I cannot say enough good things about this resort and the staff. It was our daughters birthday and they went out of their way to make her feel special - a birthday treat was waiting for us in the room, plus a plush horse toy and special sheets just for her. She was so happy! Our room looked over the family pool and had the most amazing sunset views. The other pool got a little crowded for us and we liked the large family pool better. We ordered room service several times which was all fantastic, and their main restaurant downstairs was amazing as well.
Strictly for the amazing service! Four seasons never fails on great service. Not the prettiest most well done place. But its worth the visit. Maybe after covid they will update the furniture? But for sure its worth it to stay there. Bathroom and products are great as well. Nice atmosphere at the hotel
I accidentally booked a suite instead of a regular room and it did not disappoint. The customer service was top of the line. We came during a golf tournament and had an excellent view of the whole thing without them waking us up early. It was beautiful and I felt like I was on a resort the whole time. The food from The Law was excellent, we had the steak and avocado salad. Amazing! I’ll definitely be accidentally booking again here.
Its beautiful! Golf course was in great shape, customer service is amazing. Room service was off, which is the only reason I gave 4 stars. When you order room service, it should be perfect. They missed the mark on this. Didnt bring one meal, got another wrong, brought a juice with a broken seal. But they were quick to make up for it. Just meant we were eating very late! Overall a great experience!
Great location. Comfortable rooms. Good food. The golf course was tough but really fun to play where the pros play
Comfortable beds, decent views throughout, friendly staff and the fireplace filled patio- such a great resort. Id like to say 4.5 stars because the lilies in the lobby were beautiful, but so horrible for out of towners with allergies. Not being local to the area, I had an allergy attack. The hotel is normally full of folks from all over the world, Im sure this affected others outside of our event. Still a beautiful resort.
Positive: Always fantastic
A great Four Seasons Resort in Irving with a spectacular golf course. The property is a bit older compared to other Four Seasons, but it is still fine and well kept. The service was perfect and the area very pleasant. The room I got was a corner room facing the golf course and the pool and was very spacious. The decor was appropriate and the amenities just as it should for a Four Seasons. There is large enough exterior sitting area/patio by the Outlaw bar and on a pleasant evening its perfect to hang out.
While not the newest of properties, the Four Seasons continues to offer great amenities (at a price). I would definitely stay here again, if only for the tennis.
We have a wonderful time at the pool and Law. Highly recommend this locations for a short staycation here during Covid. We felt safe and thought the staff did a good job with sanitizing everything. We booked a Cabana for our second full day. Because of a booking issue we were pushed from our reservation upon arriving at the pool. Grace the pool manager and Lorne one of the general managers went out of their way to make our day special due to this problem. I highly recommend working with their of these staff members. I had a massage by Desiree, she is very good and the spa is quite nice.We think for the price of our stay, the rooms should be nicer/updated. We stayed in a west Villa. Leaving a four star instead of 5 because of room quality.Definitely come for golf and the pool! The staff is excellent and will make sure you enjoy your stay to the fullest.
This was an amazing resort, however I dont normally stay at this class of hotel so it was a real treat. The service throughout the hotel was very friendly. The grounds were well maintained. The outdoor seating and walk through the villas was nice. The room was incredibly spacious. The bathroom was a great set up. The deck chairs was a nice added touch.
The hotel staff is amazing! I felt like a real king during my stay. The golf course is in immaculate shape! Bring back the Byron!!! Food is exquisite! Cant wait to return!
This place is super fancy. Like you need to own several estates type of fancy. The outlaw bar was nice, they HAVE A LAZY RIVER! They also have several ballrooms for events like ours tonight supporting a 100+ person wedding easily. 200 would be cutting it too close. But the service, the valet, the ambiance were perfect for this wedding. 10/10 would recommend if you have the budget.
Beautiful full service Golf and Spa Resort. Food excellent. Very nice meeting rooms. Excellent staff service.
Had a wonderful late lunch. The setting is beautiful and the wait staff were impeccable. There were 4 small children in our group of 13, and they were brought crayons with an activity page to do and/or color, depending on their age. The children were treated with the same gracious manner as the adults. The tables are placed so there is privacy and quiet to enjoy your meal and companions. I highly recommend this fabulous resort for dining.
Stayed here with my husband for 5 days. The concierge is so thoughtful and caring! We were on a business trip and our anniversary happened to fall on a day we were there.I asked to have our song playing when we got to our room (the sound system there was amazing ) and even went to procure a few things as gifts and had them in our room. He was so awesome and even had a bottle of champagne in an ice bucket stand and two glasses (we got to keep these!)The entire hotel and club are always clean and staff is as friendly as can be and super accommodating. Its so amazing to be able to get a massage while my husband catches a round of golf in our down time.Great location! So much close by! They truly made our entire stay so comfortable and pleasant. We moved away from the area 3 years ago and its always nice to visit and be home for a while Will always return!
The place is fantastic! Treat yourself, go stay there. Visit beautiful Las Colinas. Golf, golf and golf. Enjoy a massage, relax at the pool. Do it all!
I have stayed at many resorts and I have to say The Four Seasons exceeded my expectations! Recently I had 2 mini staycations in DFW and the Four Seasons our the last resort to shame. I told my husband this is our new spot when we need a quick getaway. Also, they are doing everything to keep everyone save during Covid-19. Communication was amazing, spa.. Amazing, pool... Amazing! I just love this resort!
Beautiful property. Excellent service. Exactly what you would expect from a Four Seasons property.
Wow. This place is amazing. Customer service, food & facility is top notch for families & couples.
One of the true (5) star resorts & hotels not just on Google reviews but a real (5) star hotel for the ultimate in Full service accommodations with on site professional spa services, hair salon for men & women and onsite bell boys as well as concierge. Valet parking & pool with on-site fitness facilities & tennis courts with a PGA golf course. This is the ultimate in Corporate experience for the C Level Experience a professional businessman or woman should be treated with.
Amazing service and they are taking every precaution to fight off COVID-19 in their facilities. Every staff member we encountered was wonderful and very inviting to my family. I look forward to staying here again.
Great staff, amenities and service. Love staying here
We celebrated our company Christmas Party in June at this resort. I would give 10 Stars if that was an option! The service was beyond amazing everyone made us feel so very special. And a special shout out to Ana, she took such good care of us while we were poolside all day! The spa, the food, the beauty of the resort .... all of it! We had a perfect weekend! We have decided to make this an annual event, see you next June!!!Thank you so much!Paladini Financial Management Team
Very clean. Excellent customer service in the outside bar area.
Superb service from everyone !!!! I went to the spa and I had the best manicure !!!! It was perfect!! The massage was the best I’ve ever had. Words can not describe this place! I highly recommend it!! Definitely going back
Great property. Room was very well appointed and definitely what you would expect from FS. Restaurant was great for dinner and breakfast.
After a conference, my vehicle would not start so I went in to the concierge desk. The two ladies that helped me made a few quick phone calls and got someone out there to help me jump my vehicle. I appreciated the quick service.
I very much enjoyed the Four Seasons on my recent trip to the DFW area. The staff were kind and attentive, room was spacious and comfortable and the tennis facilities were great.
Had a wonderful experience at the hotel for a conference recently. The holiday decorations were excellent and the lounge seating areas by the pool were the perfect place to relax and have a glass of wine. Food provided for the conference was excellent. Rooms were nice, very clean, and staff was very attentive. Would definitely stay here again.
Wonderful hotel, great staff. Rooms are warm and inviting.Great location, workout center fits all of your needs. Lunch Buffet was fantastic. Great views from Villa rooms.
Just plain and simple amazing service!!! Every time.
I only visited a friend who was staying here but I was treated as a guest. Everything was immaculate!
This amazing car show comes every year you guys need to check it out its five stars Plus right here in the hall in Las Colinas
Beautiful grounds and service. Enjoyed the outdoor patio with fireplace and attended an event in the pavilion and it also was beautifully decorated. The room has a nice patio and a very comfortable bed. Definitely would return.
The Four Seasons in Irvine us a great resort and spa. It also has a golf course. The rooms are large, spacious and well appointed.
We absolutely love this hotel and couldnt recommend it enough. Great for kids! They have an excellent kids club for all ages (under 5 requires a childcare fee), provided special toiletries and bathrobes for our children, and even sent us popcorn and cookies to decorate to our room. They have two pools, a gorgeous golf course and a recently renovated, state-of-the-art sports facility. Room service is excellent but the bar food was only so-so. I recommend dining out or eating in the hours LAW is open.
Beautiful hotel between DFW airport and downtown Dallas. Very nice rooms, meeting space, and attentive staff. Gorgeous 18-hole golf course. Not a lot in the area to walk to.
Clean! Nothing is more important to me than a clean hotel room. The staff made a point to remember me during my stay and address me by name. The staff went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. The Christmas decorations were simple yet elegant and not too much. I loved the espresso machine and electric kettle in my room making it easier to follow my normal daily and nightly routines. There was an error on my reservation and they made sure to fix it. And I was able to get a late check out.
What an incredible experience. The manager, Lily Donovan greeted us when we checked in and she was so friendly, professional, and informative. She made us feel like VIPs. She made sure the address and accommodate all our needs. Meagan-food service manager and Samir were also very helpful and accommodating for my special dietary needs. Everyone at the hotel went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. The rooms were beautiful. The exercise facility was world class. The food at the events were extraordinary. This has been the best luxury hotel I have ever experienced. Well done and I highly recommend this hotel!!!!!
Thanksgiving dinner at Law, First let me share that the non holiday items on the Thanksgiving Buffet were great, and the Ham was nice. Best of all the wait staff and support staff were sharp, kind, and went the extra mile to make sure our time with them equalled the experience we were being charged for. The reason for the 3 star rating is as follows: The dinning area was a conference room with round tables with a white table cloth and a strip of burlap as a runner, decorated with a grocery store quality five inch potted fall mum about six inches tall and lastly one small holiday squash and small pumpkin. Honestly I have not seen such a cheesy table setting since my sons 3rd grade awards ceremony. The music was louder then background and was heavy on the base. The music was not holiday or classical in nature but popular pop and light rock tunes that were definitely reserved for a corporate luncheon or such. Turkey was dry, and all three stuffing selections were flavorless the gravys were lumpy and cold. The holiday vegetables were poorly executed and lacked any district flavor. The buffet set up and presentation was less impressive then a Carnival cruise buffet or even the last Golden Coral experience I had. The desert room was equally lacking in pomp and circumstance although; many of the treats were tasty and fresh. I did not feel comfortable taking photos of the hall with other guests in the shots. I did take photos of the foods we enjoyed for the most part. The turkey and stuffing were not part of the likes but were part of a plate. Again let me stress that the wait and support staff were great. We made sure to add an additional 50.00 dollars to out check even after the 18% on a tab totalling 358.00 before tax or tips for 3 adults.
You can tell its a neat layout. Came at a bad time of the year. All the Bermuda was yellow. Had a couple freezes. Staff was great. Hope to go back and get the full experience.
Very clean and friendly employees. Limited places to eat due the pandemic. Very challenging golf course.
This is a great place for a weekend getaway or really anytime. Its high-end in every respect, yet not pretentious. Make sure to visit the spa, even if you dont book a treatment. Just relax in the steam room. Sunday brunch is the best, but you should make reservations.
One of the best hotels ever! Great views, super friendly staff! Would stay here every time I visit the Dallas area!
SUPER sweet for me and my family of 21 that were able to attend. The food was outstanding. From the car to the inside the service was great. Everyone was so very helpful. THANKS TO THE EMPLOYEES FOR THE VERY CONGENIAL SERVICE. G. Nevil and family.
This place is incredible. On a recent visit I had a wonderful therapeutic massage with aromatic oils and warm water. I left feeling healed and smelling absolutely heavenly. The feeling stayed with me the next day on my flight to Mexico! Everyone is attentive. We stayed in a villa in the golf course area. I cant wait to return to the Four Seasons!
Amazing grounds and even more amazing staff
The Dallas/Irving hotel was very nice. Arranged rental car through the concierge and had it ready on site at check in. Also, arranged car service. Both were easily made and the concierge was helpful and quick to accommodate my requests. The hotel and rooms were top notch.
Nice golf course (great course). Food good, service good, nice evening atmosphere.
Went here for the spa. I figured with it being the four seasons it would be an amazing spa experience. Not so much. The services were fine (I got a message) but the ambiance of the place was very disappointing. When I visit a spa I look forward to the relaxation area, sauna, steam room, and extras like champagne and snacks. Their relaxation is bare bones and cold. Nothing relaxing absolutely it at all. They don’t have a steam room. The sauna is also small and just meh. And there are no snacks or champagne. Given how expensive their services are I’d expect their to be more to the experience I was quite disappointed. With that said, if those things are important to you check out Relache’ Spa in Grapevine. They have all the things and cost less. I have an amazing experience every time I go.
The hotel is NOT pretty or elegant. The lobby smelled like sewer. The service was good in the hotel itself (but not the spa) and frankly I was very disappointed. Ive stayed at other Four Seasons hotels and it was a totally different experience. This hotel needs major renovations (and a completely new façade). And much more visually appealing amenities.
Stayed at the villaRight in front of the 18th holeBest experience that i had
Spa...nails - Absolutely amazing experience! Highly recommend.
The Four Seasons in Las Colinas is a legandary place. The site of the Byron Nelson golf classic for 35 years. This is a 5- star hotel all around. Winter time by the fire outside can be a great time with friends.
I loved this place. I went on a business trip and they treated us well. Beautiful.
My husband and I stayed here a few weeks ago and LOVED it! Great warm, Texas welcoming from start to finish. We havent stopped talking about great it was since we left!
Amazing hotel. Huge. Big rooms. Great restaurant / bar. When we were there, Billy Joel’s band was staying there so you know it’s legit! Wish I had time to golf.
Wasnt everything I thought it would be. Staff asked several times for reservation name. When we wanted more champagne and to order lunch, we had to track down someone to help. In fact, from a business perspective money was left on the table because we had to wait so long, we werent able to order everything we wanted. For brand recognition and the cost... I expected so much more. I was only there for spa services and if it wasnt for my boss treating me, I would have said something.
We enjoyed our stay and Christmas party. Our doggies were able to join us too. We all felt welcome
Love all the amenities of this resort. The kids/family pools are so nice. There’s a little beach for kids to play on. We especially love the huge back patio. We order the s’mores skillet and listen to live music in the evenings. The grounds here are just beautiful with all the oak trees.
It was so beautiful. Very site seeing and eye candy .. Good service.. Sweet sweet workers.. They are amazing!!/
Loved our stay here once again! It has been a few years, but every time we return we remember why we loved it so much.
Awesome! Must go to really see a 5 star hotel. Great Amenities. If you enjoy golf, great course and challenging. Stay out of the woods.
5 diamond resort. The gym is great with racquetball courts. We even borrowed the equipment. Our son enjoyed the Kids for all seasons. The property scavenger hunt was really a big hit. We one a fidget spinner. Good food throughout the resort. Service level is excellent. Both pools are nice. Best place around.
The salon was amazing, the staff was wonderful.
Not a lot you have to say other than Four Seasons. If you are looking for a great luxury hotel in North Dallas, youve found the right place. Excellent, friendly bar and wonderful food in the restaurant. Super convenient to the night life scene.
The four seasons is an excellent place for a staycation! If youre looking to Golf, lounge by the pool, or get a spa treatment you will not be disappointed. The rooms are amazing, but can be pricy if they are hosting an event that week or weekend.
This place is magical. My husband and I decided to stay here for a quick staycation. We stayed in a suite overlooking the golf course. We ate at the restaurant on-site and it was delicious. The staff were excellent. We are planning to return very soon to stay for a longer trip. This is an excellent place to relax and unwind. Highly recommended!
Everyone was more than welcoming and our entire experience was fabulous!
Beautiful location. Close to airport. Amazing and challenging golf course. Accommodations are fantastic. Staff is very welcoming and make you feel right at home.
Perfect place to relax!
You should not charge for water in the rooms. You should offer at least 2 bottles per room complimentary
Prices are high, service is great, cottonwood course good shape, TPC sandy, bumpy.
Really great hotel and really great service. I would say this hotel is better than most nice hotels. However, I cant say that is was so much better that I could actually recommend it. In other words, it was a great hotel, but you are definitely overpaying for it. For example, dinner for two at the restaurant was well over $120. The food was good, but there are better options in the area for less, and while the food was really good, it wasnt amazing. On the other hand, the service at the hotel was better than what you will find at most, and the facility itself was great. All things considered, if the price is not a problem for you, then I recommend it. If the price is an issue, then you will be just as happy somewhere else.
Just there for meeting, but is great place for any major event we were planning a charity golf tournament for Kids
Friendly staff, beautiful grounds, and AMAZING food. We love coming here.
So far, love the Four Seasons experience here in Dallas! Having a coffee and waiting for Gameday to start in the lounge. Service has been great, whether it’s 9pm, or 6am. Also, Rachel Stacy was awesome last night LIVE. Good pick.
Buffet lunch was great, but the price was $$$. The atmosphere is very good, the staff is very friendly, we really enjoyed the structural design, and open airy visibility from the seating area. While exiting, and waiting for our valet to return our truck, the security staff made us feel like we were violating the hotel with our presence. We stopped in for the buffet just after a doctor appointment, to try it and were not dressed in our designer clothing, but we were presentable.Once we left the dining area, I searched for an ATM asked the consierge if they had one, and I was told where it was. It was from that point forward that the security staff began following us. 2 staff or security people were closely watching us even and up to the time we exited the facility portico and drive. That last bit was a bit over the top for a couple of old rural-ish people. We wont be returning. As I like to feel like a free man, not a citizen of the KGB rule.
Was at 5 stars, but this is the 4th day in a row that the cleaning staff has woken me up at 3:30 in the afternoon with several of them standing if front of three rooms with do not disturb signs, having loud conversations in spanish. Three of the four rooms in this 4 room clyster have dnd signs on the doors. Im sure theres a place for them to congregate or have these loud conversations somewhere OTHER than in the doirways of the rooms whete it echoes, and disturbs occupants. I am on business and am in a graveyard shift, so this is especially annoying for these three rooms where the occupants are trying to rest after long nights as well.
Absolutely love The Four Seasons. Its as close to perfect as a resort can get!
Great cocktails and service at bar. Met a friend for drinks and liked this place for laid back atmosphere.
The price range is slightly more affordable than other hotels in this country the food is great the staff is nice the king sized bed is almost heavenly made me sleep like a baby I think this won’t be the last time I come to Texas or this hotel Texans are really nice people
I love it. No complaints. Top tier
Very unique and super comfortable spacewise and parking too.
Beautiful location, comfortable rooms
Apart from this being a four seasons(the usual 5* service) The Fitness/Gym area in itself is 5*. Weird thing to say- but it was an honor to work out in this world class facility onsite at the four seasons. The spa (comp access if you’re the guest of the hotel) was equally impressive. Even if you aren’t a gym person I encourage you to just go & check it out-and you may just get inspired & get into the habit of working out.
Attended conference here, was nice, comfortable atmosphere, provided 3 course lunch was very good and very well presented and eloquent.
Great place for company functions. Take advantage of the wonderful spa, pool and amenities that cant be matched!
Meeting space and lunch was wonderful. The staff treated us so well. Rosie was always so attentive when we our employees went to lunch. Great job! We will rebook again next year.
Really enjoyed myself. I recommend getting a massage.
We got an excellent in-room couples massage that was much-needed and we would highly recommend. I will say the same for the excellent dining options and room service.
Awesome rooms, restaurant, golf course and bar
That is the classiest hotel around. There are to many reasons to list especially if play golf....
Great property in an excellent location and really a destination right in the middle of the DFW metroplex. Hotel, Restaurant and staff are of the highest quality.
Very attentive professional staff and high quality equipment - what’s not to like? (Perhaps the monthly membership fees - but no very appropriately priced and overall excellent place)
The valet staff are amazing. Other hotels should emulate their excellent service.
