Nice area of Irvine, 80% older Mobile homes, clean Quiet. Space rent reasonable compared to other 55 and over parks you just have to find reasonably priced mobile home in this park.

My aunt has lived there for decades and she loves it! It has a great pool and clubhouse when we come to visit! Very clean and well kept grounds.

Place is always clean and plenty of guest parking for you to visit your elderly relatives.

Its a beautiful mobile home i have visited! its very convenient for elderly people to go grocery shopping, out door activity, if you want to drive a little bit there is a big shopping mall in down town Irvine!
