I love that way they are taking the necessary precautions for this pandemic season. We felt safe and had a blast. Temp checks @ the door, family selfies instead on the highlighted stamp on your hands, sanitizer stations, social distanced tables and face mask requirements. Keep up the good work !

Hadnt been here in years, being a G-Ma Auntie brings out the kid in me. Great place to hang inside masked and wipes playing new versions of old games I played as a teen.

Yes safe thank you Chucky for being safe when we visit that day. My family was so happy even loving the photo pic to get in and get out the door safe for my book. Family had a great time. It was clean in there.

Here are some pros and cons I noticed after our families visit during COVID-19. I greatly appreciate the new temperature check and the new selfie check in process during the pandemic. Youre the first company that I know who cares enough to check someones temperature before entering the business. Some improvements I would recommend is having one or 2 employees cleaning ALL machines at ALL times. There were times some adults and kids forgot to put back on their mask after eating and went about having fun without sanitizing their hards or wearing a mask. Im a recent blood cancer survivor and it was very difficult for me to run around the store trying to sanitize each machine before my nieces/nephews had fun. I appreciate the sanitization stations but I think more improvements can be made. That day my bill was $220 feeding a family of 8. My food reminder didnt go off as it should have so my food sat cold for 15 minutes. I would think yall would have food warmers but yall dont. I think yall should call customers on the intercom when food is ready. Also, please keep napkins and parmesan cheeses available at the food pick up station. I had to walk to the food register for napkins then walk to the check in person for parmesan cheeses or red chili flakes. My nieces/nephews asked Where is Chuck E. Cheese? I had to lie and tell them Chuck E. Cheese got COVID-19 and hes in the hospital lol. It would be cool if Chuck E. Cheese could provide a message by flyer or by video on social distance and sanitization. One way Chuck E. Cheese can make a few dollars is my selling Chuck E. Cheese mask/bandanas for kids for $5 or Chuck E. Cheese mini sanitizers. For this marketing suggestion I would like 20% commission! Keep safe everyone and God Bless!!!George,

Service was, the food was good but on top of some games being closed there were a others that were supposed to be working but werent. Over all I think it was an ok time.

Love this place. You can easily spend an hour of good time.

Love this location! The managers here are awesome! Employees are so friendly and courteous. Awesome environment, place is very clean, food is good and service is fast. I drive 30 min just to come to this location. Definitely recommend!!!

Chuck E. Cheese was clean with all the right protocols in place for safe social distancing, you and your children can relax and have fun. They only received a 3 because there prices are astronomical to me.

Do not come here majority of the games are closed! And the baby games only 3 working! So walk around before you decide to spend your money! This was a waste of my time ..

Inside was clean and organized. Staff was overall ok. Several of them looked like it was a dread to work there but overall it was a decent experience for the kiddos.

All the tables that were not in use were still filled with trash. I waited almost 40 minutes for a pizza and kept asking when it would be ready they just kept saying its almost done. I finally just walked out and went to a place with faster service and was clean. I thought since it was remodeled I could take my kids to see it but we will continue to drive to the location in Arlington because it is alot better than this one.

Newly renovated with more sitting area and spacious thruout with lots of games.

My 2 year old was frightened of Chuck E Cheese but loved all the rides and arcades! We rode the carousel for about 2 hours. We went for a birthday party that has 2 hours unlimited games, Food, dip n dots ice cream, special cups for the kids and party favor bags in the birthday package.

My children love every Chuck E. Cheese that we go too lol. I appreciated the fact that the salad bar was well stocked, clean, and organized. Not to mention Chuck E. Cheese has some of the best pizza on this side of Earth!!!

I came here with my nieces and nephews, which vary from ages 10 month old to 12 to 18 and me of course. Pizza price kinda high for a normal pizza. Buy they do offer a buffet with salad options. And fyi also of alcoholic beverages. Games pretty fun and good crowd

I am not sure who runs this place, but their staff needs training. I manage associates as well and the associates here have a lack of urgency and does not care about the customers. We have been waiting for salad for over 30 mins. I asked the guy about it and he had an attitude. If you having a long day I get it, but be polite and professional. I am disappointed with this visit. I didn’t ask him with an attitude, but he got me on a good day. I’ll let it slide.

This has got to be one of the best Chuck E. Cheeses we have ever taken our kids to!! We arrived right when they opened (11 am on a Thursday), so it was nice to have the place to ourselves for a couple of hours. The manager on duty was one of the nicest people we met the entire duration of our trip (we were in from out of town). He went above and beyond to make sure everyone was happy and that the kids were having a good time.The bathrooms were impressively clean, and honestly, the whole place just had a generally clean feel to it. We didnt leave feeling as if one of the kids would definitely get sick after being in there.Another positive: the food was surprisingly good! We never go in to a Chuck E. Cheese expecting anything other than cheap, cafeteria quality food, at best. But their food was actually pretty good!Everyone had a great time!! I HIGHLY recommend this location!!!

This place is awesome! I took my daughter along with two of my nieces and eldest nephew here. All of them had a blast!

This place use to be cool I would actually have fun with my kid but now it’s like we are too busy trying to find a working game? Or a game with no sticky seats?? I understand it’s a kids area but things need to be wiped down! And fixed daily like it use to be??? Come on chucky let’s get your act together! My kid loves this place!! Or loved?!

Kids love it but if you dont have a reservation for party be prepared to wait 45min to over an hour to get pizza

Good foods.

The kids really enjoyed the birthday party, dancing with Chuck-E-Cheese they enjoyed the food and playing with the unlimited game cards But the machines were broken or not dispensing the tickets that the kids had won. Also, its rated 4 stars because the bathrooms were nasty and out of toilet paper

Its in the midst of a remodel and seems more open and airy than it had been. Gone is the ball pit and elevated stage for the aniamtronic characters. But it looks like they are trying to make it a more inviting setting. If you were a kid of the 80s and remember how the old Chuck E Cheese looked, this will be a shock!

The change made for childrens fun makes the place more fun. Now you as a father or mother can choose the point or time option. Wow!

I’m very impressed with the renovations! The games all work! The variety of games are awesome for any gamer!

Love the place I grew up with chuck e cheese and I love there pizza but sadly the animatronics are gone but the remodel of the place is nice I would love to go again with friends and play in the arcade

There is this girl her name is Ariel she an African American girl that is so rude! It was my daughters bday and she came up to use saying “there’s gonna be construction done y’all need to leave NOW!” Then I went up to the front asking for a straw that our birthday cup didn’t have she gave me hell and still didn’t give it to me!

Always love this place. For sure love the all you can play. Both where else lets you pick a time and play and earn tickets for prizes. This is my go to place for all my kids birthday outings or when they have a big day!

My little girl loves this place for the pizza, games, the big rat and I love that they have a salad bar.

The pizza is outstanding every time, and all of the games are in order and working when we go.

I was at a birthday party and the cake was ice cold to where the icing was crumbling and then then ice cream dots were brought out 25 minutes later. Im not even going. The expensive chicken wings had broken bones in almost all of them.

Ever since I was a child I came, now I have the blessing to see my little nephew enjoy the locale. I would like to suggest though for the food to be less oily if possible, but overall fun place for kids to come, near the entrance ramp of the freeway, seems pretty safe.

All things being considered, this is a pretty nice / clean Chuck E Cheese. The staff is good / friendly. It gets busy...but not crazy busy. Some machines have some malfunction issues...but definitely one of the nicer CEC locations I have been to.

A good place for primary aged children. Pizza was good.

During the week not busy at all, was able to play all the games with my kids. Also the staff was wonderful and the person who was on the floor did an amazing job helping when we had a problem! (Should of gotten his name because he just had a great attitude and worked hard!)

Standard. We only played games. Weve never been fans of the food. Ticket redemption is always a hassle. Only one person to redeem them and sell point cards and take food orders. Need more staff. Most of the games and rides worked.

Such a pretty store and staff is amazing.

This is the closest location so of course Ill take my son again, but our wings arrived after I read finished with my pizza and they were not well done like I asked. I go here during the day ots better less people but I also enjoy going in the evening with my family.They have an awesome Dinosaur game that I can literally sit at all night.

They charged me wrong and had to pay again for them to give me my food. The first charge of 77 dollars will not be on my account for lord knows how many days.The manager Kristen couldn’t just give me my money back in cash even it was their fault.Never coming back, it didn’t event felt like she was sorry for the mistake, no empathy, nothing!

My experience was good, my kids enjoyed themselves and also got alot of tickets. Only thing was Chuckie never came out. Other locations announce Chuckie every hour, not this place. Overall I would return to this place.

CHUCK E paid no mind to my daughter she gave him kisses reacted to nothing . Did not gather my family together. This place is great.. Both my kids (3 and 4 &1/2 years loved it. I was a kid myself hehe.All kids went wild after chuck threw a bunch of tickets up in the air.Will definitely come again.

I wish the young man who helped us today were wearing a name tag. He made our time there very special. It was mid day, shortly after opening on 5/24. We were there to celebrate my babys first birthday. Not a party, but family just bringing the kids for the first time. We have a special situation going on and he made my girls feel so special. Not busy during the day, great place to have fun!

On todays visit was great because of the smiling staff they have except the one person that check us in the young lady wearing black shirt was so darn dry is like she didnt want to be there nevertheless to help us. If she kept complaining that she wont be able to finish the salad. Hey young one shhhh a secret people can actually hear you. I come cause of my granddaughter but I think I need to start going some where else maybe round one at least is worth the drive.

Plenty of games that the kids enjoyed compared to other locations and overall a good experience.

My daughter loves it. Place is ok for family fun. Their speed of service takes some getting used to thou, since it seems to be nonexistent even during off hours.

We went to Chucks for my granddaughter birthday party 5yrs old. We had all our family and friends come. We bought pizza, drinks, salads which none of us received a receipt, and one of the pizzas was delivered was supposed to be cheese stuffed crust we got pepperoni stuffed crust and we did order one pepperoni stuffed crust but when the cheese one didnt come out my daughter went up to tell them about it, we had several orders for pizza and it was hard to tell what was what, they said they already gave us our pizza. But they made a mistake and they wanted the pizza we were already eating off of back and they were very rude about the whole thing plus the manager Dante came to our tables and continued to argue with my daughter in front of my friends and family. And to top it off their complaint line is a joke you cant get a hold of real person. I would give no stars if I could.

My son is autistic and goes just to see the animatronics. We walked in the door and saw that they got rid of them.

Went 1st thing on a Saturday morning. Hardly anyone there. My daughter had a great time and I didnt have to deal with a horde of screaming kids. Place was clean and service was good.

Nice location off 183 by Irving mall but is in a busy shopping center. Also, freshness of salad bar could have been fresher. Prices are overpriced. Other than that, wonderful experience!

Went for a birthday party on a Saturday evening. Place was crowded with many birthday parties. Nice cheesy pizza and wings. Lots of arcade games for kids.

This place is so much fun! They changed their tokens to time. You can now buy amounts of time that fit with your schedule. Its all you can play for 30 minutes or an hour or whatever. We have won tons of tickets!

Friendly cashier. We had to wait on our pizza for what seems like a long time. The food was hot and fresh.

The pizza was good and a reasonable price around $17 the extra large, they have a healty option for us wich is endless salad bar for arround $9. As a coffee lover I have to say the coffee here was terrible and way too expensive.

We just had our sons birthday party and it was a great experience! DeShawn was such an amazing host and we appreciate him being there! He was very attentive and made sure everything went well!! If you are hosting a party I highly recommend you ask for DeShawn!

Always fun but most games dont work and takes forever to get your food

I really like a place where my son can play all the games with one card and not need a speciality card for certian games. They have done some remodeling sense our last visit and the place looks nice. The new open layout makes it easy to keep an eye on my kiddo. The restrooms were clean and didnt smell bad. Also the adult and child number match before you can leave is brilliant, we use it at church as well. All and all I was quite impressed. I hope this review helps!

I hear it gets crowded on the weekends. So we try to go on a weekday. My son loves it. Pizza may cost more than a regular pizza place, but it’s good. I don’t mind buying it. Nice friendly staff.
