This place has been here for a very long time so some clutter is to be expected however the level of clutter is still excedingly large and i would consider it an eye sore also there are abandoned trailers there as well as inhabited trailers there that both have broken windows and other places where there is excessive debris more than just clutter i saw bathtubs outdoors that were filled with trash they were over-flowing to the point that there was trash piled around the tub as well this should not only not be permitted but this should also be resolved i cant see this as being a safe environment for anyone muchless smallchildren also the roadway was sloped entirely too much i would not want to have to travel through here in the winter time with snow and ice on the ground it would be e tirely too dangerous there is a huge potential that you could slide off the roadway and run into someones piles of assorted debris

A little fixer upper trailer park, mostly quiet. Manager on site and available. Overall my daughter lives it.

Very poor quality trailers and very run down but will work with just about anyone that is in need. If not for this would have got even lower
