Really nice arena in Jamestown. The bar serves a really good spicy Bloody Mary! First time I had one with a giant cocktail shrimp! Didnt know if I liked the idea at first but I had to try it and Im so glad I did!! Theres a snack bar and regular bar area offering a good selection of food, snacks and drinks and staff is always friendly and helpful. Only downside of coming here is having to find a place to park sometimes.

Very nice arena. I have ice skated, attended hockey games, a wedding show, John Mulaney in concert and even had my high school graduation here. Very well maintained. Good prices for everything.

As an out of towner, I can greatly appreciate this beautiful dual rink arena. Comfortable seats, friendly staff, and exciting hockey games. From the time it was the Express to the current day Jamestown Rebels, the arena itself deserves a lot of respect and love from this community. Shout out to budding mascot Rowdy the Rebel!

Facilities look beautiful. Was here as a part of Doors Open Jamestown. Kids were having fun skating. I did not realize that there are two rinks here. Theres skate rentals, eating concession. I was excited to hear about the ice bumber cars until I heard you had to reserve them in advance. With the weather that is changeable last minute, or very localized this is impractical if coming outside Jamestown.

I went to the Arena a few times for different events always clean and well staffed to assist with any concerns.Their is a pub inside for drinks during events, the food service was quick and efficient to keep the flow of people moving.I look forward to returning in the near future more great events

Hockey game was fun. Tickets affordable. Ticket lady nice. Like the track around the stands so movement can happen. The food was pretty bad and the service was worse.

I had a fantastic experience. The facilities were well kept and the staff were friendly and helpful. I am looking forward to attending another hockey game.

This charging station in Jamestown, New York is perfect. The charger works and there is a cool town to explore.

The show was great-- however the arena was VERY hot. No air exchange at all. I feel bad for the people seeing the 2nd show. As we were leaving- everyone was complaining about the heat. Need to do something about this for future shows. This is not the way to show people from outof town that they should come back.

For the price of these tickets I am appalled that my seats were staring at a black curtain with ZERO chance of seeing Sebastian Maniscalco. This was just plain greediness and they should refund the money to all of us sitting in never-never land. Very disappointed and feeling totally ripped off. I would have rather not been able to come than spend this kind of money to get the same experience I would have had sitting on my couch watching him on tv!!!Tried to update this but it didn’t post Update: After expressing my dissatisfaction the staff upgraded my seats! Much better. Thank you to the kind staff for assisting us!

Great arena. 2 sheets of ice. Walking track around main rink. Bar with TVs and tables. Large snack bar with more seating. Both the bar and snack area overlook both rinks. Clean center with friendly staff.

The rink was nice - a little cold, but nothing unexpected. The stairs or under construction, and the elevator was a little shaky.

Great overall place. Love going with my family. I even use it to walk. Its only a dollar to walk the track. Best dollar spent. My kids love going for open skate.

We attended the Grow Jamestown spring event here. Parking was tricky as there is no dedicated lot, admission was free and we enjoyed walking around the building and seeing both rink areas

Arena was great plenty of seating, good viewing. A little slow with the food service but overall I would hi back. The only thing I was not impressed with was the parking.

Attend Jamestown Rebels game here is fun. We visit here often when my team visits during the season.

The people were courteous and the place was clean. Everything just flows to the positive from there.

It was great watching the local hockey team! More people need to come root for our southern tier express!!! Such a great way to spend a Friday night. The little hockey team for halftime was worth the ticket price of 5 bucks.

Nice newer rink, with pro shop for your needs. Parking is a bit of a issue, facility does not have a dedicated lot. Neat stuff in area to past extra time also during tournaments and such

Very nice ice rink. Spectator area was not too cold. Took away 1 star for lack of parking.

They double booked parties, causing us to have to wait to start the party, but didnt extend the time window of our party to make up for the time lost

I vended a holiday craft event here on one of the rinks. The facility is clean, well-kept and convenient for parking and access. Staff were helpful and courteous.

A nice facility with two large rinks. Getting to the locker rooms takes heading down a flight of stairs. The building is clean and had plenty of ammenities for players and fans.

Came to Jamestown to see Amy Schumer. We were right nnjng late for theconference7:00 show. People were waiting not in line both up and down the streets. It was 7:15 and no one had been admitted! So much for a 7:00 show! Nothing has changed at the arena. Disorganized and slow as always. Tons of volunteers that didnt know what they were doing. We asked 4 different people where our seats were. Each one gave us a different answer, so we found empty seats and made them ours.Amy took the stage about 7:35. The acoustics and sound was so awful we couldnt understand alot of what she was saying. Disappointing to say the least.We much prefer the Reg Lenna Theater. The ice arena still has not lived up to its potential...

This place is disgusting. First, you are welcomed by disinterested staff and snobby hockey parents, neither of which will move out of your way to save their life. Thats after you get through the NOT ADA accessable front double doors plastered with all the signs stating what you cant do. No guns, no restrooms, no food, no sticks...If youre dumb like me, you wont take this cue and youll proceed past the lobby. Thats where their true colors show. Remember the gross skating rinks of the 80s? Yeah, I had flashbacks. Nothing has been cleaned in God knows how long! There was an inch of dust on the vending machines and lockers, the benches were nasty, the glass was dirty and there was litter everywhere. Neither the mens or the womens room had ANY toilet paper and you could tell that was the case for some time. Ive seen worse restrooms, at college bars on a Saturday night.The skate rentals are disorganized and NEVER cleaned or sprayed. I wont be back.

Stinks to lose but very nice rink,music was a bit too loud between faceoffs.

Open and DJ skate are lots of fun if you have your own skates! Rentals are blunt and horrible.

Good luck getting in touch with the pro shop, and dont trust there website or even calling. You have to show up to find out whats open or going on to be sure.
