Love all the Christmas trees every business needs to get one and represent your awesome business.

Tallman house had a donated goods sale today(9/26) and the hours are 8-2. Theres many items. Its all donated goods and the items range from art work to household goods. Too much to share here but If you want to go spend a couple hours looking at donated items and contribute to a good cause, Ill encourage you to go.

What a great tour,I recommend it to all. I was there over 20 yrs ago. I learned a lot more, and the place looked great.

What a great tour! Our tour guide, Tim, was fantastic!! This is a must see in the Janesville area.

I had my bridal shower here! It was so amazing how they were able to incorporate our families heirlooms into their decor of the house. The carriage house served as a great place to eat, play games and open presents for a large group. The staff was easy to work with and knowledgeable. We really enjoyed the entire experience.

Talk on Salem Witch trials.Talk was very good but they underestimated the amount of people who would attend. By a whole lot. Many people had to stand or sit on the floor.

The Christmas tree displays are terrific. Very enjoyable tour of a lovely home.

I took this tour today with my sons and we had a great time. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and the tour was great. The kids had a great time on the tour and in the museum. 5 stars!

The museum is closed until April so they can work on projects. If interested in volunteering, the staff will meet with you and discuss the projects, and what help is needed. The staff is polite and takes pride in the history and preservation of Janesville and the past residents.

Renewed special events and unique programming makes this a must see stop.

I showed up at 2:30 in a Saturday, assuming the museum would be open. However the very nice intern was closing up. Yet, she gave me a quick tour anyway free of charge. I will definitely want to come back and get the full tour someday.

Great place to learn about early Rock County. Fabulous staff.

Unique Victorian home with a great story. Well worth a visit. Guided tours only on the hour. Historical center where one starts also has exhibit of Packard China and Parker pens, both made locally.

Historical landmark of the Lincoln Presidency. The President stayed at this house which was part of the underground railroad. History is most important.

Toured the house during a Christmas event. All of the historical artifacts were on display. It was interesting to see how people use to live.

I was surprised at the rich history of the Tall man House. I didnt realize that Janesville had such a historical gem.

This place is a must for the tourist or history bound individual/ family in janesville or even rock county the amount of things to look at is perfect and not overwhelming

We went to the Tallman Art Fair. I was amazed at all the vendors who were there. Tallman House holds several events throughout the year.
