I made a purchase here and two weeks later the product went and they gave me such a hard about exchanging or returning it at. Things there are pricy and will not recommend.

So I visited the Love Shack on University in Jacksonville, Fl on 9-13-19. I visited here before and the employees are always very nice and very helpful. Anyways my last visit I bought a toy and some batteries to go with it and Miguel (the manager or owner) showed me how to turn it on, which was very nice btw. Anyways I get home and I put my new batteries in it and it’s acting crazy like it was inconsistent with the vibrations and it barely turned on. So at first I was going to take that L and just move on but I called the store and asked for Miguel since he is the one who showed me how to turn the toy on but sadly he was gone for the day so another employee talked to me and I explained to her I bought the toy earlier that day and it wasn’t working correctly and I told her I didn’t expect a refund but if she would just show me how to properly work the toy. So I came back to the store and she plays with the toy and she sees that it’s not working properly and she takes the same toy off the wall and that one isn’t working as well. I’m guessing all the toys from that brand were defective. I didn’t get a refund but they did let me exchange my toy for something different and I just paid the difference. Thank you so much. The only con that I have is that the toys that they have are priced 2-3 times as much as you would buy me them offline. The new toy I bought was 50$ and when I looked it up online it was 20$ on Amazon. Like I know how a business works but that is extremely high mark up. My boyfriend and I wanted to buy some lube but the lube we prefer was 20$ but at Spencer’s it’s 13$. But other than that thank you Love Shack.
