Wow. I love love love this place. My girlfriend and I wanted to find some toys but always felt uncomfortable buying in a store vs. Online. But we never were happy with online purchases. So we decided to venture in and couldnt have been more comfortable and happy. The employee made us feel at easy and was very helpful with suggestions. I highly recommend!!

Owner is arrogant and completely dismissive when talking to anyone. I don’t understand how a company can treat customers in such a way. I called to ask a few questions and was attacked.

Heard and saw several reviews about how terrible the service is here but I figured, surly not that bad. WRONG!!!! The young “lady “ that attacked me when I walked in the door about my mask is one of the rudest people I’ve ever seen in any business. I have asthma and it’s tough for me to wear a mask but I brought one in anyway and I put it on and she still paraded me so when I said something back to her she asked me to leave the store Guess she’s your typical Sheeple that doesn’t realize the mask he was wearing doesn’t do a damn thing for her Yes that’s neither here nor there but I can’t say one thing. I will never ever set foot in the place again, don’t give a rip if they’re giving stuff away how they’re still in business is a mystery to me

Used to go in there for mags and dvds but now i gottheinternet and dont need that no more Mylady likes for me to run by there to pick up things to spice it up in the bedrooom if you know waht I mean. Durign this virus thing theyll bring the toys and lube out to you curbside and no contact or nothing. Just pull up and get it and they bring it to you just like that. And your lady will be glad you did to. I love this place

If you want to shop, in a very undesirable location, that caters to undesirables, this is the place for you. The manager and the help, will treat you like a nothing. While crack and meth heads, enter and exit, the building with nervous energy. Be careful people! Spend your privacy with someone else.

Came here on a whim with a girlfriend one night. Come by Romantic Adventures and spice up your sex drive! Many different types of toys and lubes. The store is very clean and has a ton of products. The sales associate was very helpful and professional.

I was not happy when I got there for one you don’t know what is gonna be actually in the store as the cashier stopped me in the middle of a Question and told me everything the timeline is not sold in the store I was looking at Chastity cages the metal type which they have quite a few online and a lot under 100 dollars in the store there was none the one like the one I seen online was 62 dollars the one that was similar to it and it was 200 dollars in fact all three metal ones were over 150 and the Cashier watch me walk around that store three times and never said a word to Me three woman came in shortly after I did And he was suggesting this and suggesting that and joking with them as soon as they left he went right back to being an &@!!)?! If the prices were bad enough he pretty Made sure there will be no way I will be back Get somebody behind the counter depth that change your base and start listing the things that are in the store online

Romantic Adventures has a great selection of products. Even more important than the merchandise itself, they have a staff of people who give you caring and competent advice to help with your selection and how to use what you purchase for maximum enjoyment. I highly recommend them.

I can only address my correspondence with the owner, as I havent set foot in the store for many years. I connected with her through social media, to ask for a podcast interview. She agreed to do it, without, apparently, doing due diligence, to learn more about who I am and what I do. Two clicks would have shown her numerous examples of the fact that I do true crime shows and comedy shows. We conducted our phone interview for the podcast. In the edit, I discarded some material that was repetitious, and some extended wheezing laughter I thought might be embarrassing to her. Otherwise, no doctoring.Days after release of the podcast, I sent the owner of Romantic Adventures a link to the show, expecting her to be pleased with the way I represented her store. (Again, she had not even sought out the show for review on her own.) She was displeased, and asked me to take the show down. I, of course, am not in a position to simply take down or re-edit my show. I wouldnt expect her to shut down her store and reorganize it for a few days, because I took issue with it.Vengefully, the owner of Romantic Adventures gave me a negative rating on iTunes, and lied about the way I conducted and edited the interview. She went so far as to claim that I changed the questions in post, in order to misrepresent her statements. I would never do such a thing.I would be happy to release a complete, unedited version of our phone call, if the Romantic Adventures owner would like to take the issue any further. In the meantime, heres my review:Not a nice person, with whom to do business.

No selection and way over priced, sells cheap products for outrageous prices. Missing all basics. Seriously the worst store I have ever been to and I travel all across America. I came in for shoes (which for a pair that at most cost $45 dollars everywhere else they sell for $90) as I looked around at the toys they are selling cheap brands for double the price. If you are willing to spend that money on toys buy the better brand for the same price, I recommend buying online seeing as there are no stores around the area, get your moneys worth.

This my rate if you buy product they dont give refund and they wont help you send product to fix .basically you have contact manufacturers to get problem fix it takes for ever and the manger ashelly is very rude and doesnt need work with customers. They rip you off their website says 100% satisfaction not true people .get products through companies that not as high and no guarantee it works and if high like my was no refunds are exchanges sorry business place and never do business here again.you are supposed to want business and satisfied customer but employees and manger their got nasty attitudes .

The boy girl or whatever he or she will at the counter is very rude had an attitude when you talk to them products do not work and there is no way you can exchange or refund any product and they do not try to give a discount when it is a bad product
