Tiffany (the manager) delivered customer service like no other. My experience in Sunset Novelties was BEYOND exceptional. She was enthusiastic and didn’t mind demonstrating anything I was seeking to purchase. Tiffany was super pleasant and made sure I was knowledgeable about my final purchase. The store was neat and clean in appearance, and organized. I will DEFINITELY return for more purchases and recommend this adult sex store to anyone.

I wouldnt recommend coming here. My wife tried to get me a surprise for valentines day. She was helped by jasmine who she asked to find something for me to use without her help. She was brought to a $100 pump to purchase. My wife, never being in one of these stores before, trusted the associate and bought it. Being curious, my wife opened it to look at it when she got home and started charging it to be ready for the first use. My wife looked up how to use it online and discovered it isnt used for pleasure, but actually is used for ED in men. She tried to return it, but due to policy she wasnt able to. We are down $100 now. Wont be coming back to this store due to the bad direction that was given.

Totally passed and had to make a U-turn, but thanks for maps because this was the only place in town where I was able to get a dental dam same day, instead of online ordering…. And they were flavored. Alyssa was so great I just hope she’s working again when I have to return.

Cody was AMAZING!! His knowledge base about the products, tools, oils, etc was on point. My hubby & I was able to learn more about our likes & dislikes talking to him than discussing it with each other. He asked the appropriate probing questions in order to gain better information and made me understand the hows, whats and whys of the gifts my husband bought. I cant wait for my husband to get home to AZ so we can try all our new toys. Thanks to Cody were happier leaving than we came in.

Shopping for these products is as mundane as grocery shopping for me. Clerk made the entire experience uncomfortable with his inability to take cues that I did not need or want his help (when someone is replying minimally to your questions and has their back to you the entire conversation, that means Leave Me Alone) and would have liked to be left alone to browse at my own pace, and I cant even use the product I did end up choosing (one I picked just to get away from the store but without leaving empty handed) without thinking about how awful of an experience it was and ruining the evening.

Today was my first time visiting any Sunset Novelties store. Tabitha was great. She explained things clearly and helped me with my selections. I gave four stars because my product was defective but I was unable to return my unused toy; even on same day I purchased because of store policy.I understand they cant trust that people are returning unused product but there should be something they can do when items are defective aside from telling you to contact the manufacturer.Although the customer service was great, Im sure I wont return after this happened today.
