Great atmosphere! Lots of fun! The actors do touch you, not a big deal though it was usually on the back or shoulder.. it didnt bother me. Lines were not bad and parking was a breeze as there are lots of parking directors telling you how to get in and out.
I would give this haunt 20 stars if it were allowed! Just s fantastic variety of scenarios and scenes, with tons of jump scares from the enthusiastic actors as well as lots of startling automation. Both HOT and NOE are excellent, you wont be disappointed!
Great attraction to attend!!! I havent been to any other great place besides the escape room. I give it 5 stars because I love stage play, it was fantastic!!!! More people need to appreciate the work of art....
Got to go through a few years ago. Haven’t had a chance to get back there, but it was amazing!! They’re doing excellent work and their make up, props, and scene displays were stunning!!
AWESOME HAUNT! You can tell the owner/operators really enjoy and care about giving a proper scare to their customers. It was my 9 yo daughters first haunt and she almost broke my fingers as she squeezed my hands in terror! She still loved every minute of it. Actors/actresses were awesome and engaging. Ive yet to experience the animatronics that actually run at you. They got me every time and made me feel like a kid again. Wish we couldve done Nightmare on Edgewood too, but one was enough for my wife and daughter. Cant wait to see what they do next year l. Well be back!

This place is so much fun for teens as the people in there will actually touch you and my friend got put on a table by 2 guys! Realistic scares and actual fun, funny, terrifying experience.
It was all great, until a certain actor wasn’t very professional. I’m a gay male, and I was there with my fiancé. This certain actor decided it would be best to make fun of my feminine voice, then proceeded to grab my fiancé around the waist, and then decided grab me from the back. He ran his hands up my thigh (nearly touching my area) then told me to let my fiancé go, because he wasn’t “worth it” and all while this was going on he was trying to separate us, and they told us number one rule was to never separate. So if you are lgbtq+ I’d probably be a little careful! It low key felt very hurtful, and did not leave a good feeling in my stomach.

This will be my second time posting this...Do not go here with any expectations of covid related safety. They will check your temperature at the door and offer hand sanitizer but after that youre on your own. They will grab you, they will touch you, they will scream inches from your face. Most of them have masks on but they will not distance them selves at all.All that being said the sets/scenes are among the best I have seen and are at least as good as the ones at universal orlando halloween horror nights. That actors and their masks are more or less average though. So definitely do go here if you dont fear covid-19 but definitely do not go here if you do fear covid-19.

The older kids absolutely LOVED it.The 8 year old was too scared though, which surprised me because he likes scary things.My husband thought to actors were awesome but the event was better suited for grades 6 and up.The workers were very helpful to the frightened child and I appreciated that immensely.Great event for junior high on up.
Got the VIP pass with some friends. The staff were very friendly and awesome. They do gently touch your shoulders and hair, but its nothing serious. Had the best time.

Genuinely terrifying. I could go on and on about this haunt, but I dont want to give anything away! Suffice to say the good doctor does not accept Cigna insurance or any kind of insurance as far as I can tell. Great actors, amazing use of props, and a truly unforgettable experience! Id go back for sure.

Very blah and not worth the money. I’ve seen previous reviews of the owner commenting on the low ratings asking for more stars and shaming people for having their own opinion. Seems kind of desperate don’t you think? If you would put half the energy you have into your business as you do responding to criticism you’d be doing a lot better. Just a suggestion.

We visit many haunts in the Midwest and east coast, this haunt was not the best or the worst, I can appreciate the great deal of time and money and the quality of the actors but it is at best a fun house, few scares, a couple of new tricks and could totally be rated PG. The biggest down side is the wait time, even after arriving early it was 3 hrs. At $25 and up a head a bottle of water wouldnt have killed anyones bottom line, and someone really needs to up their game on training their spotters where to park a huge amount of cars.

This is one of the best haunts! They did an amazing job with setup, from the entrance all the way to the end you felt like you were on a movie set. Incredible! Actors were awesome as well. Great experience!

I had so much fun!!! I went to their blackout event and it was a blast. Not being able to see only intensified the scares. I love that you guys are connected with nightmare on Edgewood and offer a package deal to go through both. I really liked the breaks between sections in the haunt so that customers dont get jumbled together from ppl who might go through slower or faster then others. It was a great experience and I will be back!!

Was a great, frightening, and lengthy experience! I can honestly say i got my moneys worth and was fatigued by the end of BOTH attractions. My only complaint is the second house of the nightmare on edgewood attraction is supposed to be hands on which is part of the scare except the actors were grabbing very aggressive and excessive and and was honestly excessive. I got into a wrestling match with one of them because he wouldnt let go of me which caused me to bust my shin and the girl behind me had her throat choked. Go if your tolerant and willing to take the hit because i will say it is worth it besides for the unprofessionalism of that particular house.
Been to this place the past three years. They have great scenes, props, costumes, make up, and actors. Helpful staff and great customer service! If you come to enjoy yourself, you will not be disappointed! You can always find some sort of discount or contest online to help with the already decently priced tickets, that everyone is welcome to use!
Incredible haunt!!! You can tell they really put a lot of time and detail into the props and scenery. The actors are very professional and great with the storyline. The haunt being inside is really a great advantage - no rain or weather to contend with is nice. Parking is good - management is on top of everything from safety to great ticket promotions. And most of all I got what I came for SCARED!!! Take the time to go H O T you wont be disappointed .
Co located with Nightmare on Edgewood, so i dont remember exactly what was where but whole experience was good. Good mix of actors and animatronics. Its funny if youre too close some if the animatronics will bump into you. Nice techy touches as well. Good haunt for the money.
My group and I went last year and decided to give it another try this year. I liked it the first year and this second year attending was the same as the first year. Friendly staff working the ticket booth, friendly staff helping people park and the ladies working the main entrance to the haunt on the outside and inside were lovely to interact with. This year a member of my group who was a bit younger and had done haunted houses before did not handle this one too well and had to be takin out of the haunt those who helped him exit were wonderful as well. I am only rating this haunt the way i am because it was exactly the same setup as last year. The decorations and props are amazing so i do understand why they wouldnt want to change it around every year, however i do enjoy haunts that change their themes from year to year.

Great atmosphere and decor! Trepidation always puts on a great show and quality performance family friendly and a spooktacular time! And now they have partnered with Nightmare on Edgewood! Also well put together and very detailed. N.O.E on the other hand is more for the brave and daring haunt enthusiasts! This haunt will test you in every way possible and is also an all touch haunt the more you scream the more they feed on the fear and give it right back to you. A great price together for both haunts were at a group rate of $40 for both haunts. Very great experience. We will be back and highly recommend both of these attractions however keep in mind Nightmare On Edgewood is definantly only for those who can handle it. I really loved it and took my 11yr old through both and he enjoyed both but I think N.O.E. will remain a scar in his dreams for a while. Lol not complaining at all just letting you know it is very intense.
We went on a Wednesday night. No wait.The haunt was pretty good. The props and house were very well decorated!!!A couple of the people got me and my fiancé to jump pretty good.I would recommend!A little pricey - but you can show the coupon on their website on your phone for $2 off per person.
The actors are Professional with a good storyline. Really scary from the time I pulled into my parking space till the very end. The lady inside the house that starts you off is really good!!! She knows how to scare, intrigue and play along with the guests. Another great year!!!

Fantastic Haunt. Of all of the haunted houses that I have been to, this one is the most detailed and actually follows a story line. Definitely worth checking out.

Just an awesome haunt. I have been through so many that are just boo Ahh and out the other end. They take the time to build suspense in a room and then change how they scare you. There is so much awesome in this haunted house you just have to see it for yourself. Really I can’t put into words how scary it is in every room!
Loved it! Been there for Halloween before. Amazing decor. Really short wait. Very small groups. Will be there again next year for Halloween!

You can tell they have put a lot of thought into their sets and designs. The detail and precision in which the theme is brought to life in each attraction is incredible. I have always been the Halloween person in my family and I drag my husband along even though he thinks haunted houses are boring. He’s hard to scare but this place made him scream. By that feat alone, without even factoring in all the other great things, I think this is one of the best haunts in the city. You won’t be disappointed.

We took a mid-size group and the owners & cast were so welcoming, in a horrific way. But seriously, they did a great job and everyone had a blast. Definitely recommend this one!

Wow. So they do contests on line to win tickets. But I caught them rigging it and giving the free tickets to employees. When I confronted them they blocked me. Lolol. Please, dont go to this shady place. Go to Indy Scream Park. So much better, more attractions, and they sell beer. I have the screen shots from me confronting the worker who won the rigged contest. Shady shady place.
They do a very good job of telling the story & then matching the story with good scares.

I was there for 4 hours in line waiting to get in it was redundant and its was scary but not scary enough for 4 hours smh never again
Well, if i could give this negative stars i would.. there were 2 good actors throughout the whole house. And they were before you even made it inside. There were a few good props, but the entire house reminded me of Necropolis ... 9 whole scares... I paid full price for 9 scares.. that werent even scary... seriously wish i could get my money back.....

Do not waste your money thats all.Reply to your response: I went to the asylum house the same night also. Both of these haunted houses are sub par. I go to a lot of haunted houses every year. I do not write bad reviews very often. Your actors were awful and unprofessional. If you want to go to a great haunted house this year try out nightmare on Edgewood or scream park. If you want to travel a little go to lewisburg haunted cave or the haunted hoochie or even fear farm. Thanks again for wasting my money. This review was only to help others not waste their time.
Very awesome place to get scared at with an cool background story
I went to apply for a job today. I told the man that I was fourteen years old, he gave me a packet to fill out, including parent permission and tax forms. I filled out every paper, my mom signed the parent permission form, then I waited two hours to audition to be told by a lady that I couldn’t work here at 14. Why did the man say it was ok and hand me a packet to fill out? I was so excited to work here, they lead me on knowing my age, then I was denied after waiting two hours to audition. Unprofessional and extremely dissapointing.

Down right chills to the bone scary great place to visit
Ive been to almost all the haunts and this one was the worst ive ever seen. The first two actors were good but the other 13 we saw through the house were not very enthusiastic. The total walkthrough time was about 15 minutes and 5 to walk back to the car. Not worth 25 dollars in my opinion. Basic shake and jump props litter the short walk through the house. Full disclosure I do work at another attraction and this is the only one in Indiana that I havnt given a 5 star review too. Sure doesnt feel like 20,000 square feet unless you count the parking lot. The only thing that made me feel trepidation was the price tag. I would feel comfortable with a 5-10 dollar price tag but not 25.
The only word that comes to mind is terrible. The only positive were the two ladies acting in the front they stayed in character. The hype doesnt live up, was extremely excited to go and see this house, but Never again would I spend money here. There were multiple dead areas no one scaring, we even waited, walked slower, made a noise to let actors we were coming and still nobody. As someone who loves all things Halloween and going to haunts, I would have rather saved my money and went to the childrens museum scare again, where I had more interaction/scares from the actors. We went to hannah haunted acres afterwards and had a blast. We know it was a weekday but if the scaring actors and etc dont want to or cant hit their scares why work at a haunt? Hopefully some training happens somewhere.

I was really hoping that it would be scary Because everyone was saying how it’was soo scary but I don’t recommend you going if you want a big scare but I would say you can bring your 10 year old and they won’t even get scared.
