We took my daughter and her friends there for her bday celebration. They offer a variety of options of entertainment for both the children and adults. My daughter and her friends enjoyed themselves. They played at the arcade, rode the go-carts, played miniature golf, and also bowled. Cant beat all of that in one outing!

Really fun place. They have bowling, laser tag, go-carts, bumper cars, and rollercoaster simulator. The prices are fair. A lil high on the simulator. But its a great family place!

A bit pricey. Our lane kept messing up, then it ate all our balls and we had to be moved. And I remember the lights being a lot better.

All we did was play mini golf, but as far as that goes it was really fun. The course is clean and new. It has a good variety of hole difficulty, and the staff were all very polite. Im pretty sure that it was stroller friendly, and they had net poles within easy reach if your ball fell in the water hazards, so you didnt have to walk all the way back to get another.

Our family of 6, during fall break, drove a hour to get there about 8 pm and was notified that the skating, roller-coaster and go carts were all shut down. We found other options which was 2 bowling games and mini golf. The young man and female were very rude from the beginning. Didnt really care if they got our business or not. Spent about $100 on tickets. We got our shoes and went to order our food. The young lady working behind the food counter was OVERWHELMED with orders and we waited nearly 30 mins just to ORDER!! Kids had to start the game without us! The young man and female was doing absolutely nothing besides tossing a ink pin in the air so I went and kindly asked him if he could take our order so we could go bowl with our kids. His reply was No, they have to have 3 employees behind the counter. We stood there about 20 mins then this same young man decided to come take our order. Spent roughly $50 on food and drinks. We didnt get our food for another 45 mins. I asked the young man to speak to his manager and his reply was Shes not here I asked when she would return and he replied idk. It was very hot inside and I noticed the fan above us wasnt on so I asked the female if she could turn it on fur us.... her response Idk where the switch is for that fan. We bowled one full game and part of another and they turned our game off at 10 pm (time they close). We didnt get our mini golf game in either. The last thing the female said to me was.... what are you looking at. This place is awesome but these employees are HORRIBLE!! WHOEVER IS RUNNING THIS PLACE SHOULD BE ASHAMED BC THIS COULD BE SUCH A GREAT FAMILY FUN CENTER!! NO REASON TO TREAT ANYONE THIS WAY!! GOOD LUCK TO ANYONE PLANNING A TRIP HERE

I always have a pretty good time when Im there.

Website was not updated. Prices were WAY off from what website said. And was told due to Covid19 they werent making as much money so they would not honor website pricing even tho we drove quite a ways to visit there. Music was slow not up beat for skating and overall was pretty depressing. Bathrooms gross and lacked toilet paper and despite being told they needed to tend to the bathroom they never did. And the place was pretty empty with lots of workers so really no excuse for the bathroom being neglected. Snotty attitudes from most every employee we came in contact with. Will not go back again.

The handicap bathroom the stalls are not handicap i could not fit my wheelchair in any of the stalls

Awesome place. Very family friendly and lots to do. Only complaint I have is that some of the staff there had very bad attitudes. Then there were some staff members who were awesome and made sure that everyone was having a great time.

Its very fun for family and friends

The fun was beyond fun; it was TOTALLY TERRIFIC; The staff was very friendly and quite helpful. The facilities were clean and well kept. It is an AWESOME place for families, groups, and individuals!!!! I took about twenty of my college scholars and each of them thoroughly enjoyed every minute of their time there.

Great place for family fun! Today we hosted my sons 10th birthday party. Laser Tag / Pizza party with the private room. The hostess for our party was extremely helpful and polite, easily keeping everyone comfortable and refreshed the duration of our experience. The food and refreshments were decent for the price and convenience. Even after the initial party had ended my family and guest still had several other activities to enjoy together. Overall the family and guests had a great time and I will continue to have parties hosted here.Why the 4 star rating? From a few recent experiences at this establishment. You quickly learn which staff members are helpful, polite and customer service oriented while the rest not so much.

The place was great! They remodeled and they have a new price menu, added a trio, bowling, games room, mini golf. Go have fun!!

I came here with my family from Florida and spent together over $60 and the hospitality at Walmart was better than it was here. A shame considering the name says family in it. We where told a family of 8 had to share one lane! Considering we paid separately they still argued with us over two lanes. Our neighbors that where bowling only had 2 people in it. Why where we treated so different. Our lanes where not working properly and there was no help from any employees after asking several times for help. We got the three hour unlimited bowl and we left less than a hour. It was very uncomfortable and unwelcoming. I feel like everyone in Tennessee is so nice it and it was a shame to get such a negative reaction from a family fun center and one we had to drive a hour to get to.

A lot better since they have upgraded some things. Bowling was really fun and better with the new TV screens. The skating was fun but the roller blades need updating the roller blades blistered my feet very quickly. I seen more people using the roller skates with the 4 wheels and they looked to be in better shape then the roller blades but Ive never used the 4 wheel roller skates and not sure I could skate with them so I stuck with the blades unfortunately and have some very blistered feet from them.

Over price. Linea don’t work rued employee’s on the phone all the time bad customer service employees smoking at the front entrence.

Fun for me n family

My family of four decided to have an outing and go bowling and play putt putt. It had been a while since I visited this center and everything looked nice and well kept. We had a good time bowling and the putt putt was fun as well. The only two negatives I experienced was the attitude of the young staff and the high prices on the food. With the exception of one staff person, the others never smiled or said thank you. Management might want to teach these young staff members that when someone says thank you, you should reply with youre welcome. A little courtesy goes a LONG way.

We went bowling on Wednesday, and I gotta tell ya, $1 night is wonderful. We had a group of nine, plus shoe rentals, and the total was only, like $25. Super fun but packed. There was of course a line at the concession, which was expected, considering the amount of people, and while their food is kind of pricey, there isnt anything gross on their menu. I enjoyed the heck out of this place. A couple of us went mini-golfing the day previous, and it was also quite fun, despite our lack of skill Their arcade is quite cool too, so long as it isnt super crowded. 5 stars obviously.

We have had our company picnic here for the past 4 years. It is a great facility for this, offering several different activities for kids AND adults. Im not giving it 5 stars for one reason only - the building could use some updates. The carpets are dirty and several tiles are busted. Paint is peeling on the walls and the bathrooms are very run down (or out of order). Several chairs in the karaoke bar are in desperate need of recovering. Aside from that, the staff is very accommodating and prepared for our event. They always have a security officer at the door to make sure only our employees enter the building during our private event. Overall, I would recommend this place to someone.

Will this be good for a date night? Just boyfriend and girlfriend finally getting a break to go out.

We had a great time. I would have given 5 stars, but we purchased tickets for laser tag, and the guy at the front counter didnt go over any rules or tell us there was a requirement for footwear. We got to Laser tag and found out I couldnt play. Because I was wearing flip flops.

They advertise falsely on $1 a game on Wednesday and you go in and they say billboards out front needs to be changed. I think they just trying to get you to go in.

Way too expensive. Trying to win tickets for prizes was a joke. We will never go back there.

We had fun. Ill say that. We also went for a simple round of bowling and that alone proved to be difficult. We started on one lane. Before we even got our shoes, they moved our lane. Fine. We played a few frames on the new lane and it broke. They moved us to a new lane. Immediately, our balls got stuck in the return chute. Then the bumpers for my children didnt work. The workers were teens and not especially polite. I am honestly giving the place three stars because Im in a good mood. I know the place cant control their clients, but the group in the lane next to us was repeatedly calling his friend a p***y and sticking his hand up his girlfriends shorts. All that to say, not in a hurry to return.

Enjoyed going on a Sunday night. I will not go on Friday or Saturday after 4:00pm there is too much drinking

A little pricey. Make sure you bring plenty of money cause there is plenty to do. The kids loved it. Something fun for everyone. One of the few places you can rollerblade.

The customer service is horrible. The the building is old and need remodel the service is not that great food is not memorable if youre lucky enough that they have some the alley doesnt really work very well we had to use projectors in our lanes to stop our son from gutter ball and half the time the protector didnt come up

If there was another bowling alley in Jackson, this one would go out of business in a heartbeat. They do not care about their bowlers and their lanes constantly break down. Their workers are ignorant and do not know the first thing about bowling. Very frustration experiences every single time I have visited.

My favorite place to go and there Wednesday dollar bowling is GREAT and there laser tag is so gun I love playing with my bffs and there skating is one of my favorite and there roller coaster is very fun ... But the person who put on my belt made it to loose and multiple times I ALMOST FELL out

Where to start. It looks old. Go karts and mini golf suck but reasonable prices. The arcade games are boring. When it comes to the bowling. Most of the workers are kids who dont understand correct bowling etiquette so people are allowed to do basically.amything they want. The lanes are usually in bad shape. Its a little.ocer priced if u dont go for a night they have a deal. They supposedly remodel the skating floor so it should be better. Overall if u have been before youll be disappointed

Customer service was absolutely terrible. Half the attractions we came for were closed so the kids decided to settle on something else. The kids were set on riding the roller coaster which I was informed was closed and would not be back up. After the kids used their cards on something else (the underwhelming bumper cars) the roller coaster was opened. When I asked for an explanation the guy at the counter just shrugged his shoulders. Go carts were also closed for the day. Ive seen roadside lemonade stands run smoother.

This was the perfect getaway with lots of things for the kids to do. They offer great fun packages at affordable rates. If the young workers would put those phones down and engage the guests they would be A-1. Even still we had a great experience!

Went in March for my son birthday and service was great WENT LAST NIGHT WITH FAMILY FROM FLORIDA AND CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS RUDE AND LANES BROKE DOWN TOKE SEVERAL TIMES TO ASK TO FIX LANES WORST EXPERIENCE EVER .SPENT 200 HUNDRED DOLLARS WITH BOTH FAMILIES NEVER HAVE I SEEN SUCH POOR SERVICE

Had a terrible experience, the lane malfunctioned no less than 10 times during the 2 games that we played. Really frustrating to constantly have to wait for the lane to be fixed. Also, there was mayhem in the other lanes and the workers did nothing to prevent it. Two women literally walked down the lanes half way to throw the ball and not one word was said to them. Overall, service combined with a terrible product results in frustration and regret

Our group has not been here for 20 years,we are not good bowlers..but we had a blast !! It is a fun, exciting place to go with family or friends.We didnt spend much money and had a great time.We will be back every week from now on..great exercise and family activities.There is so many fun things too do, you will never get bored.All the staff was very helpful and friendly.Thankyou for such a great place to have fun..we will be making memories for years here !!

I was disappointed in the skating area. Teens and young adults were very aggressive in their skating. Restrooms were discusting. Snack bar was greatly lacking. Other areas were good.

Went for a family outing in the afternoon. Staff acted like they didnt care to be there, place could have been cleaner. Mini golf was good and the go carts were fun. We had to wait for the go cart attendant as they seemed understaffed. It was not crowded and a weekday afternoon so maybe that was the reason. Prices were about average.

I think was less than fun for my grandchildren. I paid for them to skate and when we get to the show rental spot they didnt have any in my grandsons size.

We only bowled tonight, didnt eat or try any other attractions, so I wont rate high. The atmosphere was family friendly. They played current music and were helpful. Bathrooms could be cleaner, nd updated. An hour of bowling was $28, which was right at 2 games. We did enjoy our time.there

So much fun. I just think they need new skates.
