Celebrated my birthday which was on Thanksgiving with my wonderful sons, daughter in law, and my parents. The food was delicious and the staff was courteous and friendly. I felt safe eating at The Florida Yacht Club during this horrific pandemic. I would recommend this establishment to everyone.

Nice facilities and staff. I noticed that although the buildings are very old theyre little renovated, but well maintained. Excellent view of the city of downtown Jacksonville and the nautical theme is well kept.

As a wedding coordinator it is very important for our brides to feel as though their wedding will be the most memorable day ever. I can honestly say you will receive an amazing experience and more! From working with the catering manager Jessica to their banquet manager Keith we loved working with them to accomplish the brides goals. We cant wait to work another event there! A beautfiul building built in the late 20s or 30s on the St Johns River. It was very busy and the food comes out very slowly. Beautfiul building and a great view of Jacksonville.

Informative event with Capt. Robert Johnson speaking about the upcoming Red Snapper opening. Dinner was wonderful featuring Mayport Red Snapper. Club was very accommodating and friendly. Very nice.

It is okay. Everything is expensive and requires a club membership. They dont actually want you here. You need to know someone to get a drink even if your civic group is having an event there. I give a 4 just because this place has some awesome views.

Went here for dinner while visiting my father. Beautiful property, nice old building, beautiful landscaping on the St.Johns River. I ordered the Chili Garlic Ribeye- medium with the soft shell crab appetizer. The ribeye was excellent but could use more seasoning. Overall very good. My girlfriend ordered the Blackened Mahi Mahi. It was also excellent.

Excellent, as always. The absolute best cheeseburgers; nice thick patties. Also the best sweet potato fries.

The Yacht Club is top notch. I love going here. Im a Real estate investor and Obi Dorsey host his meet up group here. Lots of well know RE professionals show up and a wealth of knowledge can be learned by attending.

As members of another Florida Council Yacht, we have enjoyed reciprocity from FYC. The staff is great, they always have room for us on their docks, their pool is wonderful on those hot summer days. It is most enjoyable to see all of the families using their club. Many members know each other but they made us as outsiders very welcome and comfortable - even our grandchildren who were only there for a few hours felt very welcome and made new friends.

My husband and I were married recently and had our wedding reception at the Florida Yacht Club. Pamela, the catering director, was so attentive to our needs and covered every detail imaginable. Her staff (Heather, especially) was VERY accommodating and they even made our table numbers and menus match the motif of our invitations. Our guests raved at the service the staff provided at our reception lunch and I received countless compliments on the food. We ordered stuffed chicken breast and wild mushroom ravioli. Both dishes were a hit! I am hoping that they will consider installing AV equipment in the ballroom as that would have made streaming music a bit better since we didnt hire a DJ...Other than that, I HIGHLY recommend the Florida Yacht Club for any wedding reception or event!

Today my friend Bicycle Riders,All professionals and Business owners got barred from stoppingat the River front for 15 minutesevery Sunday. We do a Marathon Ride every Sunday at 8 am, stopat the Yacht Club at 9 am.So sorry you could not be moreCharitable to Tour de Gunnel
