Great place but could engage much better marketing.

I would give zero stars if I could. The apartments are very nice, but the people are awful! Several times we were told that there were no other persons looking at the apartments that we were. However, every time that we had a showing, the apartments would mysteriously get taken. This happened several times despite assurances that they would reserve the apartments for us for no charge. In addition, we had to move our dates for viewings SEVERAL TIMES because they messed up and put the wrong time or forgot. They literally told us that they forgot about us. Though they seem nice on the phone, dont be fooled! They are very uncaring and unhelpful in the renting process.

So vintage and artsy and chill af!!! A great place to meet new people as well. I love it... if you are looking for a five star apt or something boogie this place is not for you.

Old building with character. Antique decor, elevator, plumbing - affordable rent for a small apartment.

The place is filthy and uninviting on the outside! Felt unsafe... No Artist would be able to be creative in this environment, unless their work were depressing and dark to begin with. I can only speak for the outside of the building...but, from that... I can only imagine what the inside looks like...

The local artists live in The colony.

Too bad you have to be an artist to live here, but i love the sense of community here. It is also next to a soup kitchen...
