I wondered into Kismet Fine Rugs while on a ski vacation in Jackson Hole, WY. I wasnt even planning to buy a rug ! What a great store with an incredibly large inventory. Prices were very competitive, and the owner was very knowledgeable and professional. About a week later I decided to buy a rug I saw there, and at the very reasonable price that was quoted to me. No high pressure, and very good service once I decided to actually buy the rug I had seen. I would definitely do business with Kismet again.

We have known Jeff for a number of years as hes an active member in the local community. We recently visited India and spent a half day at a rug store in Jaipur. We were surprised about the high tourist prices in India and we found that Jeffs prices were equal or less to what we were quoted in India. After a somewhat pushy experience in India, it was a pleasure to explore Jeffs store and we ended up finding a run that was equal in quality to what we saw in Jaipur but less expensive.

Kismet had an incredible inventory. I was able to find exactly the fine rug we needed for each room. The process is very helpful. I would select 5-6 choices and take them to our Cabins to obtain the perfect choice.Our family has owned a gift and antique shop for 50 years. I’ve shopped for similar oriental and kismet rugs in both India and Turkey. Amazingly, Kismet’s prices are just as good as buying in the country where they are made or maybe even lower.The service was also excellent. I worked with salesman Maxima and the owner Jeff Neishabouri and they were extremely helpful.

Incredible selection - over 14,000 rugs of all sizes and styles. Owner and staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They let us take a couple rugs home to try them out, and they gave us a great deal on the rug we ended up buying (which was a cool authentic vintage rug from the 50s). Highly recommend!!

Recently my wife and I were in the market for a couple contemporary style rugs. I always thought Kismet was a top notch rug store, but I also did not think that a contemporary style was in their inventory and I was apprehensive not knowing the pricing range. We obviously had never been in Jeffs and Minas store because they had a very large selection of all styles and even the harder to find sizes. Jeff took great care of us with and gave us great advice regarding sizing decisions. His prices were extremely competitive as well.
