From the moment you walk in a friendly face (Will) greets and welcomes you and helps to calm any nerves you may have before going on camera! They have an array of snacks, coffee, water, candy, photos and lots of great books one can thumb through while waiting. Wally and his staff have the whole process down to seamless perfection! Before you know it, time has flown by and your finished! Wallys experience in coaching his subject and making them feel relaxed is a gift, especially when one might be intimidated with all the cameras and lights in the studio!
