Went in for a cover up, what I wanted was to just black out a tattoo from 24 years ago.(Never get a lovers name) My artist was apprehensive because he felt he could do more than just black it out. But it was what I wanted and he reluctantly went along. I appreciated him not just wanting to black out skin.

Friday the 13th tats with my girls. Great familial date night.

Very disorganized. Told everyone they opened at 10am for Friday the 13th but made everyone wait in line for two hours until they got their Friday the 13th tattoo list together and printed at 12:00 noon. They didnt start the first tattoo until after 12. One tattoo artist looked extremely stressed out about the whole situation. They need to have their act together for any future Friday the 13 or just be honest and open at 12 because they cant handle a 10am open. We left without getting tattooed because everything was chaos and the designs werent that great.

My friend and I went to this place based on its high reviews, which I’m assuming are in regards to their tattoo shop and not their piercer. My friend got her septum redone and not only did the piercer seem out of it but she dropped the clamps and had to pierce the hole twice and caused a lot of bleeding. After looking in the mirror my friend realized she pierced it very far back and not very high and was so out of place she couldn’t flip it up to hide it like she could normally. My experience wasn’t much better. I waited for her to come back from hanging out in the back room for 15 minutes before seeing me. I bought a new nose hoop which she told me would absolutely fit my hole, and then when it didn’t fit she offered to put it in for me (I already paid $20 which was the fee for getting it put in) She not only could not fit it herself but she put in another piece of jewelry that I didn’t like and charged me for it, and when I didn’t have exact change she had to go to her car for cash because they don’t have a cash register. The piercer wasn’t professional at all, I never signed any kind of waiver and I left feeling scammed. My friend and I had never had such a bad experience at a piercing parlor.

My girlfriend went today and she had agreat, fast, friendly & above and beyond its clean. Definitely recommend to those who are interested in tattoos or piercings.

Two friends and I decided to get tattoos (not matching) together at random. River City was one of the places open and they had pretty good reviews! When we got there we got to meet Justin who you can tell loved what he does. We got there not too long until they had to close so we were appreciative that Justin took us in. Justin listened to what I wanted and made a beautiful piece on my ankle. He was very clean and made sure we were doing alright. Definitely recommend Justin for any tattoo needs of you want a guy who is going to listen to what YOU want.

HORRIBLE. My 2 inch tattoo was done too deep leaving scar tissue. Not to mention the line that is supposed to be straight has 3 bends in it, the color fades in and out, and its dull, among other things wrong. I went to another tattoo shop in the area to have it corrected, but was told I need to wait at least another two weeks before they would even fix due to scar tissue. Its already been more then a month since it was originally done. FYI... this was not Justins work.

Great experience with Chris!!! You are never too old to get a tattoo. I felt so comfortable being an old grandma being in a tattoo shop. I love the tat Chris did, it looks so cool. If and when I get another one, I will definitely be back to see Chris. I highly recommend Riverside Social Club Tattoo.Everyone is so down to earth. The other artist in the shop are great too.

This place has become my favorite place to visit. Some moms enjoy spas, not this one, this place has become my spa! I showed up originally as a walk-in, and if you know tattoo shops, they don’t take kind to the dreadful walk-in, they took not only myself but a friend in and got us tattooed right away. I met Chris my first visit and now consider him “my tattoo artist”, I have personally been tattooed by him 11 times in the past year. His cards are carried in my purse and given out everywhere! If you’re considering a new tattoo, go check em’ out, you will be glad you did!

I went here when it said it was open which is supposedly 12 noon, and nobody not a single person was in the shop. So I waited for 30 minutes and still nobody showed up, but the neon sign said it was open. Also another lady came by and had the same problem as me. If youre hours are changed, or everyone comes in at a later time think about changing your hours. Waste of time and lost a potential client. Bad experience.

This is my favorite shop! I see Chris and he does all of my tattoos. Very clean,and always works with me on what I want! Everyone in the shop is always friendly when I go!

They made me feel like pick and choose what they want to do and acted like they had no passion for creating art that somebody has to live with for the rest of their life guys name was Chris long gray goatee price isn’t a issue but Did not see passion from any of the artist I do not recommend anybody going to this shop they are very judge mental.

I would not recommend getting a piercing here. Not sure how the reviews are so good, I got two cartilage piercings in one day and they both got infected at different times. Im not new to tattoos or piercings so I know how to care for them properly. I knew I should have walked out after seeing how dirty the room was where I was pierced. There was even a fly flying around.

Ummmm, when I walked in I wasn’t greeted. I got a simple Harry Potter lightening bolt, and was interested in getting more. The service was awful, rushed, and I didn’t really get to consult. I’m not sure if it’s brcause of how I looked or what. (Young and black) Had I not walked from 5 points out of boredom, I wouldn’t have gotten a tattoo here. Save yourself the time and embarrassment, go somewhere else if you want decent service.
