Michaels was in Covid Christmas mode on our late November visit. All entry, exit and checkout was covid safe. The aisles are unchanged from pre covid. It is up to you to distance from other shoppers. The volume of business makes that easy if you pay attention. The shelves were mostly well stocked with few empty shelves. We didnt find the color yarn we wanted, but did find fun Christmas gifts.

Went in this evening to purchase an 8x8 letter board that was showing as in stock online. My husband went to the checkout to ask the associate working closing shift if she could help us find it.She dismissed him and said she didn’t know where it was. She wasn’t willing to look the item up in her system, ask another associate, call her manager, or see if it was available at another store. She was extremely unhelpful and unwilling to even try. It seemed like all she wanted to do was sit behind the counter and play on her phone, which is really sad considering the amount of people unemployed currently due to the pandemic who would do anything to have her position.Thankfully, the associates in the framing department were a lot more helpful. They looked in the back but we’re still unable to find it. They told us that the store was undergoing some layout changes and that the manager apparently didn’t care about organization so random merchandise had just been dumped in large boxes in the back. They told us that ordering the letter board online (for in store pickup) would be the only way to get the item, as it would force the store associates and manager to actually spend the time looking for it.So that’s what we did. We’re hoping for some luck I. The morning, and that someone working there is willing to find the item.

Favorite place for our kids.Best part, the experience. Experience that comes with a price tag thats way better than Amazon. Its a myth, Amazon has best prices. Its convenient to buy on Amazon but its an experience when I take my kids to Michaels and see those happy faces, perhaps the sense of creating endless things

Super cool everyone is nice there easy to find stuff all of the aisles are marked the website is great the employees there are very pretty and very nice really good customer service they have lots and lots of supplies for many many things you could to be doing luv Michaels sometimes its pricey and I can go on Amazon but honestly if you need to get something in a hurry or you need something cute and unique that you couldnt really find anywhere else its a really good place to get that also for a variety of many products and items to fit most needs

I absolutely love Michaels! I’m from Cali and I’ve been shopping at this franchise for about 18 years and my mom had been shopping long before me. The pics below are wreaths etc that my sis and I have created for fam/friends. My family and I are into crafting and decorating, there is an array of ideas for specific holidays, I love the selection of water fountains and fairy villages but most of all my sis and I are able to collect all the supplies we need for our holiday wreaths, you will get lost in this store for sure!!

I find way too much fun in that place! Lol I just found it a little scattered and some things were hard to find.

Find wherever theyre currently keeping the bright yellow clearance 80% off items. There are always treasures to be found.

I never go into stores like this but I have a Jersey and a picture I need framed. So off to Michaels I went! Super simple. They gave me options, showed me what they would like, swiped my card, and I will he back in a couple weeks to get my stuff. Robert, the guy who works there, was amazing. Very friendly and efficient

Ive always hated the layout. Now theyve gone too far in theft prevention. The last time I was there they made me walk through a long, single checkout line just to get out even if I didnt find anything to buy. There should always be an exit in any store that one can just walk out freely without having to excuse themselves.

Because of the pandemic, shelves are empty and not much to choose from.

Great store, huge selection

There arent a lot of craft stores with such a good selection in the area so I was thrilled when a friend pointed this store out that I had driven past so many times but never noticed. I dont need supplies too often, but when I do they have a great selection and definitely a convenient location.

Dont trust them for filling your pick up order correctly.

Ill take Michaels any day over Hobby Lobby. Better customer service, higher quality items. Prices vary from $$ to $ but it just depends.

I am not a craft guy - but this store is amazing. I visited with the spouse having no intent that I would buy anything. I ended up coming out with a few unexpected gems.

Ill take Michaels any day over Joanns. Customer service isnt all that great. While I would like to purchase all my crafting supplies through local craft stores I find I often have to go online to stores that specialize in them to get what I need in bulk.

75% of my crafting supplies can be bought from here. Prices are higher than online alternatives but at least its available right there if youre in a rush. Sometimes its frustrating when sizes or options that you think would make sense to be carried are not available for materials. Also the lack of craft materials for newer projects like laser cutting are not available. Discount coupons are constantly available which makes the store worth visiting regularly. Staff is friendly!

Lots of ways to part me with my money here. They have pretty much whatever art or craft supply you might need. Decent prices, somethings always on sale. The coupons, if you can figure them out (I dont blame the coupons that I cant, Im a bad couponer) are sizeable. Staff are always friendly. Today the cashier called me gorgeous, so Im now a loyal customer. Doesnt take much.

Its a great place to get craft stuff. Prices are ok and they have Golden acrylic paint which made me happy. Also, they are close to PCC and you can get lots of stuff done in one stop.

Great selection of all types of crafts and they always have sales going on. Sign up with them to get additional savings. I do a lot of painting and buy canvases in bulk for relatively cheap. Also have a great selection of paints and brushes for beginners and experts. Ive found some pretty decent paint and brushes for cheap that were in the beginners section. So many other things to choose from. Great selection of organization baskets that seem decently priced. Unfortunately the floral (artificial) selection is pretty expensive, but I think thats the case at any craft shop you go to. I can easily spend a lot of time just roaming the store looking at all the neat crafts and decorations they have.

ITypical Michaels craft store.Lots of sale pricing, and a ton to look at.The cashier was friendly and direct.I had a little trouble finding what I was looking for and a salesperson went out of their way to help me find it. A nice cozy atmosphere to stroll and find alot of fun items.

Overpriced. You could buy a piece of rag for 10 dollars there. Or a bag of freaking stones you could pick off the ground for 5. But they have useful things too.

Always a madhouse with the narrowest aisles ever. Impossible to navigate quickly. Not really much here I couldnt get at the much more spacious hobby lobby down the street. Much more staff here to help you than HL, but usually too busy that they cant help anyway.

Michaels has many different arts, crafts and storage items always available. However, for the most part their beads, macrame and mosiac sections are relatively ordinary.

Horrible help no one there seems to know where anything is. Used to be nice place to go but Im always told no thats not price for that its this one a ft and a half away from item .just look at the UPC code. Im 60 my eyes dont read that small even w my glasss on. Everytime I get things to counter they say $$100-$200 Im like what I added it up its $60-70 but no its in wrong place or price is over there. Sharlitans they outright will rip u off or follow you around like your some sleezy shoplifter. At 60 to yrs of age I find it emensly rude.

Poor service by cashier. At first she was very nice, but I had an issue pulling up my coupon on my cell phone, and long story short, she got irritated. I guess I was taking too long.None of this was a big deal tho, until we were done. She gave me my receipt, and I said thank you!...she said....NOTHING. So I said...Youre welcome!!!I dont mind if people have a bad day, but you can still say Youre welcome when someone says thank you. RUDE.Unfortunately its not the first time at this store, but the 2nd. Its unfortunate as the Manager is always VERY nice there. Too bad.

Huge variety of creative craft and decorating materials for the entire family. Great selection of seasonal items and regular items, always can find what you want. Only gripe is that there cash registers are always really slow. Not the cashiers but their systems. Maybe its due to their huge selections?

Bring your half off coupon which you can find any day and enjoy the Rose and Rose of craft projects and Holiday stuff. They have nice people to help you find what you are looking for. Great for knick knacks and pattywhacks.

I went at one of the worst times of year for a craft store, Christmas time. I originally was on the hunt for hot-fix stones for my costume and was disappointed since the selection was extremely small. But instead did get beads I needed for gifts.

About what youd expect from a craft store, lots of moms and young kids, and everything smells like crafting and yarn. They have a lot of stuff, you could probably find just about any crafting item you need there, there might even be something there that inspires a new craft project.

Love the products, not a fan of the blatantly racist checker telling the customers in front of me to assimilate when they chose to speak to each other not in English. Time for some sensitivese training.
