There isnt really much to do here so it gets boring after 30-45 minutes.
Kids have a great time. Not too expensive
This place used to be great. The ownership has changed and with that so have the prices. $26 dollars for (1) hour for 5 year old and a 2 year old and those were the restricted area prices add $12 to that price for unrestricted jumping. I think I will try Pump it Up down Bech Blvd.
Absolutely love spending time here with my son. Its extremely affordable and a great way to burn a few hours when the weather isnt ideal. Family fun for all ages, from 12 months to 30+ years old. Not only do they have massive trampolines but there are inflatable obstacle courses for many age ranges, a mechanical bull, and other fun challenges.
There was a lot of cool amenities but there was no foam pit..a really good idea for a family with kids with a variety of ages
Not enough to do for the price, and when you have a gap in age range of children, they can’t even play together. Toddlers are restricted to one area and bigger kids to another. Most of the time was spent annoyed trying to stop my 3yr old from joining my 11 year old so neither of them left happy. You can pay less at Urban Air Or Bravoz for way more to do.
We have a child that used to love this place (he jumped in the kids section) They hiked the price once (I forgave it) Then they hiked it again and Im over it. Too much too soon. Yall got greedy and now youve lost your regulars
This Place Is Fantastic ! Well Worth The Money !
Great family environment great place for a birthday party
This was our first visit, and all the employees were very nice and helpful. We only stayed for an hour but that was plenty and we enjoyed it very much. This was one of our favorite activities through our whole trip. Great exercise for the kids too. Would definitely recommend for all ages!
It is an awesome place! Little kids and big kids can go. You can race if you like!
The place smells awful. Its like hot fungus infested feet. I dont think they clean it properly. I would never take my kids back.
What an AMAZING experience as the classroom chaperone for my sons 1st Grade Class end of the year Field Trip. The staff was friendly. Everyone was safe and the kids had a great time. They even had Pizza and snacks for lunch.
Amazing place. Right near my school, great to go to after school once in a while. Staff is fun and even played basketball with me! Love it keep up the great staffing and customer service
Great experience. Wonderful Friendly Courteous Staff.
Good place not too spaced out.
Fun not as clean as some places we have been but ok
Great place for family fun.
Great place for a birthday. Reasonable price. Easy parking. Lots of activities and well managed to give equal time for all.
My 2-year-old daughter loves the toddler trampoline and inflantables.
I’ve been here couple of times and definitely is a good place for all ages. My 3 years old love it and my teenager girls do as well. The price for the 5 and younger is $4.95 all day long. The price for older kids and adults is per hour.
My friend and I took our toddlers one Saturday and they had a blast! The music was amazing! We, as adults, enjoyed it, probably more than any of the kids! It wasnt expensive for 3 kids. We met and played with other families. They have great seating for parents to sit with their kids or sit separate while being able to still observe. We will certainly be back!!
Very nice, safe and clean play area for kids. There were just one girl working there that was so rude to the kids. Otherwise it was really nice.
Awesome place to have fun with your kids.
The dodge ball area leaves much to be desired.Kids are taken out of the game when hit with a ball. A bit too by-the-book! We pay for our kids to have fun. In this case by jumping and throwing the ball in the area. If they get hit with a ball and must leave the court, they just stand around waiting for the next game......time and money wasted on the part of the kids and parents. How about being more lenient with the rules? After all its not a professional competition, but meant for kids to enjoy themselves. If a child gets hit with the ball, let them continue playing in the court. Also, why have teenagers playing with eight year olds? They are aware that they will be mean and competitive with the little ones. I saw one obese, older kid forcefully pelting the ball at little ones.My eight year old was aggressively pushed down by a kid who must have been at least 14 years old. He screamed at him to get out of the way.It will be a better practice to have the older kids playing at a different time than the younger ones.Whoever developed the rules for the dodge ball court at what is supposed to be a fun, entertaining facility, is obviously devoid of common sense.
Its fun and I good place to take the kids to get the energy out of them
This place is awesome! Its very clean and the kids love going there. I always bring a sweater just in case I get cold and a book to read while the kids have fun.
If you dont mind the smell of feet this is a great place to bring kids to, to hang out and jump around... Under 3 can get an all day pass for under ten bucks
Great for younger children (3 to 5) as well as, older kids (6 to 8). No arcade games . Small ninja warrior style area. 3 minutes from Jacksonville Beach.
Kids loved it. Plenty of tables and chairs for the parents too.
Good spot for the younger kids, up to age 9. Its reasonably priced and has a lot of activities besides trampolines.
Grandkids loved it. I even had fun.
Great place to tire the kids out
My family an I had an amazing time
Disappointing! If you have a 2 yr old and a 5 yr old its impossible to watch both of them. The play areas are completely separate.I gave it 3 stars because the 5 yr old loved the place.
Granddaughter loves this place fun friendly clean good price not over crowded
My son has a blast here!! The staff keeps things orderly, neat and clean on top of it in the little ones area they have a playful streak themselves! Its nice to see the employees have a healthy environment to work in.
Grandsons loves this place. Cashier didnt charge me correctly and purposefully didnt give me a receipt.
Thanks pace was clean, fun for the kid, and service was good. Really like all the activity areas. Some of the workers looked really bored, but they still were good with all the kids. Ill keep this in mind for future bday kid party.
This place is a disgusting Cess Pool!! My son and his friends all got a terrible stomach Flu from jumping here. It was god awful, throwing up for DAYS. The place is never clean and always smells like feet, the staff is usually Always rude too. Do not go here unless you and your entire family want a horribly contagious stomach bug.
They should have more options for younger kids.
If the section for the ages under 5 was better I would give 5 stars but because there is no variety for them only 3 my older kids enjoyed
Cheap and fun for my 3 year old son. The toddler section should have more to do especially to spread out all of the kids from jumping on top of each other when its packed during busy hours, could prevent injury. I just wish they had water bottles in the vending machines instead of just Gatorade and soda products.
Loved it! My child had so much fun. We have moved since going here but we will definitely make it back to jump more.
Good time for kids on a rainy weekend...
Dirty! they really need to clean this place. there is grime and dirt everywhere.. the employees cant reach the top of the blow up jumpers so its caked with dust..and above the managers door ...grey with filth...carpets dirty too..need to hire professional company 2 come in every quarter for deep cleaning..so its not so gross...my kid enjoys the place...but its yucky
I went here for a friends kids birthday party. Its a fun little place for children to play at but theres not a lot of supervision.
This place was awesome! We had our sons birthday party here and he loved it! They have a lot to offer and they had friendly staff. I would recommend this place to all our friends even tho its a drive but so worth it! Plus this brought out our inner kid. Just wanted to thank the owner and staff for an amazing time !!
Jumpstreet is 45 minutes away from where I live and its absolutely worth it Kids have a wonderful time dependable been there for years and spacious play area LOVE IT!!
Fun place to go with kids. Very clean. Staff is friendly.
Overrated, not what I expected... Dont come in there with a lot of kids and dont know there DOB, in for a rude awakening when signing the online waiver... I felt like I signed my life away... Crammed
Great place to take you kids .
First time going, my kiddo had a good time and that is all that matters. It was not terribly busy, the staff was courteous and helpful. The place was clean, even the restrooms. The cons were, as another reviewers stated, the dodge ball area should not be by getting hit rules. It should be by rotation of a kid leaves, a kid comes in...or rotation by minutes. Also, membership or frequent jumpers discounts.
Personally going to jump street to mess around with your Friends is great and all I just wish you had more trampoline activities to do
The kitchen kids had a blast
It was a blast! We enjoyed it been going for awhile now. Good place to run out alot of energy.
Absolutely horrible!!! If you have a kid under 5 you are only allowed to a small spot with only 3 trampolines, and your packed in there. Their website has false advertising stating all ages are allowed but that is not the case. So for families with multiple kids, get ready for your younger ones to cry because the bigger kids are playing on things they are not allowed on. We expressed our complaints to them and they knew how to argue back.
We went during the week there was litteraly no one. The girl on duty was sweet and said hi smiled. The second person on duty seemed miserable. He was standing in a corner leaning on the glass looking bored out of his mind. This is supposed to be a happy place so he could at least pretend to be happy.
So much fun. My daughters love this place. Super clean and the staff always have a great service. Thanks.
My children love this place. I think it could offer a little more myself. But I give it 5 stars because they enjoy it so much.
Kids love this place
Lots of fun. Plenty of trampoline and bouncy house space to crawl/ jump/wander through. Segregated space for under 5.
Awesome place to take your children so much fun!
Great place for kids to play. Staff supervised each play area . Good air conditioning and clean bathrooms.
$5.99 for young kids all day long. Perfect spot for toddlers. Older kids its $12.99
I very fun place to jump
Really fun place
My son loves it here. Clean and well run. Great for parties and large groups. Plenty of space for parents to sit and watch.
My kids love this place. Theyre clean the staff is friendly and generally speaking its a great place to make mommy friends
Nice and quiet on a Tuesday evening. Staff were friendly. Kids had a blast. What more can you ask for.
A four because the kids seem to like it. Nothing for the parents. And inadequate seating.
I took my three boys, ages 14, 14 and 10 to play with their two friends, also 14 and 14, and hoped for at least a minimally fun experience and something to do closer to home (Rebounderz and Velocity Air are pretty far from the beaches) and it was MUCH better than expected, in fact, they loved it so much we ended up staying for a second hour, and they are begging to go back ASAP!! The desk staff was perfectly pleasant and the floor staff seemed to be just fine also. We will definitely be back! Just wish there was an all-you-can-jump membership or day pass or something so its not quite so expensive for three kids every time.Welcome to the beaches!! Were so glad youre here!!
Good place for fun!
$5 days for toddlers is great. Super fun place for kids. Clean and staff is friendly.
Fun place to take your kiddos!
Awesome spot for the kids to bounce after a half day of school or for a birthday party. Be sure to fill out your waiver online before getting there (you can do there, but at home saves time), and they sometimes give discounts if you do a facebook check-in/post about them.
Great way for kids to burn excess energy. Can be expensive because pricing is inconsistent. You pay per child. Children 3 & under are unlimited time but children over 3, are only for 2 hours. You then have to pay for additional time. Also, they dont allow outside drinks & charge over $2 for any drink.
We went here awhile ago and while my children had fun, the staff was disrespectful and rude. Every time I had to ask them to open certain areas for my children, they would roll their eyes and throw the chains down and give me a look of annoyance. I gave them several opportunities to change their attitudes. I even said thank you, we appreciate it every time and they would just ignore me. If you dont like kids, you shouldnt work around them. Everyone was trying to have a good time and if my children hadnt been with me, I would have definitely voiced my opinion on the employees attitudes and rudeness towards us. The only way I will ever come back here is if my children ask to go.
The service here is pretty good. Most important piece of information I could give is that out of the 7 areas they have any kids under 5 will be restricted to 1. Out of the 3 times weve been that is the most frustrating part. My 5 and 3 year old daughters basically cant play together unless they are in the one area. My recommendation is that if you have younger kids go to Pump it Up.Some of the attractions require a staff member to operate but they will show up promptly if you ask. The prices are comparable to other options. They do have lockers. No food options beyond a vending machine.
Great fun for kids of all ages! The rates arent that bad.
We made a visit last week while on our vacation from Colorado - the weather wasnt the greatest and we were hoping to find somewhere where our kids could be kids and burn off some extra energy. We were EXTREMELY disappointed. Granted, we were visiting on a Tuesday so the place was nearly completely empty (with the exception of our family of 5, the staff and maybe 2 other families). The attitudes we and our CHILDREN received were absolutely HORRIFIC! All of the employees were so young, rude and disinterested in interacting with the kids - one of them with long blonde hair actually rolled her eyes at my kids trying to talk to her and didnt even respond to them! They told my oldest son (hes 8) NO, he couldnt play dodgeball with his brother because they werent ready to open that area! THERE WAS LITERALLY NOBODY THERE! So we really couldnt understand what would keep them from having time to open it up - they were apparently too busy standing behind the counter chatting to do their jobs! Oh, and when they were BORED of pushing the buttons for my kids to play on the bull... they told my kids your time is up and shut it off! WHAT ELSE WERE THEY SUPPOSE TO DO WHEN THE STAFF IS TOO BORED AND UNWILLING TO OPEN UP OTHER AREAS!? We spent over $60 and felt robbed by the time we left! I would NEVER VISIT THIS LOCATION AGAIN AND WOULD URGE EVERYONE TO TAKE THEIR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!
Wyatt had a blast .Its really fun for thekids
Super fun! Very clean, nice staff. Well priced for little kids.
Fun place, not too crowded.
Fun place but really awkward if you go by yourself and they have a foam pit which in my opinion is important for a trampoline place
Love this place for my two year old
We threw our 5 yr old birthday here. It was awesome. Friendly staff. Kids loved it. Wed do it again.
Very clean, nice and safe 4 children.
Our kids had an awesome time. They were open early for families with special needs kids so that the could enjoy facility before they opened to the general public.
This place is ok. When we walked in we were hit by this awful smell. I think they need to clean their carpets or something. We are from out of town and usually go once a year when we are in Jacksonville and it has never had this stinch before. Unfortunately, the smell was throughout the whole place, though the place appeared clean. My almost 5 yo had to be in a separate section from her 6yo sister so it was less fun for her but the 6yo had fun. I think its a bit expensive for 1 hour of play for older kids ($14.99) when the younger kids its $5.99 all day. Unfortunately, there arent many other options like this in that area of Jacksonville so this is where we go. I give it 3 stars because its not bad but not great, and the kids have somewhat of a good time.
