Bar food and the scene at this place is super good. Super place to meet and chat with coworkers. I will be back with my coworkers. It has a cool feel to it. Food is like a restaurant in Jacksonville I loved.

Fun place to eat and Gamble on horses. Z is over if the car tenders and he is awesome. Very good at making drinks and really easy going. They also have a private club I gave been trying to join got for the last year but we will see how that goes.

Limited wait time and parking is not discussed on the website. My parlay was 4-0, but now I have to travel back to Indy from KCMO. Mail-in ticket redemptions are not an option for this establishment.

I will say if you have money and you like to gamble and have a good time with your friends or family this is the place to come to its pretty discreet and it gets really packed during holidays and game seasons and its awesome to be here like I said if youre a big-time Gambler this is the place to come to there probably is other places to go to. This is a good place for people that lives in downtown and likes to gamble they can come here and then well their winnings on a game.

My father along with mother always stated gentlemen do not gamble. The menu packs a flavor blast and lets not forget liquor. Sized up sports bar perhaps.

Went here for the first time ever. The outside seems so dark but inside is surprisingly modern, bright and clean. I was pleasantly surprised. I was not betting but having lunch here. Lunch items are pretty much all over $10 so not a sub-10 lunch spot. However the smokehouse burger I had was very good. The side salad was great for a side salad and with, just some protein, couldve made a lunch on its own. Overall, this place is a good place for lunch if youre trying to avoid crowds and lines.

Very clean, safe, inviting place to spend a few hours. All the waitresses that Ive had while here have been attentive and cry friendly. The bartenders are usually pretty friendly as well, except for one who seems to always be having a bad day, or that shed rather be somewhere else. No smile or interaction. She does make a great mixed drink though, which is the most important part. Id rather have that be the part she gets right if anything. There are dozens of flat screen televisions all around that are easily viewable no matter the side of the room/table/bar youre situated on. The chairs are comfortable whether at the bar or the tables. There are plenty of staff available at the bet/cash out desk as well. Would recommend...

Pretty cool place for your sports betting. Quesadillas were good. No smoking allowed in this venue except for a smoking room which seemed quite small for the number of people crammed inside it. They also left the door open which allows the smoke to carry into non-smoking which makes no sense. Be prepared to have ID at the door regardless of how old you look!

This place scared all my friends when we went in because it looked like a mob-bar from Goodfellas, but I immediately picked up on the friendly vibe. Bartender was funny and welcoming and the regulars were chatty and gregarious. We got a round of shots and beers and even though we were bar hopping, we stayed for another round. Simple, old-school and fun. I recommend.

Spacious, friendly, fair variety of different events on broadcast. The drinks are very well poured and the food is to die for! Its also got couches to chill n watch your sport comfortably, just dont fail asleep!

Love this place for sports and betting. But it ends there. The service is horrendous. Long waits for drinks or food. I have even sat at the bar and been ignored. Waitress are non existent. The bartenders look so unhappy and dont want to be there. I hope things eventually change.

I was looking forward to eating here after hearing about it from so many people. I went on a Wednesday evening, was sat promptly but but waited for a waitress for about ten minutes. She asks only me for my drink order, and ignores my companion, then brings the food menus but no drink menus after we indicated we wanted a couple of beers. Then our waitress goes behind the bar and acts as bartender for the next 20 minutes and ignores us, while other guests are taken care of around us. We ended up leaving very disappointed.

Its a place where you place bets on sporting events, of course there is going to be bad food. Overpriced, drinks with long waits to place bets. (It would be in your best interest, to come 90 minutes before the event starts). Dont be surprised that there are loud noises, and cheers.

I dont think they were ready for sports betting to be open they need to upgrade and staff much more. You have to wait forever on a drink or food on the weekend and forget about placing a bet On the 1 pm games unless youre there at 10:00 a.m. on Sunday morning... Please God open some more windows on Sunday mornings..

I only went for a few drinks and didnt gamble. The bar staff were pleasant and welcoming.They had a menu of local craft beers that were pretty reasonably priced. The selection seemed a bit overwhelming, but the bartender gave me a sample of a few which really helped narrow down what I wanted.I would definitely return again when in town next year.

Good food comes in interesting places, including off track betting parlors. The monthly burger was good and cooked perfectly.

We had a good time here but they need to do a little better job of keeping the riff-raff out. My husband liked the sports betting but the lines were way too long. All in all, it was ok.

Its one of the nicer otb facilities Ive been to. Try the Philly cheesesteak nachos they are incredible. The only negative is the need more wait staff in the betting area. And the majority of the food and beverages offered were a little high in my experience compared to other gambling facilities. But the bartender made the night great she knew her menu and though she was pressed doing double duty she did it with a big smile and even though we werent winning she was doing her best to make up for it. And we left 100 dollars lighter with a big smile thanks to her so tip her well.

Good place to place bets on the sports book. Need more kiosks or more people working. Wait in line to take bets is unacceptably long on Saturday early afternoon.

Went to meet friends after work one night. The place was packed. One of the waitresses allowed us to sit in the members only area if we behaved. We did and we had some good food and drinks. I will go again.

Great food, sporadic yelling and ok service. There should be a notification device on the table for the waitress because they take a long time to come back to your table. If you want to keep your seat and youre alone, dont get up.

I had my money stolen from this place. The machines don’t work for wagering. Then the new manager tried to blame me for it. I had to walk away to alert them the machine took my ticket and when I was doing so a guy came up to the machine. I didn’t see him take anything but apparently he made a 40 dollar wager and cashed the rest in. I was told the cameras don’t work.

The food was ok. I imagine the gambling was good too. The real winner here was the service. Jennifer (yes with the blue hair) was a great server and super attentive. We sat there for hours catching up and talking and she was prompt, polite, and courteous the whole time. We did get some deserts to go and there was not strawberry sauce for the cheesecakes included and it looked like the prices were just thrown into the container. But service itself was great!

20 oz. craft beer for only $3 YES! Its a cool place and the staff cares about the customer experience. Bartenders are good and protect customers from getting extremely drunken. The security is present but doesnt try to intimidate anyone. The gumbo is great. TVs in multiple places so you can sit anywhere and have a good view. Theres also an upgraded bar for premium members so I dont understand how anyone could give less than 5 stars because there plenty of options at WC.

The Winners circle is a real nice place to place bets on the horse races. Its all seen on many Flat screen TVs. Here in Down Town Indianapolis IN. Nice Bar! To but I must have bought 5 fancy type drinks, not Beer per se. But I wasnt getting the Buz I wanted. I dont know what they was serving. It tasted good but I felt it was like sweet club soda. I had the slight hang over the next day. Anyway I paid $12 Dollars per race. Beginners luck I hoped. Spent a Total of $120 & only one $24.

We were a visiting group from Tennessee in town for a conference. Great sports pub atmosphere, even better food and the waitress, Jennifer with the Blue Hair, was the best of all! I had the ribeye, high standards as Ive eaten ribeye in great steakhouses around the country. The chef did a great job.

It is Derby day so it is very crowded but even with that service is good and if placing bets those lines are moving very fast. Overall good experience.
