Excellent museum to visit! Friendly and knowledgeable staff as well as interesting artifacts and overall presentation. Go with an open mind and you will learn a lot! Definitely worth checking out along with the tours!

Tour was very interesting its a must see when you get to Jefferson City.Tour guide Larry answered all questions and gave us a very detailed history of the penitentiary
