Great little Antique Store

Cute little store. Vendors do a great job at setting up their booths. Found some awesome treasures!

Limited inventory. Had to wait several hours to have someone help me load something I bought into my truck, even though there were able-bodied people at the store working. (Apparently they have appointed loading workers) Maria was very nice and helpful. Store is a little crowded for handicap accessibility.

Such an eclectic mix of carefully curated and displayed chic whimsy. Thrilled with my unique purchases. Been thinking of an item I left there yesterday. Hoping it didn’t catch someone else’s eye.

There is such a variety of knickknacks, housewares, clothing and other items. It is a treasure. Most of the prices are decent. The young lady behind the register was great even though it was her first day and she was just thrown to the fire. She was so helpful and patient.

I love shopping here, especially if I need that special something and havent been able to find it anywhere else. Im never disappointed when I stop in. They have a great selection and very reasonable prices.

Love this place. They always have new things and the prices are great. I have 3 mirrors that I have bought there and a couple pieces of furniture.

Found some signs and tools for my new man cave.. a lot of stuff to see. Nice shop. Shop owners were extremely helpful. Told them what I was looking for and a week later I got a call; they had found the industrial light I wanted. Great customer service

The store goes on and on and is chock full of delightful finds from albums to clothing and everything in between.

Nice little shop with tons of great stuff. I found a really nice 21 Syroco eagle porthole mirror and my girlfriend found a pair of very cool charcoal drawings. A great place to visit with very reasonable prices.

I have just had the most unpleasant experiences with Rosa. I bought a large buffet from another store she sells her pieces in last week. The owner said it wouldn’t be a problem to get it delivered since I lived so close. He told me to call back on Tuesday to speak with the woman who made the piece. I left my name and number and told him that they should call me if there were any problems.So I call on Tuesday. I speak to Rosa. She’s very abrupt and mad that the owner said she could deliver. Then tried to charge me for delivery even though I had already bought the piece. We finally came to an agreement where she would bring it to my house if I could find a friend to help me bring it up the stairs. I did. Then I’ve been talking to her all day trying to get the whole thing squared away. She has now been ignoring my texts and calls for the last 2 hours and was supposed to be here a half an hour ago. I just texted her to say I wanted a refund. We shall see what happens next.I have to say this was the most unprofessional encounter I have ever had with someone. I was genuinely extremely excited about the piece and she has just treated me like a problem. Don’t you want to sell your stuff? I don’t get it. Apparently she owns the looking glass so instead of giving the other establishment a bad review I’m going to place it where it counts. Maybe next time she will treat a customer with respect no matter what she thinks the situation is.

Excellent antique store in the heart of RIVERSIDE. Unique pieces and extremely kind staff (Linda is fantastic). Highly recommended.

Every time I walk in the store, I find a new treasure. I love strolling through each booth and seeing the different collections of items. The ladies are always friendly and genuinely love all their patrons!

Great prices and beautiful pieces... a lot of furniture to chose from... love that it is the same street as a few other shops, makes for a nice shopping day..

LOVE this store!!! Very friendly and makes me want to browse for days : ) I found a few shabby antique pieces for my bedroom…. a total West Elm look for a better price. Will return often for more ‘must haves’… friendly and open til 7:00 yah!!

Saw a *Queen size bed (headboard,footboard,and rails) Advertised in craigslist. 180.00+13.00 tax..Go all the way into 5pts, about 18 miles, to look at..Saw bed tucked behind lots of stuff. Tag read, Queen size...Liked shape, but color was gaudy gold..We decided to buy, and I would repaint it to match mahogany dresser and night stands I had bought elsewhere. They informed us they did Not have the rails...I could come back for.... I made the return trip a day or so later,after hours. Was told theyd be left on side. They were Not. Called again, said I could come back again. I went back a 3rd time, and a pair of rails were left in front..Got them and went home. Few days later, realized these were Not the correct rails. Needed slotted, hook kind..Called again. Ended up saying guy she got from gave wrong ones..and I could call Him, and go meet up.. So now I have to drive to the Ramona Flea market and switch out. I did. About 12 miles...As we made the exchange, he tells me they are Not queen..they are for a full size bed..that the bed he sold her was Full Size..not Queen.He emphasized he told her Specifically they were for a full...VERY disappointedly, I take these bright silver rails...I call again.... She told me she would look into it and call me back..All this while, I had been going over and over that hideous gold, with mahogany color..a little each day, in between my 2 jobs, for couple weeks at that point. I message her that since I Still do not have the bed that was advertised, in Print-2x, as a queen size bed, that it was upset that I had been mislead, ran all over town for weeks, had put all this money, time, and effort into getting and redoing this bed.., that Id go ahead and keep it, but I felt a partial refund was appropiate. The one young lady agreed, saying that she will speak to owner on that, as well as getting me a bed frame that will be useable...Couple days later, she messages me thst the Other owner said absolutely Not..no returns. No refunds. All sales Final...Period......I respond that ill be telling Everyone how they do business at the Looking Glass....Couple days later, the nice girl messsges me, saying - Good News! Other owner said she Would at least get us a queen size bed frame...Well, its been a total of Over a month and a week. And Nothing....So, needless to say, Not Happy..As for me and My hard earned money---we will NEVER shop at this place again. BUYER BEWARE !!!
