Nice well kept course. The greens were awesome and consistent throughout the whole 18. Very casual atmosphere, with lots of family activity going on.

Nice course but terrible customer service and rude. Set up a tee time, they gave us all carts. Were told later that we had to bring one cart back or leave. When confronting the front desk were welcomed with more rudeness. Wont be going back

Customer service was poor. Definitely need to train their stuff better. Very disrespectful and rude to their customers who want to enjoy a nice round of golf. Will not be returning.

My experience was based on the customer service leading up to an event that was organized at their Club and the food experience that they provided. I sent an email to the general manager. I hope for changes! Jamestown needs a nice place for people to depend on to host small events.

Great shape!

I was told that as a non member, no matter what I paid, I could not play the course. I will never be back to this place. I only play a few times a year so it doesn’t justify paying a membership. I guess the rumors about if you’re not in the “click” are true. I know it won’t go away, but I had to voice my concern
