My kids love this place! Its not expensive, and so much fun. The only thing that should change is at the water park, they leave the gate open and would be extremely easy for a child to wonder off, or be taken.

Rolled out today for a day of waterpark fun. So we thought. Apparently they sent all life guards home before the park even opened. Such a nice day to close the waterpark.

Wonderful! Wonderful! Wonderful! We go all the time and will continue to do so, even when the kids are grown and moved away. Lots of fun for every age group.

Not great... Very very dirty mini golf course, and no real design or obstacles incorporated in it. The go-karts are incredibly slow. The track is awesome, but the carts are the slowest weve ever ridden. If this place were cheaper, Id say its ok for people with kids 10 and under. But its not very cheap ($70 for 1x go-karts, 1x mini golf, and 1x laser tag for 3 people). The mini golf turf was really gross. Sludge at each hole... Needs a thorough cleaning throughout.

This place is fun but getting dirty and dingy. I took my 9 year old sister here today and she had a blast. There is laser tag, mini golf, Go-Karts, and an awesome Waterpark. The water park doesnt feel dirty because it is full of chlorine but the whole place could use some tlc.

Pricey which is kind of expected at places like these. But the place was also very dirty. Trash everywhere. They were understaffed, had to constantly wait for an attendant to show up to give golf clubs, bats...etc. The food was very mediocre even for a place like this and waiting half an hour for a single slice of pizza was ridiculous, especially with as many people joking and having a good time in the kitchen the day we went. I’ll not be visiting again anytime soon.

Great place for the kids to have a great time. Games are a little worn from use but the staff is quite helpful to fix things and theres plenty of concessions to keep the kids hydrated and full.

Me and my friends spent over $100 for Haunt Nights expecting 2 haunted houses and an attraction. We waited for at least 45 minutes until we were next in line for the haunted house outside. It started raining and we were then denied entrance for “20 minutes”. We ended up standing in the rain for at least 30 minutes before deciding it wasn’t worth it anymore. Weather radar on phone said it’ll probably rain for another hour. We would’ve been fine coming back another day but it was Halloween and the last day for Haunt Nights. We also couldn’t do the attraction because it was raining. Went home soaked and emailed them twice for a refund (decided it was best to not wait inside because there were way too many people & corona obvi) and never got a response back. Not worth going to Haunt Nights if you think i’ll rain at all.

We have a large group so we usually get a cabana which is awesome but honestly, the food service is lacking. Order over $100 in food and 2 hrs later was still missing 20% of what we ordered. Had to call for someone and when she got there she said did you get your other pizza yet? Just unsat when your dropping several hundred dollars in tickets (8 people), a cabana, food & drink.

I came to Adventure Landing August22nd 2020. It was probably one of the worst arcades Ive ever been to. For a place that makes all profit off of their machines you figured theyd have at least some of them fixed up. Theyve got broken Machines making free money. You give them cash they give you tokens you spend your tokens they give you paper. When I asked for assistance with the game games they said come stand in the line and we will help you. There was 20 people in the line and I had two to three games that I needed to complain about. Plus I needed somebody there to refund me in case another game broke down. Nobody ever showed up there was no service on the game floor. This place becomes more and more broke down every year. 2 Stars is very

This that good life. The waterpark is JUST big enough to be awesome. There are plenty of things for the little guys to do and for the teens as well. There are five thrill rides or slides. They keep the teens occupied. The wave pool is deep enough that I enjoy it as an adult swimmer but its still shallow enough that I dont worry about my shorter kid when hes alone in there. The lifeguards do their jobs correctly. Nice little lazy river of a tad bit shallow. No glaringly obvious downsides. They sell your standard summer fare for a waterpark; ice cream and junk food at the inflated price youd expect. You cant take in outside food or drink. I go once a week during the summer. I recommend it.

Its really fun, a lot of things to do. The water park is awesome, the lifeguards are so nice, and awesome. The only thing I was sad about that they are always of dipping dots, but other than that, its a cool place to hang out.

We had a wonderful time! Wish they had something other than inner tubes for the lazy river though. Old bodies have a hard time with them. Floating beach chairs would be great for the senior citizens.

This place is a blast with the kids, its not something you can afford everyday. Besides from prices I highly recommend. Games and food are high so bring plenty money.

This place needs better management in a hurry. Very disorganized, dirty, no A/C in the lazer tag area, long lines and a bunch of kids running everything. Used to be a fun family place.

Really fun for kids but definitely check for coupons first

We always have a blast bringing the kids here. We are looking forward to it opening up again after the pandemic is over. They have go karts, water park, arcade games, a gift and candy shop, and our favorite, LASER TAG where our company shirts glow! Highly recommended for a fun spot to bring family and friends.

We had a group event planned and Lynette took very good care of us. The park is very clean and nice. The staff was also. We will be back.

Still a great place to hang out and have fun with friends. go carts and laser tag are always a good time!

Fun place to take the kids...even the teens when the rain keeps us from the beach. We golfed, played laser tag & played the arcade. Plan to come back again this summer when in JAX.

We just got here 13:00 o’clock, 13:30 power went down and threw out everybody. When asked for my money back, they say not possible. Only tickets for games. This is unbelievable! I will never come back and make complain to have my money back!Here is NO wifi, now toilettes are closed, food court is closed, everything exept games! It is impossible!

Ouch I cant say its worth the price they charge for a day at the waterpark but it was fun and I had a good day there! Theyre cafe food is good too! I got a caesar salad that turned out better then some nicer resturaunts!

It was very fun even though it started to thunder and we had to get out but they couldnt have done anything about so you cant blame them

A lot of their arcade games were out of order. Their ticket prizes were cheap and broken upon receiving them. The staff didnt seem to even like their jobs. And they closed way too early for summertime hours. 7pm weekdays. Very disappointing.

Any age can enjoy this small waterpark! It has multiple waterslides, a watercoaster, wave pool, lazy river and shipwreck island for the little ones. Dont forget your sunscreen!

Fun place but too many arcades were either eating up our coins, out of tickets, or some typeof issue.

I know some of the latest reviews arent pleasant but I wanted to share that our experience been amazing. We used discounted tickets and, they gladly accept them (no hassle).

Took the kids to the arcade because it was raining, the waterpark was closed of course. The arcade was mediocre. I lost several tokens in the machines. I told the kids to only use machines that theyve seen others using.

Smallish but good variety of rides. There are good mid level rides for kids that are no longer toddlers and a few extreme rides. Only reason not 5 stars are the lockers are cramped, chairs are old and dirty and changing rooms really limited.

My granddaughter had a blast. Service wasnt awesome. Thanks Jekye

The games are good..

Came here a year ago. Over priced, half the arcade doesn’t work & steals your coins. Staff are rude when requesting a refund of your money. Food is overpriced. Will not be back for the arcade. Will require tour before willingly paying for anything here first ever again.

This place has gone down hill. Half the arcade machines do not work. There are kids all over destroying the mini golf course. The go karts are on their last leg. Whoever is in charge of servicing this place should be fired.

Super venue for a relaxing day of fun, or a birthday celebration. Lots to choose from so everyone can find something entertaining. Some of the games dont work as well as they should, but considering the use they are put through...:)

This place is just buzzing with Florida man energy and a great place to have a little bit of fun with your friends of any age. I went at night which is a bummer because during the day you can feed alligators for $5?? What a steal!!

I have had many 5 star experiences here. But different seasons of life open your eyes to issues. I am currently 8 months pregnant and came here with family to play mini golf. On the entire course, there was only ONE bench to be able to sit and rest. They absolutely need to add more benches along the courses, for the elderly, pregnant, and those with mobility issues to be able to rest between holes. This allows everyone to enjoy the day together.

Water park was awesome. Plus $2 hotdogs on Thursday

Great experience all the rides were fun, the employees were super nice and me and my friends had a blast!

Shipwreck Island is super fun. The kids love it here. The staff is super friendly and my daughter and i got seperated and my daughter found the nearest staff member. they did this whistle thing and they hold their hand up to alert all the parents a child is looking for them and we were reunited very quickly. Great safe place for family fun.

Always a fun place for my kids. If you need some entertainment this is a good place for kids and adults. They always have different events going on. I like there Christmas set up the kids enjoy it.

Every single game is broken... Bowling does not accurately keep track and some of the rails are missing. It is also leaking from an air vent above making this an accident waiting to happen. i had to ask the guy to come fix my tickets twice. Are hocky turned off without us actually finishing a match! Jurassic Park game, space Invaders, piano and typhoon all ended extremely early as well with no chance to really play for entertainment. Bathroom was SO gross. Trash everywhere. Its not just the Jacksonville residents ether because the only people in the game room were young adults(teens) working. One of the kids was really cool so thats why I gave two stars. Im also disappointed in that prices they seem to have gone up.

Had a good time with my son. We played in the arcade a few games werent working and the prize counter didnt have the best selection. We also went to the batting cages which we really enjoyed. And he loved the pretzel lol

Great day of family fun. There are some good slides for adults but only 2 of them. All the others are pretty slow and great for kids. Nice wave pool and food is pretty good.

We’ve gotten the annual pass the last couple years as a family gift. One of the best presents ever for a family. Lines can be a little long some times but not a lot of options for a water park in Jacksonville. Kids always have a blast and a great way to beat the heat during summer.

Groupon has the best deals here, but fun for all ages. I took 4 teenagers and they were all happy

Some of the ticket prices are ridiculous and most of the prized were for young, young children /w almost nothing for pre-teens to adults. Other than that, it was a pretty nice place. Family friendly. Everybody is bound to find something they like. Their root beer float was pretty good. There are real alligators there and nice activities. Activities include Mini Golf, Go-Kart, and Laser-Tag. There are ones that change with the time of the year. Like Ice Skating or the Water Slides/Rides. Even youngins (as in like 5 year olds) can do the Go-Karts. They just need a person 16+, with a valid drivers license with them.

The ice skates smell like urine and so do the floats. Bring hand sanitizer. Other wise nice employees and nice games. Just need to clean a bit more. Go carts were the best.

Went to play games. Id say at least half of the games are out of order. Most games are 4 tokens so dont plan on your $20 stretching for very long. Then they dont have individual pieces of candy that you can get with your tickets. All we did was play the arcades.

When I brought my kids here for the first time, I saw two employees having it off in the car. The male was wearing a dark blue polo shirt and the female with blond hair had on a red shirt. I will never bring my kids or myself back to place. I believe another parent did report this to the managers...it seemed that didn’t work because they went back to work when I was there. Don’t bring your kids here.

Good place for mini golf.

Really fun place! We have gone there for the free mini golf for 10 years! The arcade is really big and they have a lot of fun games. The laser tag has got to be the best part. It is so fun and there are lots of good deals. The water park is great too for the summer but I advise getting there early. Five stars for sure!

Great place to have fun with the family!

Little pricey on somethings. Laser tag was only five minutes a session so that was kind of lame. Over all a decent place to kill some time with the family.

Outrageously expensive arcades and gocarts. The arcades here cost anywhere from 2-8 tokens, most are in the 4 range meaning a dollar a game and 40% of the games took our tokens without letting us play the game. Go carts are 8.49 for a single ride, which lasts a grand total of 3 minutes or less. This place is a rip-off, dont come here unless you get some sort of discount. The staff inside seemed to be in a good mood, but the staff running gocarts are always in a bad mood and generally act like they dont want to be there.

Over all not the new slides were fun and a great addition. We had gotten a cabana and next to us was another caban which had around 13 people’s there which the limit is 9 or 10 the extra kid sat on one of the loungers and the others were mostly likely go to sit on our so we had out our bags on the loungers so the couldn’t therefore to prevent from more then the limit of people’s up there everyone is supposed to have a cabana wristband on but less than have didn’t. Also the food service was awful it was only one person who was working at the time and would forget like silverware and condiments and got a drink wrong which normally would have just been a simple mistake but because it was far away and she still had to take care of others before we couldn’t eat our hamburgers because of 0 condiments and so when she did come back they were cold.Any other time we have gotten a cabana it was great!

Corona virus epicenter.. worst place for a pandemic.. not a single mask, and it looked like walmart on a black Friday.

A lot to do here for the whole family, including a great water park. The food is good for this sort of place, especially the whole pizzas and the fries. Will be coming back again for one of their play all morning/day deals. The parking can be tricky as this place can draw large crowds when the water park is open and the weather is great.

Kids enjoy. I feel its a bit dated and could definitely use an update on their games but as long as kids are okay Im good.

We had a good time! Wasnt the best possible experience, but it wasnt horrible, either. If you go into it with low expectations, youll be pleasantly satisfied. Its staffed by a bunch of apathetic teenagers who can tend to have a look on their face like whatever, but hey, thats America for ya. Im spoiled by having been around the world and lived in Japan, where excellent customer service is almost cultish. We didnt eat any food, so, cant comment on that. Some of the arcade machines didnt pay out tickets, and staff was friendly and helpful enough. Some machines just ate out tokens, we didnt waste time complaining. Spent $20 on tokens and had a good time playing games, winning tickets, and my 3 year old got some fun little prizes. Go-karts were fun. Might only be getting 3 stars, but we will probably go back some time.Constructive recommendations: train your staff to greet customers and be generally friendly. Good customer service isnt just about not being rude. Its about going out of your way to make the experience of the people spending their money worth it. Just a smile and a greeting can go a long way. Overall, the staff was friendly, but there were a few who looked miserable to be there.
