Fun, but also costs $46 for 2 children to jump for 1 hour. My kids did have a good time, but staff was not friendly or I may have given 4 stars. Oh, and $2 for great value bottles of water lol!

The staff is young, unfriendly and has major attitude. It is expensive for what you get but the kids seem to love it. Management needs to do a better job training employees, especially when it comes to customer service.

Don’t be fooled by thinking you get a 2 hour party when you pay for it. After jumping for an hour then going to a “birthday room” for pizza, cake and we thought, to open gifts... we were rushed out of the room to open gifts while sitting on the floor outside of the room because they needed to decorate for another party. We thought we had an hour in the room but 8 minutes before our time was up, we were told we only had the room for 40 minutes, not the hour we paid for. The party was supposed to be from 2-4 but it was from 2-3:40- which doesn’t even make sense. So cold pizza, watered down kool-aid and Pepsi and trying to find a spot on the floor to open presents. And don’t expect their staff to help much... unless they’re rushing you out and clearing your plates before you’re finished.NeverAgain.

My kids had a great time at Sky Zone . So if you havent been there i suggest you take your family there they will have a great time.

Great fun for the family and if you want to bring groups. Lots of opportunity to for everyone to jump and play.

Really fun to jump but be prepared to spend some serious money for every minute of fun.

I saw one review from a week ago. My sons 10th birthday is Sunday! We planned a big thing at Incredible Pizza. But now for obvious reasons that’s cancelled. We are just trying to find a place to take him. Just his 2 sisters and me and him of course. Just SOMETHING that’s still open!!

This location is smaller than others weve attended. Kids still had fun which is what matters.

Would have been a really fun place but the employees were all hateful and unwilling to help the two small children we brought with us and honestly I didnt want to piss them off anymore than they all seemed to be by asking if I could just go help them oit of the foam pit so instead asked another child to help them instead. Maybe hire people with, you know, personalities to work at a place where kids come to play!

Understanding that there are inherent dangers to any such activity, we often take our teenager to Sky Zone because she loves the trampolines. The staff is friendly and helpful and theres always someone on watch in case there is an accident. They have concessions and they do serve pizza and other foods in case parents want to stick around for a while to watch their children jump. You do need to purchase special socks or bring the ones you purchased during a previous visit in order to enter the floor. There is plenty of seating for parties.

Came here for a birthday party. Kids had fun. Were worn out from jumping for an hour. Building was neat and clean. It was a little warm inside especially for jumping active kids playing.

The teenagers that work there have attitude and don’t want to be there. The customer service from them has gone down. We have been loyal customers but now not so sure. I do not come to an establishment to get dirty looks from a high schooler. May have to retrain some of the teenage workers.

I bring my son here quite often. We love it. He jumps and I study. No complaints.

Pretty good. Their birthdays are overpriced, especially for what you get. We always do ours at Fun Zone (which is expensive, but you get taken care of), but went to a bday there and it was bare minimum.... Like no decoration for the room, ran out of plates, not enough ice cream, and you shared the place with every other kid in town. BUT their new deal for the year is worth it. It WAS like 30 bucks for an hour which can add up quick, along with food and drink. However, my kid loves it and wears herself out every time.

I would love to rate this place at five, but I cannot. It is very very expensive hourly in comparison to other jump parks. Also my party spent $150 on two hours of jumping and we spent $25 at the concession, I asked for a glass of ice because my daughter was overheated, and the young man behind the concession stand said that if I wanted a cup of ice I would need to make another purchase. I just couldn’t believe that and asked for a manager, I asked them to please give me a glass of ice, and that manager had to ask a higher up manager, it should not take three people to give a customer a cup of ice. It’s bad business and customer relations for sure. I wonder what they would do if someone truly was in danger of over heating? Pull out your wallet first lol.

My kids love this place!!! BUT... They got bedbugs there... I called and spoke to the manager but he had nothing to say. No apology. No offer for a refund. Nothing. And its WAY overpriced. We spent over $100 for 4 kids to jump for an hour and a half.

Took 11 people there for my daughters birthday...the moment we walked in the service was bad. I personally called out all 11 peoples names and all had waivers done we got our stickers to jump noticed that 2 were missing had to pay again for the ones missing and they wouldnt reset our time to jump when it was there fault that two were missing. Then the staff was rude because I was jumping with my one year old and they told me he had to stay in the toddler section for safety which I get that but when I went over there with him and started to jump barely jumping they told me I couldnt be in there which makes no sense so what I was supposed to leave my 1 year old by himself in his area while I jumped in mine...they should have told me all of this before I paid for himand myself to jump when the girl asked me how old he was when I was paying. The manager was rude, the staff was rude...I spent 175 dollars there in one day you would think they be a little nicer. Manager said well what if he got hurt jumping with you instead of his area...I said well isnt that why we sign a waiver so if anyone gets hurt it isnt on you...jump at your own risk type thing...

I googled Sky Zone Jackson TN coupons and was thankful to find some especially since there were 6 of us and this place is expensive. They DO NOT honor them and claim they are a scam. You would expect management to add that to their website to save confusion. Not very professional.

Fun for kids but I really think there should be more employees monitoring all the activities. Also the foam blocks that you jump into could really use a strap ladder to help kids or adults out that maybe jumped in a spot were the blocks had shifted some. It took me several minutes to get out, Im 52, the strap was to date for me to reach and the blocks were all away from my feet, I had to stack enough blocks back near the entrance to finally get high enough to get out, the employee acted like he could care less that I was about to panic because I couldnt get out, didnt help that others continued to jump near me and continue to push blocks further from the edge. Fun for kids, not for me. *** I think its pretty expensive, we travel all over and visit all sorts of places so Im not unaccustomed to paying zoo, aquarium, museum, amusement prices, etc but the family of 3 with us that had also never been there had to by the special socks and for 90 minutes of trampoline time it was almost $80. I used a Groupon and the 2 of us had to buy the socks also and pay for the extra 30 minutes of trampoline time so ours was around $25.

I had my daughters 12th birthday party here. They had a blast and Sathina Gaskin was a very good host. Shes amazing and SkyZone is amazing!!

Birthday party for my daughter was well tended. The staff was personable and kept everything on track time-wise.

Good times with my buddies here. Nice foam pit to practice flips on friendly nice staff and ya my experience was really good would come again if I didnt live so far away! That is all said from only spending an hour of time here.

They purposefully have the watercoolers set on warm water so you buy the drinks. Thats AWFUL!!!!

Nice place for kids to hang out and play. Prices are a bit expensive, but there is generally police security. The glow party is great for the kids.

First off it was soooo hot in there even before for we started jumping ... they had little to no concessions available... the ladys that helped us check in were awesome! The pizza was cold..I know they outsource for it, but still no warmer?? Lastly the actual party hosts look like they had some where else to be... no smiling... playing with their nails and just a hurry up and leave expression on their faces... I wouldnt have even wrote this review if they showed a little excitement for their job....

I have brought my child here several times over the years and he loves to come. He loves to play dodgeball. The problem is that some of the referees do not do a very good job!!!! The kids are not supposed to aim at other kids heads. That is dangerous but the last time we went, they just allowed my child to be hiy in the head by bigger kids. They have 2 dodgeball courts and use one for volleyball which hardly gets used. They need to use one dodgeball court for big teenagers and adults and one dodgeball court for younger players. If you say something to the manager about your problem, he just says maybe you child should find another activity rather than solving your problem.

The place was fun, & very clean! The staff was very thorough about safety & rules and nice.. Our ONLY complaint-was one particular young staffer that was constantly nagging us & our children about the rules. Constantly. And there was hardly anyone there but us! We were staying on to our children about the rules, but then he would talk over us, then yell at us every 2 minutes.. It was a little much to enjoy the overall experience..

The staff does a poor job enforcing the rules. I saw a big kid torpedo a 4 year old in the head on the dodgeball court. Someone is going to get seriously hurt, but good luck holding them accountable with that ridiculous arbitration clause they make you sign.

Its fun but its pretty expensive! And the charge the same price for everyone my 1 1/2 year old child shouldnt be $25 to jump it should have been way less we mostly held him
