Went here to check out the historical Ivy League Schoellkopf Field. I never went to an actually game as I was only visiting Ithaca for hiking purposes, but had to check out the field and the turf is amazing looking. Very pristine field and old looking structures of the stadium itself. Almost reminded my of when I visited Harvard’s football stadium out in Boston, Massachusetts. Kind of like a coliseum vibe in the Roman times. In one of the images of you look far out to the left you can actually see Ithaca College on the opposite hillside of Ithaca. Very interesting town, and closely compacted. Artistic vibe and a true college town vibe. Overall, cool college football stadium.

Nice big parking lot, good for tailgating. Great venue to see varsity sports with a view of the surrounding landscape. Ampitheatre still stadium. Concessions are open for official games and official events. Home of Big Red Football and Lacrosse.

Great spot for graduation, bring your umbrella! Prepare for the possibility of rain. If you can get a seat by wall, that helps with the rain you sit in the arch and get a little less wet. So arrive early and bring water because its in direct sunlight.

It has changed a lot since I was a student. But Im glad that the game is still mostly a social event. And the rivalry is mostly harmless smacktalk.

Beautiful piece of Cornell history! This sis the football field for all Cornell home games, but also the venue for graduation and commencement! The field is open to the public on a daily basis for working out, running stadiums and running the track around the field. Great place to get a tough outdoor workout amidst beautiful architecture and school spirit! If you are coming for a game, be prepared : it is busy, and the restrooms are located in different buildings further away. There are restrooms in the stadium but they are not always open or accessible. Great place for pictures too !

The stomping ground of The Big Red football team is definitely dated but clean and open and bright. The place is steeped in history and Big Red pride. A nice way to introduce your kids to college football.

First Class Camp, First Class Coaches. Ian had a great time and had some absolutely fabulous coaching today. The coaches wear their hearts on their sleeves and it shows. Thanks Cornell for a wonderful experience it was a lot of fun for us parents to watch.

Went to watch Ithaca versus Utica College in ECAC BOWL GAME. The facilities were not shoveled and the steps were icy with no salt. One student fell and countless others slipped. Very disappointed for a Division 1 stadium. I will not go back. Shame on Cornell University. Proves MONEY cant by class.

I only came here for graduation. We sat in the stadium and melted in the hot Ithaca sun! It was all worth it to hear James Franco speak. I wish the speakers were louder and that the screens were bigger!
