Went during the day with a special, might go back due to it being fun, the trampolines are really bouncy, but they need more rectangle free jump trampolines as I wanted to practice flips but didnt due to the square shape and worried Id miss.
Go if you want to break a finger into three pieces. No lack of saftey and NO REFUND even after breaking one! Very RUDE STAFF (especially the manager with glasses)
Does not answer multiple emails or after hours texts... Calling during day is hard for nightshifters... Waiting three weeks for reply I never got
1.75 for water bottles 2.75 for gatorades, $2 for socks, got to pay $1/hr lockers and if time runs out you got to pay a fee to recover things. Whatever you do they will always tell to not touch the walls or walk sit by the walls, staff is pesky and the place is obviously a money grab, a rip off.
Omy! great price. both kids loved it. tired them out:)
Looks like fun and someday Ill try it
I purchased my membership right before COVID-19 closure. I was informed that when the facility opened that they weren’t taking memberships until June 15. I’ve taken my son several times since the opening and Ive paid for it. I paid for him to jump, his socks, his drinks. Everything the membership I’m paying for also is supposed to be covered. When I asked to speak to the manager, the girl named Lynda said she was the manager and there was nothing she could do for me. If I need to cancel my membership, that I have to come in person to do it. I don’t believe she was the manager because the way she spoke. Regardless, it’s not good business. Unfortunately, my son will be the one that really loses.
Fun for everyone that can jump. Be sure to stretch prior to just going all in especially if youre a little bit older. Nice mini Ninja Warrior setup as well.
Google asked me how sky zone was. Bro I was NOT at sky zone during corona world trying to catch the rona. I was at fitness connection trying to stop being fat. And catching the rona.
Good experience, friendly staff!!
Kids loved it! Came home and they are all knocked out asleep. They sure did burn off energy!Good place to host a Birthday Party!Pizza is good!
I requested to cancel my membership after the mandatory 3 months but before the 4th month was charged. I was ignored and charged for a full months membership. Following the day I was charged, the gyms shut down completely due to Covid. Management refused to process the cancellation, refused to process a refund despite the shut down, and then told me I’d have to wait till they could find time to go over my contract. They have now reopened and without warning, charged me for another month’s membership. I have not received any follow up correspondence about my cancellation request nor did I receive any correspondence about payments resuming.Terrible management, terrible experience.
Very friendly and good staff. Went out of there way to help my kids out. One guy even went out of his way to shoot hoops with my son.. we will definitely be going back!
Its fun and my kids love it my only problem is the ppl who single kids out
Not a place to go as a family with smaller kids. Theyre very strict about not jumping in the same square as someone else and not playing dodgeball (no matter how gently) with other kids/parties. If you would prefer to just observe your kids playing, or if theyre in a large party with friends, its probably fine.My little ones are too small to reach the basketball rim to dunk, but I was asked not to help them up. Silly things like that were common enough that we didnt have a great time. The equipment is fine although the park is pretty small compared to others. The price compared to services does not equal a good value.Ive been here two times now hoping my first time was just a single bad experience, my second time will not bring me back.Points for having functioning trampolines though.
Got there at 730 and played games downstairs went up to jump at 803 and they wouldnt let us play and my daughter started to cry as we walked out
Great place for the kids to burn off energy.
I always have a wonderful at skyzone. Today was exceptional. Mike in concessions took care off all my needs during my visit with a smile and patience. I appreciate his generosity and customer service!
Ordered a room for a birthday party. I payed my down payment and than the day before the party they call me and want to change our agreement than refuse to give back my money. They double booked my party and have the nerve to ask me to move my daughters birthday party to a different date. The main manager she will not speak to you. You have keep relaying messages through her employees. Luckily Im a business owner too.So Im going to do everything in my power to makes sure everybody knows what kind of joke this over priced place is.
The place is really fun . In particular Mike was the best . He actually did his job and did not stand there like the rest of the staff and talk to their friends. I hope he gets more hours because I only come every few months so I hope to see him again .
Had my sons birthday party got the biggest pack but not everyone showed so the guy gave me a card for 10 free jumps and that’s not all was allowed to bring fruit trays for my sensitive child and they do all the work for you also before the party about a week before time they called and asked me all the details for the party so that they will be ready and if you have any question as the online person it’s a real life person that will text you I texted at like 10 at night not expecting a real live person to text me back in less then 10 minutes
There is a young man by the name of Mike he is a new worker. These are the type of kids that show Heart and that you can see that they really want to work I am confident and I trust him with my kids great job Sky Zone good looking out by hiring kids like these... you go Mike
We went here on a Pogo Pass and were not disappointed. I had already looked it up online and saw that we would each need to purchase their socks to jump ($2/each) so that is all we were out for an hour of jumping. There are not a ton of trampolines like Urban Air but the obstacle course and the foam pits were fun. My children are between 3-11 and there was plenty to do for each of them. There is 4 small trampolines in the kids are for toddlers only, and no one was on them. We went around 4 on a Saturday and it wasnt busy at all.
A very nice place
A FUN PLACE worth spending money for your kids!! Friendly and professional staff who cares about kids. Will definitely come again!!
Took my grandkids here. The registers weren’t reading the gift cards, could be because the cards were more than a year old. They honored the cards without question, and made us feel welcomed! This place was a blast for the boys!
The membership is a scam bet you want get any of my money next month.
It was super fun and mu daughters really enjoyed their selves.. well be going back soon..
The Staff were awesome and friendly..Glow night event is super cool.. Full packed exercise and fun. There are some games like dodge ball which are like restricted and adults are not allowed when we visited otherwise it is a 5 star experience for us
Ive been to this location on two different occasions. The 1st occasion was perfect!! I was present my son was turning 3 @ the time. The staff was very cautious with the children jumping 1 @ a time. The facility was clean! Friendly environment no issues!!! One day school was out and daycares closed so they offered a one day camp @ an affordable price. My son was 4 years old then and I enrolled him. I work close to the location so on my lunch break I checked on him. He would be @ the location between 7:30a-5:30p. When I checked on him all was well. When I went to pick him up, I was greeted by the staff and asked who was I there to pick up. No ID was asked for nor my name just who I was there to pick up. That concerned me. While waiting for my son to be brought to me, he ran up to me and I didnt think anything of it, I thought he was told he was there to be picked up. Moments later the staff member came back to me looking confused and told me she did not know where my son was. I told her he is right here, he came over to me?? The supervision clearly wasnt there. Possibly because the staff is mainly young adults or teenagers. The next day when I brought my son to his regular daycare, the director told me she too was @ skyzone with her grandchildren and saw my son. When she was trying to leave the facility my son began to follow her outside of skyzone. No one noticed he was leaving or could of easily been taken and that is very unsettling. As a parent you never want to hear that your child was unsupervised nor unsure of their whereabouts. I was eager to sign him up for the camp but for sure will not after this one day experience which is disappointing.
Employees nice. Nice place. Expensive though
Super fun great service staff were super friendly had a birthday party here absolutely Amazing my kids had fun there friends had fun heck even the ADULTS HAD FUN! Wonderful experience would definitely recommend and will 100% be back thank you to every one at sky zone keep it up
I will not be returning. We took our 4 yr old for toddler time and where do i begin. To start off the place is very clean as many others have stated in their own reviews. To sign off on what others said in their own reviews as well THERE ARE TOO MANY RULES. It felt as if me and my son couldnt really enjoy ourselves because the employees were circling us. We were simply playing and it seemed that the employee came every few seconds to tell me of a rule. My son wantes me to join him in the foam pit so i did and the employee comes over to tell me its only for the toddlers that she didnt want me to get stuck(im grown hello?) Their trampoline park is broke off into many sections and they only designate a very teeny small section for the toddlers in the back. In that section is a dodgeball park. i was specifically told it was only for the toddlers. There was a bday party for older kids going on at the time and for some odd reason while me and my son were playing in the area we were kicked out for the bday kids party so they could play dodgeball. I did argue that we were told the area was designated for toddlers all she could say was im sorry. She closed it out to us for 10 minutes. On there website it says $8 for toddler time and parents can join in on the fun too for a total of $8 i got the impression that it was just $8 for toddler and parent but no when i got to the lady in front we ended up spending $21 they force you to by their own socks which is $2 more per person plus $8 per person. We typically go to altitude in grapevine i just didnt go this time becuase they dont have toddler time on Saturdays but pricing is much less and the entire trampoline park is open to anyone including toddlers during the toddler time so youndonty have to worry about your little one running into an area (theyre not supposed to be in) the employees dont hassle you and i only spent $11 for me and my 4 yr old. They dont force you to buy their socks you can use your own.
I have never been here but was looking to book a birthday party for my twins. I emailed Sky Zone with some questions and its been 5 days with no response. With customer service like that, I am definitely spending my money elsewhere. If I cant get questions answered, I cant imagine what in-person customer service well receive.
Both adults and kids can play. Make sure to eat and visit restroom before you go for tag, its for one hour only, so no time to miss out the fun. Small cafe available inside. Need special socks with rubber coating at base which u can buy there.
Only one star due to the sky camp these some of these kids are bullying the smaller kids and very disrespectful. Do no listen to staff at all. We came in for 3hrs and regretted it after a few min.
We love the energy all employees have definitely I recommend this place...Also they have a party room...Make it even better...
There was a staff member that was so helpful unlike the other employees. Mike would actually do his job please give him more responsibility there.thank you.
We went there with our swimm team. Kids had a lot of fun But one hour would be plenty of time for that kind of place.
If your looking to have a reservation dont waste your time here, had a bad experience with my wifes daughter reservation the guy that brought our stuff was rude and looked mad everytime he came to the party ( not all of the employees were like that a few at the door acted nice most of the time ) nothing was right from the beginning to the and they even count the minutes that your at the place and I dont think thats right.
It needs more stuff to have fun but all the employees were really nice too us.
I wanna know if anything has been done about (Linda), the one EVERYBODY is talking about, dont want to bring my kids there if not, because I dont play nice with Lindas I would love it if management or anyone could reach out and answer me concerning your employee that NO ONE likes!Thank you,Potential Customer! So, by asking me to contact via email further lets me know how valuable customers are to you. Lol, either disciplinary actions to better the situation have been set forth and carried out or not???..moving on.
Great place for kids
Awesome place to kids to have fun.
Great place for birthday parties. The one thing u guys neec to know is in order to open gifts pay for Your party in advanced.. We would have loved to watch our child open her gifts but this is a guarantee of monies being payed to The sky zone people. I guess people have skipped out on the bill. It would be nice to have known the info for the party.. We had to open gifts at home.
Shout out to the boy oswaldo romo and Anthony umana they were very down to earth and really helped us look for a phone in the pit. 10/10 would come back!
I can’t say no to trampolines
Employees are somewhat rude and all up in your business.
Had a birthday Glow Party here for my son. Everyone had a great time. Our host, Karen was awesome.
Really nice
This place is terrible. We had a birthday party there. You pay that money. You eat that nasty pizza when u want. You cant bring the presents in the party. You have to get them after everything so they have to open their present in the hallway. The manager was rude. Overcharged then got mad when I asked for the run down and come to find out she overcharged. I would not ever go back and wouldnt recommend. Hell do better at home or Chucky Cheese
Oh Linda Linda Linda the GM now I see why we had a conflict. Did not recieve what I paid for lets just say that..some staff very kind and others shall I say Linda very unprofessional trying to bring a (large female) employee behind her to intimidate me did not work well for you..I think this place would be amazing if there where more professional adults working here.
Great for Cardio, all you need is keep motion straight for an hour. You could lose a few pounds as I did.
Lots of fun for kids, obstacle course is the highlight for me
A good place for the kids to release all that energy that they have.
The best ride above the Texas State Fair
I recently booked a party here at Sky Zone. Been to other places before - never been treated so warmly as they do here. From giving me a tour to showing me the rooms to emailing me about the party. With the rain we had to cancel our hm party. So we were really seeking an easy type of party. Linda pretty much held our hand and her team did am amazing job. The guy who played with our kids was A-1, the server was on point and the kids left happy. If you are looking for an easy type party - I recommend Sky Zone. Great job yall - 2 thumbs up
Logan, Josh and Fox were awesome I had a wonderful time.
Grandkids had a blast, I wish I was 20 years younger as it looked like lots of fun. The kids working there were friendly and helpful. They did a real good job watching out for the kids.
We come here for toddler time, by the time we have visited our 2nd time Linda tried to recall my childrens names! Pretty impressive considering how many other toddlers she checks in! She is kind and mindful of my babies, always helping and proffesional! Plenty places to go for fun but We come here because my kids are valued! This place is clean, fun and inclusive.
It is amazing nice staff amazing trampolines games plus its in the mall
Fun and always spend quality time with my kids as well.
Packed and they only let one kid jump at a time for safety reasons so a lot of our time was spent waiting to get a turn.
EXTREMELY RUDE behavior from ROBERT. Couldnt pull waiver correctly and kicked us out after giving less then 5 minutes as they started their ridiculous glow in dark at 7.
They dont let u double bounce. I know its not safe!
Birthday surprise for my son. I could use that place combined with changing my 1 yr around once a month in place of gym membership. Had us all ready for bed when we left = happy momma.
I wish i was able to give more thanthis experience was AMAZING. The staff are friendly and fun. Marques (sorry if i misspelled your unique name) and the 2 females that hosted the dance and hula hoop contest blessings to you all. The whole darn squad was great EVEN the managers. I so wish u guys all the best once i go back to nyc Ill make sure to tell the staff at that sky zone all about the closing crew.*** i need to find out who the closing crew are. Today is 9/1 hopefully providing the date will help in telling each staff that worked that they really did an amazing job*****
Ive been here many times before and always had a great experience but today it is horrible. Its extremely crowded and the attendants are afraid to say anything to the people skipping. They have a court they could open up to reduce the overcrowding but they have it closed.
I was totally impressed with the enthusiastic and overzealous personalities of the staff! there was one person in particular that was outstanding; I was there Saturday with my little sister and a manager named Kalie was so very helpful and playful with her and she was so happy she made me take her again the next day! 10/10 would recommend this Sky Zone.
Had the best time! My babies birthday party ️
I did not spend enough time at Sky Zone to give a full on review, but did tour the facility and let me 6 year old try it out for 30 mins, the only observation was that the whole 1 kid per square rule didnt seem to be implemented at all, in the obstacle coarse the Fly security person/coach was allowing kids to push and shove other kids off of the high obstacle coarse equipment, they just laughed and let it happen. Has anyone put their children in the camp they offer? My intent was to go see in person, and I wasnt sold on the safety aspect of it so I am still undecided.. Suggestions & thoughts welcomed!
Took my kids there for a birthday party- they had a blast. I was totally impressed how the hosts went above and beyond. They had the kids so a conga line - which was really cute to see- to the party room. Plus the pizza was so Good, better than I expected for a trampoline park. Overall I would recommend it.
Linda Garcia is the manager at this sky zone location the second I walked in with my kids and friends i was bring them there to have a fun time and let the kids go jump while the adults got too hang out. I was very wrong about this because Linda was giving some bad look the whole time to multiple kids and then she never smiled or looked like she was happy which I over heard her talking to a employee telling him to smile and look like he happy but she not having fun her self such a hypocrite.I additionally felt the environment was super hostile and not a fun place to be I really didnt feel like the employees enjoyed working there, I also talking to employees asking questions and just curiosity seemed like they were talking on a script.I did not enjoy my time at sky zone.
I usually read rviews before I buy/ go anywhere and most reviews were good so I was like okay I’ll take my nephew there. But I soon noticed that it was not “have fun fly safe” I saw the Manger Linda Garcia talking to an employee and the whole Tim she seem very rude. Then later on when talking to another employee she was super nice so I was like okay maybe that employee wasn’t done there job correct later on I heard I found out she was being nice to her son Jason, so is she playing favorites or not who knows. Then when my nephew was jumping into the foam zone taking turns with other kids she came over and yelled at a kid saying you have to wait, then mom steeped in and was like he was they had a argument, which I don’t think is a good thing to be showing. So moral of this whole 1 hour spent at Sky zone was Linda being rude to multiple peopleWon’t be going there again!
My kids come here several times a month thanks to the 30-day pass. The facility is very clean and nice-looking. The activities are great and the staff interacts well with the children.
Was good 1st experience. Went Saturday around 1 PM. I am not enthused when I see kids working when it comes to my kids safety but they did a better job than some adults would have. They made sure kids followed rules: 1 jumper per square, no line jumping, etc. They were super friendly and engaging with the kids no matter the age of the kid. We have been to one in rockwall which is much bigger but I would prefer this one due to the attendants doing their job. Also with it being fairly new it did not smell filthy like Roxkwall did.Used my DFWPOGO Pass.
I really wish I could rate this place negative because the whole time I just had a terrible experience with getting dirty looks from the manager Linda. So I payed for 1 hour to jump with some friends before we went to see a movie, and everything was fine and we went to go ask her when they would play the older kids game and her response was “whenever it gets called” okay rude your response should of been like oh well get a game going next round or something. Additionally the place had a very different beige and after Linda clicked out once Linda clicked out that place seemed to be somewhere I would want to come becaus everyone look to have 1000 pounds lifted off there back.. I really curious if this is how everyone experience was?
Wry food place to be with friends my only concern is that the food could be better it’s a good place to take your kids ...relax and have fun .
Great addition to Irving. Having a place close to home where my kids can have fun while I do some shopping is nice. This place is clean, the youngsters working are respectable and kind. The manager she gave us a tour since which was a suprise, but that made us go head and buy tickets. The kids were all tired out after playing which was nice.
My husband, and son went here on a Saturday night to redeem a groupon purchased for fathers day. They charged them for an hour a piece eventhough they had a groupon, and then had to refund it. Then the manager changed their time to only 30min a piece instead of the hour a piece that was purchased through groupon. When my husband said something the manager gave him a card for one free hour only good for one person. Bad service on the managers part, and then they had half the jump areas closed down. Its a shame that it went so badly, because we were planning my sons birthday party there. We will not be returning.
Too small and dangerous area for toddlers. Parents cant enter with the kids.
I had the most incredible time here! It was very clean and I felt extremely safe. The staff is so nice, and Linda handles everything very efficiently. Would definetely come back again.
My daughter and her cousins had blast and the employee Marques was absolutely amazing interacting with the kids
We took the picture up front & showed it to cashier & nothing. We paid for an hour, instead of 30min & get 30min free. I was then told by the manager Linda, that is was because it was close to closing time, so it is null & void. Plus we would have to pay for a full hour to be eligible to get the 30min free. I told her that was fine, but I will not be bringing my child back. Robert found me & apologized & asked if I wanted a refund. I really appreciate the way he handled the situation!!!! Awesome guy! Now Linda needs more training on handling & dealing with people!
Really fun place but I think the prices are a little high. We go a night when they turn off the lights and you need to wear light colors because if you don’t they will make you buy a shirt.
Adreena was an amazing host/gate keeper informing me of the rules and giving some general information about packages and jump times! Always with a smile :)And while she was talking to me I looked over and another employee, Tera, smiled waved and said hello from her station a few feet away.Awesomely trained staff! So friendly and Ill be spending much of my summer with my little one there!
We attended Sky Zone in Irving today and it was fantastic! The place smelled clean (no stinky feet smell) and was really well maintained. Most of the employees were very friendly. The price is actually really great compared to other trampoline parks in DFW. We will be back!
Almost everything was closed
Didnt go. Place is half the size of other trampoline parks but the prices were outrageous. Didnt seem like it was worth it. I figured, smaller place, smaller price...
Great service! Especially from Linda the manager. Always helpful and friendly. Such a great environment to have some fun. Staff does a great job working the parties!
Oswaldo helped me find my phone
