Michaels

Beautiful store! Fun items & great sales on holiday decor right now.

I always find what I want and then some. My husband and I built this for a center piece for christmas. Very excited!

Very nice store....but they need to be more helpful to the new workers at the register...my phone number dis not get entered before ww paid and she dis not know how to fix that. When I went and called the 800 number the next day...that lady did not know how to help me and it took an hour on the phone....I now have to wait ten days hopefully to get my rewards points on my account.

Nice people nice and clean and got everything I need to get

I really like the variey of items to choose from.

I was helped by a sweet employee named Jacob on July 1st 2020. He was very welcoming, quick, helpful and friendly! I couldnt find a survey on my email to fill out how great he was. So I hope this gets to be seen! You are lucky to have an amazing worker! Thank you Jacob!

Great place to find all my art needs .needs more models .

Didnt have the plastic pumpkins i wanted but always a fun place

Always very knowledgeable and friendly. I was just getting my tube up!

I had some custom frame work done. Awesome experience beginning to end.

There organized and well coordinated when it comes to stocking. There app leave much to be desired. But they always have quality materials.

Great store, well organized! Very friendly and helpful staff!

Michaels has been my go to craft store. They have a large variety of products. What I cant find, I can order. I have used the pick up option, also. Super convenient.

Always great customer service, and who doesnt love art supplies

I was so happy to find out I did not have to wear a mask to shop here.

I brought in a print to be matted and framed, Shannon in framing was superior in assisting in the choice of matting as well frames and type of glass. She also was very expedient in turn around time. Very knowledgeable and professional. More ppl like Shannon are needed in the service industry.

Totally disappointed with the alphabet beads I bought yesterday. The set has more zs than it does of any of the vowels or more commonly used letters. Will not be shopping at your store again

Plenty to see plenty to Buy . Covid-19 safe store

Great selection, friendly & helpful staff.... but prices on some items are, imho, excessive. For paints, candy making, etc... Highly recommended. But for home decor items, shop around elsewhere.

Very very nice people

Had a good selection of outdoor lighting. Not crowded at all.

Took my granddaughter for art supplies!! Thank goodness they have several different prices for their paints!!

Super helpful staff! Came in late on Presidents Day and the cashier was super helpful and took extra time to wrap all of my glass products. She was fantastic!

Helpful and careful staff. Responsible and respectful with masks and distance.

Sale prices are good. Curbside pickup was fast and easy.

Neat and clean. Very easy to find what I needed

A bit expensive. I hate being asked 20 questions at the register when I am trying to pay.

Great place.

Was busy for a Saturday night, but staff was very helpful and friendly. Lots of great deals. Line at the check out went smoothly, smart enough to have 4 people at the register.

Loved all the new themed kits for different hobbies, like diy pour painting, around the store. Great sales!

Attended a birthday party. They did a great job. Very prepared and cute crafts

They had what we needed and at a good price. I thought the layout wasnt real good

Sales people are very nice and helpful. Only issue was lack of merchandise . Store was clean.

Love this place, always able to find what I need

Shannon helped me custom frame a print I brought in. She came highly recommended by my coworker Ryan. She made it a fun! I am not super creative so it really helped that she is a pro at this! Thanks!!!

I always find the best decorations at Michaels! They also have so much to make your own craft projects!

Just a basic Michaels

They were great. I needed an item and called 2 c if they had it. They held it 4 me till I could get there next day. Very nice clerk.

My boyfriend works here lol. love you Jacob :)

We like Michaels for crafts and seasonal stuff.

Great framing department!

Great place to go for any of your crafting needs!

The people were very friendly. They however no longer carried what I went to purchase. I found some needed items at a really good price so Im happy with my trip, as usual.

Great place

Great Easter clearance finds!

Super fun to be in here and see all the variety and different projects that I can do! Highly recommend!

Love all the crafts here! Wish I could buy everything here!

If you like crafts you will love this store Nice ppl that will help you

Clean craft store with a friendly staff. They always have lots to chose from and pretty good sales. If you look online before your visit they offer a 40% coupon which you can print or pull up on your phone when youre there.

Great craft store, my wife can get lost in there for hours. Great stuff

On sale items made this a great stop. Super friendly.

Very nice and clean store. A great selection for crafts!

Staff was very friendly and they had a very good selection

Great deals, great selection of craft must haves!

Michaels is a great place to shop for art and craft supplies. This large store carries supplies for a variety of crafts, from knit and crochet to scrap booking to sewing. It carries fine art supplies for oil, watercolor, and acrylic painting, charcoal pencils and markers for drawing. They also carry kids crafting kits and projects and artificial flowers.

Very helpful associates

Syore merchandise very limited.

Staff at framing very professional. Custom cut matting perfectly.will work with again.!

Good selection of craft and novelty items. Prices can be a bit higher than other similar stores. Waiting for sales or finding coupons really helps (and they are fairly easy to find). Knowledgeable staff to help with problems, questions or solutions.

First time in any if these stores. I found it to have a vast selection of well......everything. I saw items that I couldve used in home improvement projects years ago. Well if I need that niche item this will be my go to.

Do not use their in store pick up for online orders. Their website has no clue what the local inventory is.

Sale signs are generally very specific product. Two items purchased were definitely more than expected. Cashier was unfriendly and rolling her eyes when a sweet older woman was very excitedly talking to her about her craft project. 3 stars because of products. Maybe just the Janesville location has gone down hill.

Love this store. Always has what I am looking for for the most part. I like the coupons I am able to use in the app. ️

Very Helpful, good prices nice work!

One chechout. Long line. She was very slow. She called for help twice. Help never came. I put down my stuff and left. Never going back.

This place is great! Such a huge variety of crafting items, and its not an expensive store either.

Always a great place to shop for crafts and ideas. Helpful staff and great selection.

Great stuff, good prices, friendly staff. And they go hard for Halloween, unlike certain craft stores I could name....

Just a great selection of craft items and a expanding artist department.

Great customer service and awesome merchandise!

Helpful people who, though busy, didnt rush me. And in such a large store with so many items, they knew where things were!

I love this craft store!! A little on the pricey side but has everything you need in one stop. The employees are very nice and dont judge me when I come there unlike hobby lobby. Thank you Michaels!!

Well the last two trips to Michaels were horrable. The first trip I was looking for an item that said it had 14 in stock but I had to ask 3 workers to look until one did but the manager told her not to bother because it was probably on the truck which comes in on Thursday and it was only Sunday. Does inventory update before it gets there?. Today I decided to order that item on line pickup at store. I rec. Email it was there so I went in, waited in line and when I got my turn I was told pickup was in back of store. Sign please. When I got to frames there was only one person working there and I waited. Another person came but could not help until her break was over and she could clock back in. So I waited. What a joke. No third time. Bye Michaels.

Love shopping the sales here, wish theyd expand their jewelry-making section.

Its a very nice store but a lot of the items are over priced. Make sure you shop around before buying from here.

Friendly and great sale prices

They have lots of staff running around if you have questions. Unfortunately, most of them dont know where things are. I went in for birthday candles and ask three different people who sent me to three different locations. Finally found them in the bakery aisle.

They didnt have what I was looking for, but the employee I asked was friendly and knowledgeable enough to inform me I would not be able to find old cricket machines cartridges in the store. People make the store!

Found everything I needed for my project. I didnt have my 40% off coupon but the clerk gave it to me anyway!

Love this place.

Ive never had a poor experience at this location. Helpful, friendly staff despite consistently dealing with difficult customers (I seem to witness at least one every trip! Haha)

Friendly staff, well stocked aisles. Consistently have seen improvements to merchandising locations for seasons. I shop often

I love shopping at Michaels. It always puts me in a good mood. Especially at holiday time. I come away with so many great, new ideas for crafts. I also love to look at all the beautiful floral arrangements. So gorgeous and creative.

Reasonable prices? Not on artist supplies. Good selection but small store. Too much holiday stuff.

Love michaels they always have good prices and good deals going on.

Rude people. I asked how two of them were.( How are you today?)one stared at me the other said Good, how can I help you) I told her Im doing good too, thanks for asking. I told them they both look so happy and the when who spoke said Its been a long day. Then she directed me to the wrong area of the store for what I was looking for. I found out Michaels doesnt carry what I need anymore but yet they have a few selections left on clearenc. But clearance was outrageously expensive

This was my very first time going to a Michaels and i was out of town. The store had so much more than i thought and the cashier was very friendly~

Always has what I need.

They were locking up when i got and still let me get my stuff before closing. Great store and great ladies!!!!

More than most would ever guess here

Always a nice selection of items

Great slections of items, nice and friendly staff. Great clearance and bargain bin items(great deals for a buck) When they dont have items your looking for, shop online.

Very nice craft store. Personnel are helpful.

Amazing. Love what they offer and the staff is helpful and polite. I have visited the Janesville location many times and have never been disappointed.

The aisles are narrow and cluttered making it hard for anyone in a wheelchair or scooter to access

Some workers are nice. But dont call before 9am rp ask a question. Youll get a rude worker. Or whoever she is.

I love Michaels

The workers werent around where I was looking for them when I had an issue

Janesville Michaels is a lot of fun and always a good stop to shop.

Always find what Im looking for even if the aisles get a bit narrow
