plane flying by!
Beautiful area.. had lunch. Open air.. pedestrian friendly..
This stretch of beach was fantastic. It was not very crowded the day we went (Friday). The beach was very clean and had good showers to clean off with. Definitely recommend this beach!
One of our go to places here. The water is full of sand dollars...even though you aren’t supposed to take them out of the water, it’s cool as hell. They have a good shower area and clean restrooms.
Nice experience. Attentive lifeguards, new bathrooms . Outdoor shower, all very convenient
I enjoyed hunting for shells. We timed it so it was low tide. Just a short walk from the parking lot. Turn on Pepper Lane (sign is missing). Portapottys and a way to shower off the sand. It was a lovely afternoon.
Great Beach not to crowded.
What a beautiful beach.
When they finish their construction it will be great. Love they have lifeguards.
Great beach!
Nice beach to go to when Jensen Beach Lit is full. Lifeguards on duty
Gross. Smells like piss. Definitely a decline. Maintenance does nothing. Disgusting beach. Ive lived here all my life and have never been more embarrassed to be a local.
Nice, quiet beach to go to during the week days. Lifeguard on duty, clean bathroom facilities.
Very well maintained beach.
Beautiful beach, great for surfing
Fantastic
Beautiful
Good place to visit the beach with the family. Theres less tourists here compared to Jensen Beach. They have showers, bathrooms, and a lifeguard, yet its still moderately secluded. Highly recommended.
Life guarded, clean, family friendly, fun, bathrooms available
Great beach. Should be closed at night. Vandals messed up new bathroom.
Nice and clean
Who wouldnt love the sound of the waves and the hunt for the special shell or seeing a mermaid!
Sandy beach, big waves
Too many fish
Beach was nice but water was rough sand had steep decline after in water after 5 feet.
Wonderful, lightly populated guarded beach.
I go here mainly for the shower ... It is very high pressure and feels wonderful after a beach day.
Small parking lot comparatively, nice rinse down area. Not as busy with tourists as other beaches.
Great beach...lifeguard and bathroons
That is not my pictute
