Nice little community in the Independence area. Modest houses, friendly neighbors. Small play areas for kids. Overall a nice place to visit and might be a good place to live.

Swings are stable woods are fun an for children get to have fun.
Need something for older kids like drain the nasty pond and put in a skate park

Nice park for kids and the pond has nice size catfish in it and alot of bluegill and small yellow bellied catfish. Also alot of turtles
