I have a mixed review of Westside Gymnastics. For some levels, our experience was good, for others it was not. My review is strictly on the gymnastics team.For levels 2-4, they have good coaching. If you’re dipping your toes in, to decide if your daughter wants to be a gymnast, give them a try, as they are one of the more affordable options in town. They also have a well rounded competitive season. The girls do have fun, make friends and learn necessary skills.If your child would like to go beyond level 4, or be a college gymnast, I would recommend elsewhere. They tend to not skip levels, even when gymnasts need to be bumped up. Their coaching lags after level 4. They also have some coaches who cannot spot for upper level girls.They have some coaches who are professional, who clearly care a lot about their girls and the sport.There are also some who don’t, some with maturity issues and some who fan the flames to drama.The last 2-3 years some behavioral issues developed that need to be addressed. They have pitted children against each other, trash talk families who choose to leave, allowed parental drama and even created some drama. Obviously, a little bit of this comes with many sports but they do this all in front of the kids. It’s also something that can be nipped and changed very quickly but they don’t see a problem. Children were well aware of who was liked, when they were favored and when they are not. They seriously lack transparency and make changes without any parental feedback and basically expect you to accept it without question. If you choose to go elsewhere, you will not ever be welcomed back and the coaches/owner will make this quite clear. They take adult feelings towards parents out on the kids. The gym itself also lacks cleanliness.

As far as gymnastics lessons, teachers, and service this place is absolutely amazing. As far as health wise - one star . That place smalls like dirty feet and sweat, I feel like it does not get clean ever and my daughter got the wart on her feet, I believe from that place.

I used to go here and I can tell anyone that this is the place to send your gymnast. The instructors show everyone the ropes in a group effort. Also parents get to sit on the sidelines and get to watch their children learn new things. Its a great experience for any child.

Came to a birthday party here. They were super inclusive of all skill levels and made sure the kids all had a safe and fun time!

Weve looked around and this seems like the best place to try. We hope so!
