Highest prices for least bang. 4th of July is my favorite holiday. After visiting phantom fireworks I could not believe the prices.Over double what most locations charged.Marks fireworks are better prices with better fireworks.I went to phantom saw prices then went to marks fireworks and I walked out with almost double the amount and saved $500 over what phantom was charging.I buy for a group of people and couldnt believe the prices at phantom. Phantoms prices made me feel like I hit the lottery after I purchased from marks. Thanks marks fireworks

Wow I was amazed by the high prices but what do you expect from a place that sales fireworks all year long and has rent to pay. I cannot blame them making a profit, but the markup was steep. The coupons for the 500g cakes are okay for $34.99. The store was clean and the workers are nice, but I would look elsewhere if you are just wanting a few things with a budget.

Great place to get fireworks. Staff is always helpful. All their stuff is buy one get one free too. The store is always clean and well stocked.

Gets very busy for the last minute shoppers on 4th of July. They have 50% off everything and they are reasonably priced. They also have coupons I was able to use and save and extra $15.

Too Busy to social distance and 1 skid with fireworks 1/2 empty on the floor caused a tripping hazard for several patrons. In and out system was working well

Smaller, air-conditioned store next to I-465 with higher prices per unit, but buy 1 get 1 free and coupon deals make the prices more reasonable. Coupons unfortunately are restrictive, often/always not able to be used with other deals/coupons and expire soon after issuance. Twenty-foot rolls of fusing are available with a couple burn rates (not easy to find). Decent variety.

I worked security at this location. The staff especially the managers were very informed a pleasant to work with. The rest of the staff was also professional and all were knowledgeable of fireworks. They were professional with the customers and since I was there July 3 they were very busy and working long hours. Good variety of fireworks.

Came here for firework fuses. I couldnt find anything online that said they sell them here, but they do. Decent prices, good selection. It was really hard to get into their parking lot because of the way the road is laid out. Be careful, you might miss their driveway and get shucked back onto the freeway.

Very great customer service! I needed Chinese lanterns to release for a celebration of life an because it was not around any holidays I couldn’t find anyplace open! I tried calling all the Party Supply stores first to only find out they DONT carry them because they are considered a “firework “ so party supply stores can’t sell them!I thought I’d have to cancel an order online until I came across Phantom. They are open 8 months out of the year!! The worker was very helpful and answered all my questions & beyond!!Great place for all your “firework” needs!

Nice prices

Just went in after shopping there for the past 10 years. Signs outside said buy one get one free. Sales rep inside told us there is a sale going on at buy 1 get 2 free on anything beside the packages along the window. We got excited and picked out the $200.00 boxes to only be told that she was wrong and needed to look at her email. She told us that now it is only on items under 150.00. We stated we are now told 3 different things and annoyed. She didnt care. We proceeded to leave and another Sales rep told us he hopes we have a better evening after we told him they just lost our business. We are sharing on all social media so our family, friends, HOA, and groups we belong to are aware. Horrible customer service.

Very good deals, after July 4th; usually offer 2 for 1 deals (buy 1, get 2 free). I was looking for Indiana Department of Natural Resources approved method for making Canada Geese feel unwelcomed at specific ponds, and using firecrackers is one such method. I bought the higher-quality firecrackers that look like M-80s, with the green, waterproof fuse, and predictable burn rates. These high-quality firecrackers certainly get the geeses attention, but using a green laser pointer is much more effective (and more neighbor-friendly). I will continue to buy fireworks from Phantom--especially with their great deals.

Great location for buying fireworks. Really large selection with all types represented and all budgets satisfied. Slight miscommunication between the front host and the cashiers about certain deals but overall a good experience.
