This place is incredible; since we’ve signed our grandson up (several months ago), we have not had any issues. The staff is phenomenal, professional and really kind and patient with the kids. I’ve actually seen small kids that don’t wanna participate for their class and somehow, someway (with parents watching) and with loads of patience and understanding, the staff get it done. I’ve even seen mangers or staff at the front desk jump in when needed. Lastly, they’ve always been very accommodating with needed swim makeups also. I’m so very happy that we chose Aqua Swim School for our 9year old grandson. I recommend this place with the highest of marks.

This place is wonderful, the trainers are very professional and friendly. I am delighted with the facilities, the care and maintenance is great. My son has learned basic swimming techniques in such a short time. The security of the place is impressive, Come and enjoy your classes. We are happy!

A wonderful swim lesson environment!! My 6 year old has quickly progressed through levels with a variety of wonderful coaches. My 2.5 year old has warmed up to the water with the fantastic coach, Anna. The waiting areas are excellent, clean and comfortable. The staff is always willing to accommodate with scheduling and no hassle. We have definitely enjoyed our experience here and will continue to do lessons with Aqua!

My son attends Aqua Swim School on Saint Johns Bluff and I must say that this is one of the best investments we’ve made so far! I am extremely satisfied with the cleanliness of the facility but most importantly the staff exceeds expectations. They take their time with the children to ensure they are comfortable in the water and that they have a solid foundation. My son looks forward to swim class every week which is even more confirmation that this was a great decision!!!

Aqua swim school over the last couple years continues to excel my expectations and help my two kids 8 and 5 master the basic swimming skills they need to be confident in the pool. My 8 year old is almost ready for official swim club next year and I Aqua to thank for that. Please keep up the level of excellence we all have grown use to receiving!!!

Great place to get swim classes for your kids. The ratios are small and the facility is very clean. Currently they are doing temp checks prior to classes. The pools are heated and water is very comfortable. The pools are also covered so it helps for rainy days. Staff is very friendly and my kids are learning so fast and they love their classes

The staff are always professional and on time specially for morning sessions. The instructions are focused and follow a an amazing curriculum. We used to go to a different place for about a year and my son made no progress. At Aqua in less than a month I have seen improvements in his form in the water and his adherence to water safety rules. The small classes help my son see other students swim and learn by examples.

My 6 year old started swim lessons here back in July. He is more confident already near the pool. He is excited for his class every week. He gets great individual attention. The teachers and staff are helpful and friendly and are great with the kids. The facility is very neat and clean. I highly recommend and if you have any doubt have your child try a lesson.

Close to where we live. My 9 year old loves her classes! They offer swim classes all year round and the pools are heated. Its pretty easy to schedule classes too. Social distancing is practiced and coaches wear masks while teaching students.

I can not say enough good things about the swim school. Not only have I seen the growth in my daughter’s skill but the growth of her love of swimming and in being the water. Living in Florida, swim lessons are must and I highly recommend this school.

My 10 yr old and 3 yr old recently began lessons here. Lindsay is absolutely amazing with my son who has autism. She is patient and persistent with him. She is great at getting his attention and keeping him engaged in the session. I’m confident my little ones will be swimming like little fish soon!

Aqua Swim School has been so amazing! The staff is so welcoming and each kid gets individual attention to get where they need to be in the water. Very nice. Coach Rachel is the swim coach my daughter adores. I have been coming for over a year now and it’s great. I have both my toddler daughter in swim class. My son wants to further swim by joining the swim team they have. Very nice only down fall is the call center they don’t have a direct line to the facilities so there is miscommunication.

This place is amazing! We had our older daughter in swim lessons in NC before we moved to JAX. She learned more here in the trial (placement) lesson than she did in the entire six months of prior swim lessons.Now, not only do both of our daughters LOVE swim lessons night, as a parent I can clearly see the great improvement in their skills and abilities each week!The coaches and staff are wonderful and are so terrific to work with. Anna works with our girls and is simply amazing with handling each of their very different personalities and bringing out the best of them.And Kristen is always so wonderful in taking care of us and communicating with us about how the girls are doing each week.I couldn’t recommend Aqua Swim School highly enough!

The managers Chelsea and Milena are super help and willing to help you find the perfect time and day for you! The instructors are super energetic and have such a great teaching attitude! Definitely recommend 11/10 to anyone who wants their kids to love the water and learn to swim!

I love the “indoor” pools. After many many many years trying to get my youngest comfortable around water, I decided to try out Aqua at a whim. His fear seems to wash away the minute we get here. Wonderful place. Wish I had discovered it sooner.

This place is ran like a well oiled machine. Excellent coaches who are kind with the kids and train them with care and professional skills. They sanitize a lot. And keep everything immaculate. My 3 year old learned how to swim 8ft distance and float in 2 lessons!!! Now he is just mastering those skills and learning other techniques. My two older boys (7 and 10) are learning different styles and techniques as well. Honestly I’m very happy with them!

Our toddler and first grader learned survival and higher level swimming skills respectively. It’s a supportive and safe environment in a lively and well run location.

My 5yr old daughter and 3yr old son just started Aqua Swim School and are loving every minute of it, so much so we signed up for 2 lessons a week. The moment you walk into Aqua Swim you are greeted with a friendly staff being safe with masks on, clean areas, set up perfectly for families, small classes and swim coaches taking extra precautions during all this uncertainty with Covid. My two daughters (8 & 5 yrs old) started their swimming lesson in May and they are loving it! The swimming skills improved a lot and they love coming every week.The waiting area is always clean as well as the bathroom. All the staffs are very nice and they are taking the safety precautions seriously against Covid-19.

Very good swimming school IMHO, with various programs and flexible schedule. Staff is friendly and ready to help. The session is 30 minutes each, with experienced coach and good instructions. I see kids and parents are happy going into the pool, and happier when getting out. The facility is clean and comfortable, with convenient change / shower stations. Water is great. I was told they plan to build second indoor pool during the winter.All in all, a hidden serenity.

The kids love their coaches at Aqua. They are having so much fun learning to swim and are learning so quickly. We are so lucky we were able to find a swim school where the kids werent afraid to get in the water.

This school is amazing, I started with my oldest who is currently 5 yo and just enrolled my 3 year old and they both love it. The instructors are very caring a patient and helpful.

We enrolled our three-year-old three weeks ago and couldn’t be happier. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The lessons are targeting our son’s individual needs and the ratio of 1:3 works great for us. We practice the lessons at home to reinforce it and he is doing so well. I love that it’s indoors so even on a temperamental summer afternoon we can still attend. I highly recommend that you check it out.

The instructors are terrific with both of my kids--4 years old and 9 months old! We learn a lot during our 30-minute session each week. I am very impressed with how they are handling safety and cleanliness to keep up with COVID-19 re-opening guidelines.

We love Aqua Swim School! This is our third swim school and the quality of instruction, friendliness of the staff, and overall commitment to satisfaction is what makes this swim school different than the others. I have two children who attend. A hard headed 2 year old and 1 year old. All the instructors adapt to their needs and personalities. I Highly suggest Aqua Swim School for any age!

We just started at the swim class for parent and infant and we are so happy! Rachel is fantastic with children, great tone of voice, very well knowledge. As Doctors we are always looking for a safe place. I saw employees cleaning handles and changing tables, wearing masks. Loved that. They give ribbons at the end of the class, which is so cute. They have an indoor and outdoor area for parents. They have couches and that allowed us to sit and feed the baby before we left. Showers are closed to covid but is nice too. Our baby Hannah really enjoyed her first day and we look forward to more.

We love Aqua Swim School. We were nervous at first but our 4 month old (now 5 month old) loves his instructor and his fellow classmates. The whole program has made him so comfortable in the water that he cries when we have to go home. I would (and have) recommend this program to any one looking to make their infant comfortable in the water.

We have been hesitant to give Aqua a chance. But we decided that this month is the month to get my child back in the water. He did ISR and was a bit traumatized from the experience. So we took 2 years off from swimming and finally was convinced to give Aqua a chance. Other moms had shared positive experiences with me and thats why i was confident that he will enjoy it.This is our 4th week with Aqua and so far, my son has been enjoying the lessons with his coach. My daughter has been going to Aqua swim for a few weeks now and we both really love it! We do the parent and child class together with Instructor Rachel. She is so patient, hands on, and very helpful. My daughter was swimming underwater at her first class! I like the consistency of having the same instructor each session so my daughter can be more comfortable seeing a familiar face. Aqua swim is one of my favorite swim schools because of their indoor, salt water (non-chlorine), heated, pools. Amazing atmosphere, I definitely recommend!

We have really enjoyed our lessons at Aqua swim school so far! Our 10 month old has been taking parent and tot classes for a month now and he is already so much more comfortable in the water! The instructors have been fabulous and so kind. They explain things really well and the reason why we do different maneuvers. One of our favorite aspects about this school is its indoor heated pools. So glad we didnt have to wait for summer to start swim lessons for our little guy!

We learned about Aqua when we attended a birthday party for our daughters friend. We were very impressed with the facility and staff. We had been considering starting our daughter in swimming lessons and had priced/toured several other schools. Even our brief experience at Aqua made our decision easy. They completed a free skills evaluation to place our daughter in the proper class and we immediately signed up for a year of lessons (the full year price gets a 20% discount!). The small instructor to student ratio is going to be a great help to her learning.

We have tried one on one swim lessons at a different school and it was a nightmare for my one year old son. We took a break and then found AQUA Swim School, and oh man! Game changer!!! He is now two years old and his very first lesson with Ms. Rachel in the toddler/parent class my son was all smiles! This was a huge surprise for us because he used to scream and cry at the old school. AQUA Swim School uses songs, and gentle exercises and this made my son feel so much more comfortable. Ms. Rachel is so warm and friendly and gave my son a million high fives which made him feel like a super star. We have now been at AQUA for several months. My sons confidence and ability in the water has drastically improved. He loves pretending to be a swim teacher at our home pool and doing all the things he learned that week in class. Every week he looks forward to seeing Ms. Rachel. He talks about her all week and he is always so excited to show her what he’s been practicing at home. In class, Ms. Rachel is so good at giving everyone attention and making the children feel special. She always knows how to make my son smile when he’s feeling nervous. He has even warmed up to her so much that he has started letting her use him to show the rest of the kids what they’re going to do next. We couldn’t be happier with AQUA and we can’t wait for our twins to arrive and be old enough for their infant program! Thank you Ms. Rachel for your amazing classes and thank you AQUA for being a great place for kids to love learning to swim!

I love this place! My 3 year old loves going to his lessons.It has an indoor heated pool so it doesn’t matter the weather outside! It is for all ages and levels. It is led by an Olympian, and kids here they DO learn how to swim.The whole staff is always very nice and welcoming. Definitely this is the place to take your kids if you want them to learn how to swim while enjoying the experience.I totally recommend it!

Giving the gift of swim lessons to my 5 year old daughter has been the best thing for her and for me as a Mom. AQUA Swim School is amazing!! The coaches were so sweet and attentive with our daughter. The facility was clean and had everything you could need. We also were able to watch her lesson behind the glass which was so great! We love coming here! We have the best instructor, Kathy. She is so patient and kind and you can tell she loves children and loves her job. Definitely recommend!Update 07/03/2020:Over the past couple of months we have had several issues scheduling and then put in the wrong classes or told there was one teacher that we requested only to show up and find out that she’s no longer teaching that level without us being told even though we specifically requested her. I let all of that go and still planned to attend. On May 22 we paid three months in advance with cash: June, July and August. I paid $220 in cash and then had to put $11 on my debit card. I specifically told them do NOT save my debit card since there was no reason as we paid IN ADVANCE and I wake up this morning to see they deducted $84 that is not owed and was NOT authorized from my bank account. I am on the phone with my credit union now to dispute this charge and he confirmed they set this up as a recurring auto pay! Without my authorization! I know when you pay month by month the school requires a card on file for auto pay, so were that the case here, I wouldn’t have a problem. But that is not the case since we paid IN ADVANCE and I have my receipts to prove it.The teachers are fantastic but the administrative staff leaves much to be desired. For someone who lives paycheck to paycheck and depends on every bit of money in my account, I am beyond furious this morning.

Coach Rachel is amazing with Amir in the infant class. I love how my son enjoys the water and is having fun.

My 2 year old daughter has been coming to swim classes for a little over 6 months now and we love it. She is excited to go to swim class and I love that she has an activity to go to at this age. The heated pools are perfect and the teachers are amazing. I have seen a lot of progression in this short amount of time and I cant wait to see more. Prices are also very affordable.

Weve been coming since 10 months and after only 2 months weve already seen so much improvement, everyone is so professional and friendly and the place is always really clean!

My 9 year old daughter loves coming to swim practice. The instructor are amazing and extremely helpful. My daughter stated that she loves how they encourage her to keep trying and keep going. My daughter feels that she understands the concept of swimming and also knows how to swim. Since, we started swimming lessons I noticed my daughter isnt afraid of the water anymore and overly excited to go swimming lessons at Aqua. She no longer wants her parents to teach her how to swim only Aqua instructors.

We love Aqua Swim School for our 11 month old. My husband and I both work so we needed weekend classes. Aqua has a great variety of class times to choose from and since they have a heated indoor pool, classes are year round! I feel very comfortable with the level of teaching since the school is owned by an Olympic swimmer who is focused on safe swimming because he almost drowned as a child. In just a few lessons our son rolled over when put underwater! The parent and tot classes are great because they get both the parent and child comfortable with the child being in the water!

An indoor temperature controlled swimming pool in real sense of term, with great ambiance, complete cover & enclosed surrounding. Aqua Swim school is one of the best place to learn swimming. The maintenance of the pool is also remarkable. The instructors are fun, patient and do a great job of communicating the swim lessons and the staff is very friendly and flexible to work with. My favorite parts about Aqua Swim School are the small classes and one-on-one instruction. Highly recommended!
