Valhalla Indoor Axe Throwing

Our Group had an Absolutely Awesome Time Here! None of us had done anything like this before, and really didnt know what to expect but we all enjoyed ourselves tremendously! And will be going back for sure! Our Instructor was really Nice, Informative & Knowledgeable!!I would Highly Recommend going here and trying this sport out! You wont be disappointed! With everything pretty much closed right now, this was a much needed good time! It was an even better time because it was BYOB!

The staff are super friendly and help you navigate the system and how to throw the axes. This place was so cool and everyone was so helpful. It was super easy to organize and you can bring your own food and alcohol beverages. I cant wait to go back. I am planning a family get together soon.

Tons of fun for ages 10 and up.

It was a fun night for a family of four! Friendly staff and excellent quick training and advice helped us to quickly pick up the basics and the start to hone the technique. After about 20 mins of practice throws, we started playing a little tournament, using the electronic scoring pads that were provided. Its a very slick setup. We only went for an hour, but easily could have gone for two. Well be back!

Great place to go and throw some axes. The staff is very helpful and friendly, if you never thrown an axe before they will show you how, and explain it to you. They also have archery as well, during the spring and summer.My fiancée and I will be going there again for sure

I was brought here for a birthday present, since it seemed like it would be a very unique experience! The atmosphere is very nice, the waiting room has chess and a TV which King Robert gave us the remote for to watch Vikings. He told us if we wanted to wait 15 minutes for some other lanes to clear, we would have a better experience since we would only be sharing with two other people.We were taught how to throw the axes in three different ways which we picked up quite fast. Our time did not start until we fully grasped the throws.There are score sheets to compete with your friends if you like, or you can just throw for fun! I had a blast and I would totally go back again.

Very safe. Very fun. They do a safety course at the beginning of every session to refresh everyones minds on the way they do things. BYOB. Very friendly and theres even a side room to relax in and wait for your session to begin

The staff are concerned about your experience. Helpful, but allowed you to enjoy your mistakes as well. Great laid back atmosphere.

We had an awesome 3-generation family fun time!! Nice and clean, safety is a priority, and the instructors were nice & patient with us first timers. A great way to shake yourself out of the same routine and have some fun.

This place was a blast! First time and they took the time with us to assure we had the proper training to enjoy the experience.Highly recommend.

This was so much fun, we ended up going back the next day! You immediately get hooked. The people there are some of the nicest and coolest people Ive met. They explain everything you need to know, let you practice for a bit, and then you get to do a little tournament for bragging rights. I highly recommend checking them out!

Our experience was amazing. Manny, our instructor, was very personable and engaging, doing an amazing job showing us all how to correctly throw the axes. He was accessible the entire time to assist with form, keep score, and cheer us on! He was very approachable and nice!!! It was a clean and safe environment.

Not only did I get the honor of being the first ever girl to get engaged here at Valhalla, but EVERYONE was so fantastic. Our teacher was wonderful, and the hour went so fast we were having so much fun. Will ABSOLUTELY be back!

The safety introduction and explanation of how to throw really helped set us up for success and a lot of fun. The location is very nice and the atmosphere was really what made it. Everyone was having a good time and different groups in attendance were cheering and encouraging each other. Everyone who was throwing that day were brand new and it was fun to see how quickly everyone was picking it up!Freya and Odin were available for questions and to advice on steps to improve and on how to try different throws. Wow! What a great time at Valhalla! We did the axe throwing to celebrate my birthday and we had so much fun! King Robert, our coach was fabulous! He was so knowledgeable and extremely nice to us all! I highly recommend Valhalla. Fun for all ages!

Valhalla was super fun! The 1 hour axe throwing was super fun, and the 1 hour timer didnt start until after our lesson. They have an Alexa you can request any music you want while you throw. Staff was really nice. Safety is important and it shows! Great stress reliever as well.

I had a great experience here. The owners are friendly, helpful, and great instructors. The entire facility is fantastic; the shop was fun to explore and the waiting area is well-furnished. If youre on the edge, you wont regret trying axe throwing - its oodles of fun!

This was a great way to spend an hour. The staff were quick and thorough in going through both the necessary saftey precautions, and also how to throw effectively.

Its a amazing place to begin a new hobbie, or just for fun. I went today (4/25/19) with my troop,and had an amazing time. I was taught saftey, how to throw the axe and then had tornaments. I had a great time and cant wait to go again.

We visited this location as part of a bachelors party about a month ago. It was a blast -- tons of fun! After a quick, 15-minute lesson on throwing, we got started. Even if youve never tried this before, I can promise you that youll pick it up quickly. And even if you suck at it, youll still enjoy yourself.The instructors were very understanding and made themselves available to us without being pushy. You can pick music. We also ordered food from a nearby pizza place. Everything was clean. They had water/pop/gatorade for sale, too. As soon as I have an excuse, I intend to go back.

Had my 19 year old sons birthday party there tonight. Everyone had an awesome time. Even my 11 year old son, niece and nephew had a blast. Manny, the attendant, was awesome! Instructions were very clear, stayed very visible incase we needed him and even challenged the birthday boy to a contest. He was very good with the little ones as well. Would definately recommend it for something different to do and would definately recommend asking for Manny for you session.

This place is great. The staff was friendly and helpful and they fully accommodated our large group of adults and children. The old folks had fun hurling axes and the wee ‘uns got their first archery experience. I can’t recommend Valhalla more highly!

Woohoo Cool! Stopped here with the family and had a blast!!! My kids 8 years, 11 years, 17 years had so much fun. Instructor showed us safety and lets us have at it. Would definitely do it again.

Heard about this from a friend. It was absolutely amazing! We went just to do something different before my younger brother went back to college. We had so much fun. They gave us a demo on what to do first and went over the safety. After that our time stared and we got better as time went on. By the end we were Simi-pro...lol. The owner was our lane guide and he made sure our first time was well worth it. We will be back! Cant wait until next time.

This place is one of my favorites. Had a blast. Instructor started with basic tips and the rest was basically free throw and they were always ready to offer help.

Finally something new in this town thats affordable and for everyone, even if youve never thrown an axe they will have you hitting the target in no time, get out and give it a try you be glad you did !
