My 12 year old son has participated in 3 week long art camps through Artworks and has loved them all. Sara and the other staff are very genuine and kind. My son is on the autism spectrum and the staff knew exactly how to work with him and help him have fun with his art in his way. I would recommend Artworks to anyone!
What an amazing experience! Came to the journaling class with Sara and even though I have done art journaling for awhile thanks to Sara I was so happy to be there! This place warms my soul and I can let my creative juices take over! Never dull or boring! Sara is amazing and explains things so that you can do without feeling like you can’t.
Sarah and staff were amazing! I went in looking for a mothers day gift at the last minute and she went out of her way to make sure it got done in time. The kids the go for the afternoon programs love it and Sarah understands each person has a different view and idea of art and works with them to make art fun! Cant wait to go back!
The music there was excellent, and I enjoyed the wide selections of colors and things to do.

Unreliable. Me and my sister celebrated our birthday there one year. Problem is most of the guests did not get their pottery back . We called and they had told us they would look for them, but we never got a call back. This happened another time during a fundraiser. The pottery we painted was never returned. Other than that, it was pretty neat.
They took my money for a ceramic arts class, then never got back to me whether it was actually happening. I tried calling and emailing, but no one ever responded and there was no voice mail box. I never got a refund or was able to take a class. Poor Customer Service
I signed my daughter up for a Harry Potter Art Camp this summer, but Sara Gant from Artworks sent out an emailing saying the camp would have to be rescheduled because the AC unit was broken in the building. She offered a full refund to those who could not make the new date (a month later). This was more than reasonable. What was not reasonable, is that I replied to that email the next day (June 17th) with my sympathies for their AC situation but also with a request for a refund ($130), as we would not be able to make the new date. I never heard back from them and was not refunded. I followed up again on June 27th and once again did not hear back from the studio and did not receive a refund. Tonight I emailed them again and plan to stop in at the store this coming week before I file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.I would not recommend this art studio to anyone, as they have done nothing to indicate to me that they are reliable, professional, or ethical with their business practices.Update: After posting this review on Artworks facebook page, the owner did reach out with a sincere apology and a refund is now pending on my paypal account. I have added two stars to my review as a result. It may be 20 days late but eventually the right thing was done, and I feel there is merit in that.
