Oh boy this place is a treat! Creates a whole diffrent atmosphere, that takes you away from the vibe of the city! Super clean and well kept! The best hotel to date that Ive encountered. Excellent service, amazing staff, clean rooms, gorgeous building! The view is also something to pay for!
Very well located 5 min to Orange County airport, 7 to Irvine Spectrum Center and 10 to Newport Beach. The lobby is nice and check in was quick and easy. The rooms, hallways and especially the lobby have a very strong fragrance. I personally like it but it might bother those who are sensitive. I found the fragrance reeds hiding in the bathroom it does make you wonder what smells they are tying to mask. The room is dated so that would be the smell :/ My room overlooked the pool area which was beautiful unfortunately I didn’t have time to use it. The sunset from my room was dreamy and the bed/sheets/pillows were all super comfy. I was given a complimentary (very) late check out which was much appreciated as I was here for a conference that day making it convenient to come back and relax during breaks. A good stay over all and would come back.
My husband had a business trip to Irvine, CA, and was staying at the Hotel Irvine, so we decided to extend a day on the front end, and a day on the back end.The Hotel Irvines rooms were very comfortable, and the service staff were outstanding.We ate all of our meals in the restaurant in the Hotel Irvine, and they were all excellent! While my husband was in his seminars during the day, I would go down to the market and get breakfast or lunch, and it was also very tasty.The pictures were taken from our room. If we have a need to go back to Irvine, CA, again, we would definitely stay at the Hotel Irvine!
Stayed here on business and had a great experience. Front desk was polite and helpful, room was clean, bed was comfortable. Location was right by SNA airport and near the highway for easy access. Parking was easy. Complimentary breakfast was actually great, and the food at the hotel restaurant was impressive! The lobby bar has events such as karaoke on some nights.
The mobile check-in was flawless, the room was clean and elegant for such a great price. All details are attended to and you can really just relax and enjoy your stay. We had another room at another property at the same time for the same price and the other room was really disappointing compared to the Venetian. We would definitely return.
This hotel was not the best customer service oriented hotel Ive been to, they would not allow a late check-out and that was extremely annoying, the moron at the front desk told me that if I didnt leave the room before the late check-out I would be escorted out which I found totally unnecessary and rude.then when I did check out there was no one to help us with our bags and that was disappointingthe rooms are okay nothing to write home about the bathrooms need shelf spacing they need more plugs in the room the 24-hour restaurant is the best part of the entire hotel they have good food.
This was a much needed stay. It was for a Valentines weekend get away and I was trying to surprise my wife with a little R&R. The bar area was great friendly service, good drinks and great food. Will definitely come back here with credit card in hand lol. I want to thank Ruben the front desk guy for letting me use the card Capital One sent me via the app in the meantime they send me a new one all due to some one stealing my info. Thank you Ruben had it not been for you taking my credit card info, this trip would not have happened.
Not a great experience here at the hotel. While I was sleeping they kept knocking on my door at 7:30am wanting to come in and clean my room. Front desk wasn’t all that nice either. I was expecting some nicer service due to being a hotel, hospitality is their speciality you know? They have a market downstairs that sell some yummy stuff and a bar that’s cool. Overall, wasn’t happy about the staff hospitality.
Stayed here because the event I came into town for was held here. The staff was amazing. The event room was very large. The market was great when you needed something without leaving the hotel. The bar and night music was lots of fun! Room was great with a mini fridge. The desert from the lobby restaurant was to die for. We had a great time here.
Comfortable rooms, HDMI input for the TV if you want to connect a laptop, heated outdoor pool; I like that the curtains in the guestrooms overlap so you dont get the annoying sunlight creeping in during the morning. Breakfast, in my opinion, was pretty mediocre, but the rest of the food that the hotel catered for our meeting was amazing (especially their house-made lemon tart )... Probably the only thing I wasnt a fan of is that its not really in comfortable waking distance to much of anything. I try to avoid renting a car if possible... But otherwise, would definitely consider coming back!

I just photographed a wedding here and it was awesome. The wedding was supposed to be outside but it was pouring rain. Even though they had to do everything indoors the wedding still looked beautiful. The getting ready room suite my client got was extra large which was great for us to move around to get details and getting ready pics.
Not a 5-star hotel officially if i recall correctly, but the services were exceptional which changed my expectations in the end
Best value in Orange County. Been traveling for soccer the last 5 years and all the overpriced suite hotels were nothing compared to this place.This former Hyatt property was clean and spacious. The staff was AMAZING, from helping me with a lost key to allowing me to have a late check out. There is a bar and restaurants so if youre in the areas you dont have to leave the property.The only downside (and I know most hotels do this) is the parking charge was about 15% of my room rate.I was solo this trip and only stayed one night but I dont think having the little one would have made a difference as my king room had plenty of space and the view was great, well I mean if you dont mind looking at buildings and freeways.Will stay there again the next time Im in the area.
Came here after work for a couple drinks, some apps and the college football game! Ambiance is always lovely - upscale casual. The servers were all very attentive and seemed to know just when to come by and check to see if we needed anything!! Happy hour here is pretty great, loved the margarita pizza!!
Hip independent with a great location! I loved the vibe of the bar and market place in the lobby. Staff was professional and friendly. My first night had an issue with the AC and engineering took care of it while I was gone at a conference the next day. Second night was ice cold!
I liked the colors used for decor.I didnt like the room keys not working 3 times and having to get replacements. Also, the bathroom fan did not work. A hook or 2 in the bathroom to hand towels would be nice as well.
Hotel Irvine is a trendy hotel within close range to SNA. The lobby gives a fun sophisticated feel and is lively with loud music in the evenings. The rooms are nice with the basic amenities such as a TV, desk, single chair, night stand and a mini refrigerator. The restrooms could definitely use some upgrading, though. The gym is nice and large with newer equipment.
Very nice hotel for the price. Even if it was a little more expensive still a very pretty hotel. The rooms, carpet and buffets hmmm. But the scenery and vibe . Prices for the Market place very fair as well.
Excellent environment, great service, great bars, lively pool area, all for a very competitive price. This place is neat and clean. Rooms were to be expected, good size and well maintained and well kept. Bars are not overpriced, and neither is the restaurant, but both offer great service and quality product. Great location and easily accessible. Being that I was only there for one night, I didnt really spend much time outside of the hotel, but didnt really feel I needed to. Comfortable and enjoyable stay, would have no problems visiting again. I recommend starting here if you are in the area.
I had to wait several minutes to get checked in, even though there were several employees behind the counter, busy doing other things. Eventually, one of them stepped away from whatever she had been doing with another employee and helped me. But I feel I should have been at least acknowledged, if not had one of them feel they should give me the priority.
Good views from the tenth floor and lots of great restaurants walkable. But if you don’t like walking five minutes you’re in luck because this place has everything. Huge bar huge restaurant and big convenience store that also serves Starbucks coffee!
Stayed for 7 days for a corporate event. Helpful and courteous staff, good rooms, good view. Spacious setup for corporate events.Bfast is same every single day and food is ordinary. Less than ordinary for vegetarians. Interesting bar space.Easy availability of cabs to move around.
My favorite hotel in Irvine. Cool throwback decor, clean rooms, fantastic lounge, deli, and convenience store. RedBar is first rate. Classy outdoor venue. Get a room on upper floor and enjoy the view. I always look forward to my stay.
Very slow check in. Lively lobby nights. Actually bathroom mats not towels on the floor lol. The continental breakfast buffet is delicious with fresh squeezed fruit juices, its one of the best breakfasts Ive had at a restaurant.
Checked in and not even a friendly greeting no share of anything what so ever. Really bad service for checking in. The noise in the hotel was extremely loud. The bathroom was not nice and the room was nothing to get excite about. Will not be staying at this hotel any time in the future. Do not know how they have a four star. Should be a Two Star. Will share with many others not to ever stay at this hotel.
The staff was friendly and accommodating, Lauren was amazing! We had an incredible time during our stay, the room was immaculate, we had amazing views on the 8th floor, we visited Club 12 also. It’s gorgeous up there, my wife and I felt like VIPs . This hotel has beautiful facilities, the staff is friendly, and you will love staying here; whether, you are by yourself on business or with family.
Even though I didnt stay at the hotel, just hanging at the bar and having the options to eat were super awesome. The hotel looks old from the 405 but looks were very deceiving in this case.

Love the location, easy to find and easy to exit the 405. The rooms were clean, hotel front desk staff was professional helpful and a delight to deal with. Housekeeping staff were amazing, always leaving new bottled water for us. I loved that we received $5 off a day when we didnt use housekeeping, yet we still got clean towels.
Its on a different scale compared to any hotel that we have been to. Then again I like my hotels to be differeny not the same. They have their own v8be and decor that sets them apart. I have never seen so many business men and women during hqpoy hour. The marketplace is big so thats good with so many options. I hope hubs and I can stay here again.
I really enjoyed my stay here. The pool was nice, grounds were clean, staff was friendly, cost was fair. Location wasnt the best for sightseeing but otherwise it was a great hotel.
Good rooms and good location near business in Irvine. Extensive market for food and drinks. Nice restaurant and bar. Only thing I didnt like were the hard pillows.
The place was excellent and cleanliness except for the porters they can see that customers have arrived and they were still chatting and not even offer you a trolley for your luggage. But other staffs were friendly and very accommodating.

The room was fine. We were here for a work event on a random weeknight and they have a seriously bumping bar area. Not very many beers on tap, but two different people made us cocktails and they were good. the seating is really nice in the bar area and very good for social situations. Also, right across from the bar area is their hotel store. The hotel store is more like a little 7-Eleven. They have everything there, all sorts of drinks and chips and snacks etc. It really is a nice place for a late-night gathering. We had a lot of fun!

I stayed here for Christmas 2018 and I was very impressed at how well-appointed this hotel was. The bed was sooooo comfortable, and the staff was warm and accommodating. Plus, rather than a dinky kiosk for necessities you’ve forgotten and a lackluster cafe, they have an upscale market open 24 hours a day with a hot kitchen and coffee service, a genuinely delicious continental breakfast buffet, a fun fusion restaurant, and TWO bars. This would be a great hotel for your next special event.

I love the decor, the big room size, the little touches to make it feel like home and I love the location since its only 5 minutes away from the glorious Diamond Jamboree (a strip of all amazing Asian eateries and shops.) . Its also very close to Laguna Beach. Its about 1 hour away from the Getty (with traffic). Plenty of storage areas, which is not to be taken granted for anymore after staying in NYC hotels. They give daily complimentary water bottle, if you tip, you may get an extra bottle. They also have complimentary coffee and tea. Our room had a lounge chair and a view of the pool. We stayed in room ending in -40s. Though the downside is room service is very limited after 9pm (ordered from Dominoes, 12minutes away) and self parking is actually more expensive than valet! So ask for parking charges! Also, try to conserve on having your towels changed because of the drought but theres only one towel hook and its far away from the shower. So that doesnt make much sense to me. The shower door is poorly designed because theres a wide gap on the hinge and it closes halfway like the euro hotels do. The water splashes out onto the floor. Be extra careful because it was slippery in the tub, wall tile, and the bathroom floor. (they do provide friction mats, use them!) Will definitely stay again.

Overall hotel was very good, but charging 35$ a night for parking ruins the experience! I paid 200$ a night for the room which means you guys are charging almost 18% per night for the parking! Not cool you guys bury that you charge so much for parking on your website too. Location and hotel were nice, I would easily rate this hotel as 5 stars, but the excessive parking rate makes this hotel seem like a ripoff.
This is a huge perfect-for-conferences-like hotel, but it somehow stands out from similar ones! Even though its large you feel very comfortable in there.They have a lot of activities on site, including farmers market (how cool!), wine nights, DJ parties and so on. The rooms have everything you need to have — one of highlights of our stay was a comfortable chair overlooking busy but pretty highway. Perfect with a cup of tea made directly in the room!Their Eats Kitchen and Bar offers great deals for happy hour, but more than that we liked having dinner in the intimate outside patio.
Always have a great time when staying here, this time was horrible. People next door to me having a party with loud music. Called front desk a couple times and nothing was done. It’s 8 am and party still going. Probably last time staying here
Beautiful boutique hotel! Came for a meeting and Im ready to book it for my own meeting!! The meeting room were great, the staff helpful and friendly even the Marketplace Cafe located in the lobby made out easy for guests toi grab fast delicious healthy lunches and snacks!! For sure I recommend this hotel for meetings and conferences!!

Nice hotel overall, loved the pool area and bed was very comfortable.The parking was really expensive, the elevator was way too slow in the hotel and the staff is a bit sloppy. I expect more profesionalism when taking care of the guests.

The hotel itself is beautiful and the staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful, so was the restaurant staff. Unfortunately I cant say the same for the rest of the staff. I stayed 3 days. Me and 2 of my friends waited over 20 minutes at the bar and were never served or acknowledged. We asked a staff member if they could take our orders and were told no due to his age, but he would get the bartender. Instead, I assume, it was the bar manager who came over. We attempted to give him our drink order she he stopped me mud sentence and refused. He was very short and rude towards us even after we explained that we waited so long with no one even looking our way while we say at the bar, how they walked right by us. We went to the bar in the restaurant, which was busier, and got instant help. That bartender was very kind. The staff in the marketplace were incredibly rude every time I went, which was probably 3-4 times. We refused room service the first day, but upon returning to our room we noticed the door hanger was stuck in the door, and it wasnt when we left, which means someone was in our room. Nothing was taken, but there was still no reason for it. I was also charged 2 separate deposits, one on the first day and then the second the day I left and they couldnt explain why.
Room is very comfortable, food market and bar is priced very reasonable and their lounge bar is very spacious offering flavorful snacks. Parking access is very easy, but can be limited in crowded days or events.

The overall experience was good. Rooms were clean and the staff were friendly. The bar was good and had a happy hour.The red bar offers karaoke on Tuesdays but I personally didn’t go. I heard it was fun.The front desk was a little sloppy with the room charges but everything was right in the end.
Large hotel; to be fair I stayed very little time in my room and at the hotel. I had a 2 night stay and I checked in very late at night. When I got to my room I was given a handicap accessible room. normally a non issue for me as I stayed in handicapped accessible rooms before. However, this room had no windows, the shower head was a removable spray but no other shower head. When the shower head is hooked in place it was no taller than my shoulders. I am 5”2. So In order to rinse my body and head I needed to hold it in one hand and wash my body with the other. I checked in after 11:30 pm and the last thing I wanted to do was request another room at that time. The next morning I wanted to switch rooms but their were 2 others ahead of me and 1 person at the front desk. I had a tight schedule and thought I’d do it later when I returned. Later that night at about 10 pm I returned to the hotel to find 3 people in line at the front desk. Once again 1 person. I decided to just deal with it because I was tired and would be checking out early the next morning anyway. I got to my room and my key didn’t work. Back downstairs to the front desk. When I got to the front desk, the same people were in line with only one person working. I stood in line for 20 minutes as the front desk person assisted the same person. The guy in front of me just as frustrated he stopped the valet walking pass us to see if he could call for help. When I was finally assisted I explained my

This hotel is a must. I booked my family to have a holistay and I must say that it meets my expectation. The room was very spacious for my family. My kids surely enjoy everything here. Though this is a bit far from home but what I can say. We surely enjoy the stay.
The hotel and its location are great. The bed was horrible. Ouch! We had a terrible couple of nights. But we saw the Scorpions in concert, so YAY!
I use this location when I attend OC events.The parking is outrageously expensive. The hotel has drastically cut back on amenities and services including food services. I suggest guests bring your own food/drink preferences. That way assures you will have something to survive on during your stay.
Beautiful room, beautiful view and great service. My wife and I celebrated 15 years of marriage and they surprised us with a champagne bottle when we got back to our room. Super cool.

This was my first time here and it was because of a business training I was attending, so I didnt exactly have much opportunity to experience all the hotel has to offer to give it 5 stars. However, my experience was very good so far so I am definitely planning to return to experience it on a personal time line
Its a cute hotel. Business brought me here. No big chain affiliation isnt good for business traveler. That is the only reason I dont give 5 Star. Room and hotel was clean and the staff responded promptly to questions and requests.
Unfortunately my visit to this hotel was hot that good. Lobby staff were friendly however, rooms were not that much clean . They charged me $30 per day for parking but their parking gates were not working and due to lots of weddings and meetings there was no single spot for guests. My mom was handicapped and we have to walk her far away to get the car . Never seem this at other hotels

Youre going to pay the big dollars to stay at the hotel Irvine. Is certainly a nice place, the good thing about the city of Irvine is is very clean and well manicured. A very comfortable location to stay in, leaving you feeling safe. Tons of restaurants in the area and lots of activities to do in Irvine. Plan on spending at least $250 a night for a room. Want to go for the big expensive rooms you better bring a lot of cash. This is in the heart of business central for Irvine. So theres a lot of business activities in the area. I see all that this hotel is more about staying there for business then for recreation.
Very nice hotel. Staff was friendly and attentive, rooms were rather large, and that amenities were ample. Some cons that hurt it were - not the cleanest rooms and they never had enough people working the front desk to check people in/out.
My reservation wasnt held correctly so I didnt get the room I paid for. The front desk comped the $9/day high speed internet. The bathrooms had very poor lighting and only half shower doors, made for a drafty shower. Their room service was just deli style food from the over priced market in the lobby. If the meeting I was attending hadnt been there I would definitely have picked a different hotel.

This is a favorite local getaway spot for me - 2 x stays and both were IMPRESSIVE!!! Your not at the Mercy of the staff to HELP with everything!!! Meaning there is self parking so if i need something out of the car I can get it no problem- there is an open 24 hr sundries store - making Made to Order pizzas -! Next to a lively bar with great music and Loungy relax mode vibe - if your into socializing then you can find this as well - have a cocktail or go outside by the fireplace and have some peace of mind time -Very nice pool and we happen to be out there with 3 other groups of locals that just needed a couple nights outta the house as we did- So Kool - and it wasnt even warm but didnt stop any of us !!! Great Hotel with the Right price - Luxury Style and had plenty of spending money -

I love this place so much. Even though my parents were on a business trip I had a great time. The food is economical and delicious. They have a great amount of vegan options too! The entire place is beautiful. I cant wait to go back!!!

When we checked in, the bathroom sink was clogged. I asked for service to fix it. They didnt do it over the 2 days we were there - even though I mentioned it twice. The night I checked in, the staff acted like they were doing me a favor by answering my basic questions. They were not particularly friendly at check out either. The design of the bathroom is strange - only 1 place to hang a bath towel. There were 2 of us in the room. Would not recommend.
This is a really really nice hotel. I stayed here while my home was being renovated. I stayed for a week, a little pricey but well worth the extra expense. Rooms were clean and big, beds were comfy, no weird stains on the sheets. House keeping did an excellent job. I would recommend this hotel
I have stayed at this hotel many times in the past and love it. However I have reservations this week and have been trying to reach a staff member at this hotel for 3 days now to make a change to my reservation. No ones ever answers and when you are told to leave a message and we do no one ever calls back. I would never stay here again with this current level of service
