Comedians were great but prices for food and drinks are overpriced. Ridiculous 2 add a gratuity and a tip without the customers knowledge. Im fine with one but at least give the customer the option 2 do both.

We went last night 11/20/20! I went to celebrate my birthday with friends and family. Everything was great! The food was good. The staff was friendly. We got our food in good timing. The line to get in was short. And Kountry Wayne was FUNNY!! We will definitely be back!! Great Job Chuckles

Do not waste your time!! Tickets stated the show started at 10pm. We waited in line outside the building until 11:30pm. We ordered food and drinks once we got inside. We didn’t get any of it until 10 minutes before the show ended.

Went to see Lil Duvall, the show was great but the servers are TERRIBLE! There is a 2 item minimum purchase per person, which is fine but the server never came back to get another order and never brought our food back. After she brought our 1st round we didn’t see her anymore until I asked for a manager. We had to flag down another server to bring out our food that was poorly prepared. There were several ingredients missing from our dish that we weren’t made aware of prior to ordering. Bottom line is our server Tippa was straight trash. If you visit and she’s your server please ask for another one.

Second time coming and the show was AMAZING. Arnez J was a HIT!!! Disappointed in the pricing of the food.The circoobama price was marked out on our menus but we were not told PRIOR to ordering the price was 25.00 a glass. We ordered two. We did not mind paying but that should of been advised prior to us ordering. Anywho we had a AWESOME time and will be back !!!

Didnt go in because people in line had no masks on and no social distancing.

It was nice, my first time visiting.

1st time there got to see Arnez J, hes my favorite comedian and I got to see him in person for my birthday. Wish I could have hugged him, Corona ruin everything

Every time I go to chuckles I have a blast the servers are polite and the food is simple but its worth it. But who ever the bartender is to ya best drinks I taste at any club. Chuckles is a very recommendable place to get some laughs at

The place clean and the place seats and table where spaced out for safety of Covid.

Glad I got VIP tickets the line was a little long but the service was great.... The first time the food was good but them new real tenders and fresh fish is bussin..... I laughed all weekend at Bruce Bruce.... Ill be back soon....

I had so much fun! The place is real classic, I got my food && drinks on time.. The biggest problem was waiting in line.. I suggest VIP if you don’t want to have to wait!

I would give this place half a -5 star if I could. Dont go and save your money.

Went to the 10pm show made it there at 930pm the line outside was wrapped around the building it was 47 degrees we stood outside till 11pm. When we finally got in the servers are very rude they just set the food and drinks down and walk away even if the people at the table are not with you. My back was to the table a stranger told me he thought that was my drink after it had set with him 5 minutes. Of course I was not drinking or paying for it. Explain it to the the manager he said what do you expect me to do at least she bought it to your table After he said he was going to take it off I still ended up paying for half of the drink! The comedians are the best thing about this placeJust go for the comedians dont expect nothing else from the servers or managers!!!!!!

Over all it was ok just didnt like the fact, after paying to enter the building, you have to order 2 items or more from the menu

Great entertainment. Have been here several times with great service but have had poor service with the past 2 events. Currently waiting for order placed an hour ago!.

The service is terrible and everything is overpriced. The menu items are very basic. For the price there should be more food and better quality. It was cold and we never got any service beyond the food being brought to the table despite having asked multiple times. They are ripping people off and have the audacity to automatically add a 15% tip to every ticket. We had to wait nearly 40 min just to get the check. All the servers are overworked several were rude and unwilling to help if you weren’t in their section. To top it off, the comedian wasn’t remotely funny. This was such a disappointment Don’t waste your time or money!

Its like a breath of fresh air having a nice comedy spot in Jackson, MS. Great comedians Great vibes and Great service from the management to the food and drinks...Keep up the good work Chuckles!!!

I received comp tickets. Waited an 45 minutes in line just to be told they didnt have room for people with comp tickets. The comp line was around the building. Why hand out more tickets than you can fulfill? Your solution is to hand out more comp tickets for the show next week?! Waste of time and money.

Comedians this place provide is a 10. Tonight will be my 4th time coming here. Now...customer service needs some working on, like open door ahead of time so the ordering process will be earlier, take correct orders, needs stronger alcoholic beverages, and needs stable tables for 4 people to eat on.

Tickets for 10pm show. Arrived at 9:35. Stood in line till 11pm waiting on them to clean and set up from the 7PM show. Finally got a table and ordered my food (they have a mandatory 2 item minimum purchase). Didnt get my food till the show was over. She set the food down and walked away and the lights literally came on. So I leave the food there cause I wasnt paying for dat. After a talk with the manager, ha didnt charge me.

Limited signage and decor, acoustics could be better. Otherwise, a good experience.

Was a very horrible experience. Paid for VIP and waited in line over an hour after the designated start time. The line was unorganized and there is nothing that differentiates the VIP from the general admission. Will not be coming back! Disgusted with the horrible management.

The comedians I saw was funny but the service and the long lines are horrible. The waiter are overworked and most are rude.

Service is unacceptable! It takes entirely too long to place an order and to receive the order.
