Speed bumps are huge here!

I have lived in this park most of my life. The home I live in used to be my grandparents. I have seen many changes over the years. Some good some bad. For the most part, it is a good place to live. I think the management picks and chooses who they want to pick on. And I think the board needs all new people with different values. My grandparents were one of the first mobile homes in this park. And we have been here longer than anyone else, that I know of. You would think that would count for something.....not so sure that it does.

Very clean and quiet. Went there to take care of a lawn and a couple of neighbors asked us to do theirs also. What a blessing.

Ive lived her for over 20 years. Great place to live.

Really needs to clean up the lots that owners live on.

Friendly and quiet neighborhood.

Property lines are overlapping, management cannot enforce simple rules due to residents vandalism, and lack of respect, they charge too much for utilities, there is discrimination. I wish I never would have bought here.
