I’ve been working with these guys for years, some of the most committed trainers I’ve worked with as far as soccer fitness goes. They use professional techniques like physio massage recovery and train you in Olympic lifting, and follow international fitness guidelines, as well as European soccer methods. I thought I knew fitness before I came here, but after the first week I saw how weak I really was. Working here has allowed me to achieve professional fitness and gain opportunities to play abroad in Europe to chase my pro soccer aspirations.
