Excellent friendly and fast service from Bicycle City! I recommend Bicycle City 100%! I started out trying to get 2 tune ups at Hub City bicycle shop. I started there since I had seen that shop while shopping at Harbor Freight in the past. Big mistake! After 3 phone calls and 2-1/2 weeks of false promises of completion from Hub City bike shop, I got my bikes back with no work done. Then I googled bike shops in Jackson. That’s when I came across Bicycle City. Thank goodness I did! They had my two bikes completed in a week as they said they would! They were friendly during both drop off and pick up. They were also very patient with me and my numerous questions and very knowledgeable! They even offered info on products ranging in cheapest to highest prices that I was inquiring about. I will definitely be back to Bicycle City for future bicycle needs! If you need bicycle work or accessories all at reasonable prices from knowledgable friendly people, go to Bicycle City!

Needed a new part for my bike it was fixed but my brand new bike pedals where not returned instead i got these very cheap looking pedals i didnt even get reimbursed for the loss of property im not happy 1 bit they got paid over $50 and i got robbed of about $25 be sure to keep a very close eye on what they do i want my property back or reimbursement
