The regal has great movie and snack prices and overall that is my favorite movie theater of all and I have been to alot of movie theaters

Staff were very friendly and efficient. The toilets were very clean. The cookie dough was a bit too sweet but overall satisfying.

Great experience and great theater. Very comfortable and great sound. Although the price is crazy. In my hometown Corning NY at Crystal Cinemas its 10 dollars for two adults while at Regal it is 24 dollars and that was with a veterans discount that Crystal Cinemas also does. Had a wonderful experience otherwisr. I would recommend for sure.

Love this mall. We went to the movies and loved the reclining chairs! Nice comfortable temperatures inside the theater. The mall outside the theaters is always exciting and something new

Good place. However you have to stand in line for a long time to get tickets from the concession stand now. I hey the business reason, but literally can take close to 15 min sometimes.

For a small town this is the best movie theater you can find here. Standard and 3d are available with NY price. Popcorn soda, hot dog and some others cold drinks available. Seats are good but tide spot for a big guys.

Just went to see Star Wars. I cant believe we just had to sit through 29minutes - thats right, 29! - before the movie itself started. I dont need nearly half an hour of previews AND ADS right before a 142min film! Though we enjoyed the movie, this was a really bad start to our night.

The children really enjoy their self they have game rooms did you can pretend to be a driver its so big and you able to eat it as well it was a very very nice and Im hoping to go back there soon with my family

So lets see here, 30 mins after the start time advertised the movie actually started. Not impressed at all. Chairs; most theaters have upgraded to a full, comfortable, reclining chair. For a newer theater, I would have expected better. I did not expect to sit in the same chairs i did when i was there in highschool(20 years ago) Staff was very professional and courteous, we will say that coupled with the large amount of seating and cleanliness, it saved the review of this theater. I would suggest dropping some of the advertising and start the movie at the time advertised.

Never any lines and good theaters. Feels a little eerie by how oddly large and empty the space and mall itself can be, but I think it’s part of the vibe.

We have been coming here a long time, I am not sure if the managment has changed but things are awful at the Ithaca Regal. First you have to stand in line at the concession stand just for tickets, then woarse then anything you have to pre pick your seats, this will make us for sure stop coming here, we like to sit and enjoy the movie without someone sitting in the seat next to you. The restrooms were disgusting they have never been like that in the past.The staff are always very friendly and helpful.

Basically this is the only true movie theater in Ithaca. Not too expensive, clean, and comfortable.

I go to the movies at least twice a month... The Regal at the Ithaca mall is a stellar example of a what a Regal cinema should be. Staff is very courteous and friendly. Theaters and bathrooms are very clean and maintain well.

It was an AMAZING experience! awesome sound quality and optimal temperature for the best time.

I watched the film, Unplanned at the Regal Cinema Ithaca during a special preview for this movie. Every seat was filled! I was grateful that this theater was chosen for this viewing. The seats were comfortable, the restrooms were clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. What a great experience!

I love our local theater. Customer service is always great, the food is always on point, seating is pretty comfortable, and the bathrooms always seem to be pretty clean. What more can you ask outta a theater.

Only giving a three because the seats could use some updating. Theaters now have reclining backs and foot rests. There isn’t a single theater in Ithaca that is truly up to date. I feel like regal could become the first. Besides that friendly staff, up to date movies, pretty clean for a public area and better then sitting at a home alone

Just watched the premiere of Endgame with house full crowds and the staff managed it really well. The halls are pretty clean. The sound is great too and my overall experience was better than satisfactory!

Lucky we had admission tickets as a gift, because the snack bar......30 dollars for two small popcorn and two small drinks. 30 bucks.

Its a nice place, larger than you would expect inside a mall. The seats do not recline, so if thats a deal breaker for you look elsewhere. Very clean and aesthetically pleasing.

Regal cinemas is great but it’s SUPER expensive. It has all the mainstream movies you could want but each ticket is usually about $13. The food is also just crazy expensive but that can prob be expected for movie theaters like this. The staff is friendly and chill. It’s fun to go with your friends on weekdays at night when no one else is watching movies because then you get the whole theatre to yourself!!

Had a great time at the movies. It wasnt a packed theater and we really enjoyed it.

Prices are way too high for manatee movies because we took our kids for a 2:15 p.m. showing of Wonder Park and it was like $10.50 for my 3 year old!!! Then the kids snack box didnt allow refills of the drinks or the popcorn. A worker walked by twice to check the exist, I suppose, during the movie walking in front of all of us; that was weird. Overall, it was just okay.

Fantastic theater in wonderful for viewing movies. The cleanliness is perfect. The choice and selection of foods and price of concessions is outrageous

Movie theaters are nice, sound is great and seats are ok. Would be better if they offered reclining seats. Bathrooms are absolutely disgusting (Mens room smelled of urine)! Our last visit, a group of four people decided to bring in a small dog and decided it would be ok to have it in their lap the whole time. (This was not a service dog!) They proceeded to feed and water the dog as well. Me being a dog owner myself (Great Pyrenees) I will surely make it a point to bring mine in with me next time, joking of course! My concern was, people who are allergic and what wouldve happened if the dog had bitten someone. Would the victim threaten to sue the venue and pet owner? This day and age who knows? Moving on to pricing. A family of four to see a movie was around $70. Thats purchasing gift cards from BJs for Regal Cinemas before hand. Otherwise full price wouldve been closer to $100... really! Its a wonder why I dont take my family to the movies more often. Large soda and popcorn were $16.50, just let that sink in.

Love going here with my friend or kids to see a movie before or after some shopping! The staff is nice and its clean. Over all great!

It was very clean and the staff were friendly. Only negative were the seats. Theyre not that comfortable, unless youre pressing your legs against the back of the chair in front of you to keep partially reclined. Get the recliners that they have in Buffalo!

Im very dissatisfied with the fact that ive been trying to get ahold of SOMEONE at this place for over an hour because my boyfriend lost his wallet in one of the theaters last night. Id give them a 5 star rating, but the AMC Theater in Vestal NY is WAY better than this one, and cheaper too. You get a -20 in making me happy

The theater is always clean! Great Audio, Great seating, all around a great experience! It does not have the individual recliners, but the seats are clean comfy and spacious. Its a relatively newly renovated theater, upscale, and pleasant to see a movie at! They have great concessions, you can get Starbucks tea and coffee, and all the normal stuff. They also have a good selection of hot concession items. Excellent theater for the area!

The theater was clean movie screen and sound were great, with that being said it was freezing in there.

Even though they were not busy at all the concession stand was very SLOW. They need to take lessons from Regal Horseheads who has three times the business in half the space. They are not pleasant either when you have to ask for butter all the way through your large popcorn not just on the top. Ticket takers were pleasant. Movie was great, How to Train Your Dragon 3, miss the recliners in Horseheads.

Nice theater. Not exceptional in any particular way. They play mainstream big box movies and sell mainstream food at typically high movie theater prices. Its nice and clean there as well.

Very good theater. Most of the screens feel large though some of secondary screens start to get a little small. Ticket prices aren’t terrible but concessions stand prices will drain your wallet.

Its part of the large chain of movie theaters. They show all the mega-movies. It has all the typical amenities. The R rated movie policy is adhered to strictly. They pull kids out all the time if there is no adult with them throughout the movie!

I went to see a movie a few days ago and there wasnt anybody there go give me my ticket and everything is SOOOO expensive. It is a waste of money because everything you can find on the internet at one time or another, but it is fun to go with your friends.

This is basically the only cinema in Ithaca worth going to. The theatres are large and have good acoustics, and there is plenty of leg room. I find the chairs are a little awkward. The seats are cushy but point down unless you push the chair back into a more reclined position with your legs. If you have no legs youd probably slide off the seat and land on the sticky floor.

Definetly liked the seats that recline back and the doorman mike was very nice and polite always has a smile on his face u rarely see somebody who genuinely enjoys their job and u can definetly tell he does great experience there!

Not my favorite Regal. Its a bit run down with old seating and I got used to reclining seats in HAWAIIS theaters. So, its a bit dirty & dated after looking the same after over a decade away. Seats are well worn with springs? & old fabric. Concessions average. Price is average.

The theaters are all of high quality and have stadium seating. Sound is good and picture quality is what you’d expect. I’ve been here countless times and never had any significant issues.

I enjoy going here more than most Regals Ive been in in the past. It tends to be clean, the staff is friendly and the ticket prices arent too bad. I can only remember seeing one technical glitch, but it was during the previews so I didnt really care that much. Overall, I like this Regal more than most.

Awesome movie but the 2nd preview they played so loud it gave me a severe headache for 2 days. Someone needs to teach them how to use the equipment properly.

Its clean...which is all I can really say in the positive column for this theater. Everything else they get wrong, and this is a perspective of someone whos been the operations manager at a movie theater.If you can buy a ticket online and bypass having to deal with their slow, inept workers and malfunctioning ticket kiosks, by all means do so. I also know that movie theaters make most of their profit on concessions, but Id also recommend buying candy and drinks at Target and smuggling them in. Again, to avoid the painfully slow concessions lines.Quality control on theater lighting and audio is bordering on inept. If you are a person who values your theater experience, especially at the ever increasing ticket prices, you will be disappointed.
